Ran in for a couple things at 6pm tonight. Waited in a line for 13 minutes, as the line continued to grow & extend to the back of the store. One cashier on duty, no other employee to be seen; told her I was sorry she was the only one working, she replied “I am used to it.” She was very kind & patient with everyone, but the store needs to be better staffed, especially the week before Christmas. The store was a wreck & aisles were crowded with unpacked merchandise. It used to be a much cleaner, better organized, & better staffed store. Maybe COVID has affected the staffing?

The employee was nice but then againhe basically followed us around the store the entirety of our visit using sarcastichumor about the purchases we were making and I was trying to tell my daughter about the legend of Dolly Parton because she was on a magazine cover and he kept saying things like shes all plastic and I feel bad for her shes this and that and it really upset me because I was trying to teach my child about an icon so I would appreciate a not so overbearing experience next time.

The workers here is lazy and bad customer service. The truck came last Thursday here it Sunday went there and they still havent the truck up. Called to look for item I need. And they tell me there not sure. Well if you put up the truck. You would know. You can do better. Bad busy

The casher was very polite and helpful but the store was a disaster. Packed merchandise stack all in the isles and blocking the foot traffic lanes. Stuff was just all over the place on the shelves. Hopefully it was just a temporary situation. It was the first time I’ve been in this particular store in a long time.

In and out. Nice place to pickup food and drinks.

I visit this store often ONLY due to it being the closest to me and you practically can’t walk down the isles due things being unloaded just sitting in the middle of the isles. The lady who I assume is the manager has never once been kind to myself or anyone I have seen in the store including the staff. Multiple times I have heard her be extremely rude and yelling at the other employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional and RUDE! The lines are always so long due to only one cashier while the other employees just walk around from what you would think to be stocking shelves but from what I see that isn’t being done. Again I wouldn’t step foot in this store again if there was another option closer to me.

This place going down hill fast . Shelves empty in half the store . Stocking carts all over the aisles . It’s been like this for months . Idk what happen here in past 3 or 4! months but it used to be a lot better.

The store is unorganized and a hazard to walk through. There is one employee who works there and he makes the most sarcastic and rude comments whenever I shop there. If I need to go to dollar general, I go out of my way to avoid this store.

I buy certain things here on a regular basis and the clerks are so friendly and helpful.

Went to this store for a small purchase, however they were not doing anything about the mandated mask wearing. The only masks were on my wife and I. Saw at least 10 other people in and out of the store, no masks. The cashier had a mask, but it was over one ear and not covering any part of her face. Why have signs saying masks are mandated, then do nothing to enforce? Will not return to this store.

The prices are okay. Its a good place to go if you are looking to stock up on snacks. I feel like when you first walk in the store the front is a bit too cluttered with displays and racks. But the people there are very nice.

3 times now I have got into an argument with an employee there over something silly. If you hate your job that bad you should really try to find something different rather than taking it out on the customer. Also for anyone who might work in Retail and are reading this.....if something is on sale and is not ringing up right and you have to fix it, that does not mean that its coming out of your paycheck. 👍

Cashier felt it was more important to leave the register to stock shelves while customers were waiting to check out. Literally walked away from me and another customer in line. Lets face it none of us shop at DG for the customer service but that was just rude and absolutely stupid. Maybe DG should discuss what theyre employees PRIORITIES are.... Your customers.

The store is an unorganized mess. Boxes full of product are in the aisles. Yes the truck came today but they wont be put away.

Loved this store on Cleveland school rd. Store was very clean, organized and HUGE so it had alot of items not carried in other dollar generals.

This store is just around the corner from where I live. Better then having to go all the way to Wally World for those small every day things and the personnel is sooooo much more helpful and curtius. Yes, sometimes the isles are a little hard to get through, but they are short enough to go around without going too far out of the way. Today was stock day. Thanks guys.

Its always busy in the store with lots of merchandise. Maybe why theres always a little clutter. But it is a quick in an out place.

Its a popular and quick stop for a last minute thing but you end up spending an additional 10 minutes waiting to check out as their is usually only one checkout clerk. Also getting out of the place is a hazard if you are headed north on Cleveland School Road at peak time, forget it, a traffic light is needed there.

About like all the rest, employees that think they are here to provide you cut rate service

Everytime I visit this particular location, I have had issues with incorrect pricing. Either the clearance items are marked up and then tagged as clearance or whatever item I am purchasing will be not part of the sale, or what was on sale is now out of stock. Very frustrating when you have to ask for a price check before being able to decide if I should buy it or not.

One of my favorite stores for a quick trip.

I have never been inside a Dollar General store as dirty and out of order as this one was today May 16, 2014. Dried, smeared spills on the floor, items all over the floor and in the isles. Employees not friendly, no greeting just rude looks when I entered the door. I walked around, had a few items in my basket, got disgusted with the entire experience and I put my items back on the shelves and left the store. This particular Dollar General needs some major overhaul and friendlier staff before I will go back.

I MEAN WHAT THE HECK!!!! BUT THATA OK CUZ I WILL NEVER WALK INTO ANOTHER DOLLAR GENERAL!!

Fast and easy to get in and out

IT WAS VERY NICE AS USUAL. I GO TO DG ON A DAILY BASIS USUALLY I HARDLY EVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL. I DONT GO TO THE SAME ONE ALL THE TIME BUT THEY R WITHIN A 15 MILE AREA. THAT WOULD BE AROUND SMITHFIELD-BENSON N.C. AREA. THIS PATICULAR DG IS GREAT REALLY THE ONLY PROBLEM IVE HAD LATELY IS THERE IS ONLY ONE CASHIER I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON . IT MAY BE THEY R SHORT OF HELP OR PEOPLE CALLING IN SICK ETC.. BUT I WOULD LOVE TO WORK AT ONE IF I DIDNT WORK ALREADY BUT IT MAY BE THEY DONT PAY ENOUGH MONEY AN HR. I HAVE HEARD SOME OF THE GIRLS AT DIFFERENT DG MENTION THAT BUT ANYHOW MY EXPERIENCE WAS ALRIGHT TODAY THEY STILL ONLY HADONE CASHIER!!!!!!
