My first time going to Agri supply store was excellent Im going Homestead with my new chickens and I go to Agri supplies to get my food for my baby girls yes I love Agri supplies and the employees are very friendly and willing to help you at any cost. Oh and by the way Im not from North Carolina Im from Baltimore Maryland and yes I love it here in North Carolina.

I always have good experiences here.Everybody here will help you find something, or call one or two people over. And they all help you like your family.The experience is like going into a small town hardware, or five and dime store. Back in the day! I can say enough. GBU Agri Supply!

Everyone was bless my soul sweet but two surprisesNo one said I had to cut the pto shaft to length. Came four feet long. The holes on the finish mower end were too small. Had to pay a machinest. Bud Miller got back to me and we reached an accord. Thank you

I wasnt aware there is a jewelry counter in the store. Had rings sized & cleaned. They did a great job and very reasonably priced.

Went in there today....there is a man from the hospital (across the street) passed out against their building, I go to their Customer Service Station to report this to see if the guy needs help twice for them to walk off each time. I went to 3 sections looking for parts and could not find ANYONE to help and when you do the lack of wanting to help was apparent. The elderly man in the Agri sectiion when asked if he could please get someone for the Trailer section was a roll of the eye and a quick comment I will try as he walked off to go look for a part on an aisle to never request for help. Wow! I hope that tomorrow is a better day for Agri Supply in Garner..... Because this was the worse experience I have ever had in one ever!

Good service when I am actually in store. Called to get the price of dog food, customer service forgot the name of the dog food, came back I told her, never heard from her again. Dog food is by the feed aisle. What should of been a literal 5min phone call took 12min and I hung up.

A huge store with just about anything you need for outdoor projects! I love the cast Iron cooking supplies! Also they have aluminum pots that would be perfect for large canning projects or cooking for extremely large crowds! All needs for livestock as well! We absolutely love this place, reasonable low prices and great customer service! I would recommend this place over tractor supply anyday!

If you need lawn mower blades or any lawn mower stuff or better yet anything for agricultural this is the place to go. everyone Ive dealt with so far has been very knowledgeable. And the gentleman and the lawn mower section knows his stuff sorry that I cant remember his name at this time.

Good store but I always have trouble finding help. Typically employees are already helping someone. They are doing their job and I appreciate them for that. Just seems to be hard to initially find someone free in the department you need help in.

Very Large store! There’s a lot more here than you might expect. From pets/animals to tools and construction. They even have clothing, and camping stuff. The employees are friendly and helpful.Just watch out for the big dip in the entrance to the parking lot(there’s already a sign there)

Huge store, so it might be hard to find your specific item. There are not many employees on the floor so if you arent familiar with the layout it might take a while to find.

Asked for help looking for an in stock item, nobody helped me find it everyone looked annoyed when I asked them about it. I was pointed to the right direction which had none of the product I was looking for on the floor which assuming they were probable somewhere where customers cant go like in the back or somewhere like that, didnt bother to ask again I just left. is a 30 minute drive from me wasted my time and money going here.

They have crab boil pots the size of cauldrons I had to resist the urge to climb in. This has nothing to do with the store itself but the store is great just so you know.

Talked to some one on the phone he was really helpful but when I got to the store the guy I talked to wasnt there and no one would help me. Drove an hour never again will I shop there. It was a cool looking store tho.

This place is great for many supplies such as tools, degreaser, pumps, and other agricultural and industrial supplies. However, inventory is somewhat inconsistent. Some staff will go above and beyond to help, others may not even engage in a conversation with you.

It was a great experience. The women who work in jewelry department was very nice and attentive to what i wanted.

The associate in the trailer department doesnt know what he is doing. Sold me the 1inch bearings and didnt bother to tell me there was more than one size so I could make sure I had the correct one. After getting home and trying to install them had to go back and get the correct ones. I have been sold the wrong part for different items more than one time. Besure you know exactly what you need and dont depend on them to get you the correct items because they are incompetent idiots.

Great store for amost anything ag related . Cannot say much for the customer service in the agricultural in department. The man would not make any attempt to look up a compatible blade for a finish mower that they do not sell. Will not be back.

I have to a paper list when I go to Agri Supply because there is so much cool stuff to grab my attention.

I will not recommend this store for anything. I put in a request for a chicken coop to be transfered from their store in Greenville to the store in garner. I called every Friday for 3 weeks and was lied to from the employees that the coop has not came in, nobody could tell me what was going on with it.Giving me the run around. The last time I called a employee told me they could not transfer products from store to store. I am very frustrated with this whole process, they should have at least been honest with the customer, instead of stringing them along.If I didnt have to clink on one of these stars, they would get a zero rating from me. I will never step foot in this store again. SORRY customer service !!!

They have something for everyone in this store. The variety of inventory is great. The staff at the front register always seem cheerful. I have shopped here several times, its very expensive, but they always have what I need.Seems like items are priced on the shelf much differently than they ring up at the register, but again its worth shopping here because they always have what I need.

Needed to tune up my mower for the year...the guy in the mower section got me everything I needed to tune it up with and I was out in just a few minutes. They have great selection and low prices

Got a mower tire and had it mounted, great supply of tires at great prices. Dude who mounted it was very efficient, professional and seemed to enjoy his job. I have done this a few times and he pays attention to details that matter. Thank you for that sir. Sorry didnt get a name.

Huge selection of items. Found 2 beach chairs Id been looking for for only$18/each.

No mask requirement for customers. Did not feel safe. One person was even coughing. Thats what got my attention. I Iooked around and saw couple, neither were wearing mask. Thats when I started looking around and noticed half the people in the store were not wearing a mask.Cashiers were.Dont think Ill go back anytime soon.

Theyve got everything you need for your mower but help was hard to find the day I was there.

Difficult to get staff help. Had to ask staff sitting behind desk. Staff person pointed to product I requested. Clean building but because it was so large myself and 2 other customers could not find anything.

The employees were all wearing masks (thank you!), BUT MANY OF THE CUSTOMERS WERE NOT! This rule has to be enforced to keep us all safe! I would encourage you to not shop here until they start making people wear masks - and wear them properly!

Ive shopped in Agri in Garner for many years. Theyre really good, and kudos also to their shop. They mounted a garden tractor tire for me in no time (I should have gone here first rather than trying myself...the smaller the tire the harder is is to bust and mount).Two thumbs up! This place always has amazing service! One of the managers Shane helped me today and was able to repair an old sprayer I bought about a year ago there. It’s really rare to see this kind of customer service nowadays they will for sure be getting all my business from here on out! Thanks for the southern hospitality Shane.

Usually beats Lowes, Home Depot, auto parts stores and Harbor Freight/Northern on price and/or quality. The place is huge, but the clerks are very friendly and it is usually easy to find one.They seem to be THE place to go to if you need any lawn mower parts. They seem to carry everything for them and they have a help desk that can tell you what you need.They also show their store inventory online at their website, so you can be sure they have what you came for. This is important for me because I live about 30 minutes away.

Easy to get to, and in/out.Was after birdseed and suet cakes...as was customer before me.Check completely out of bags and could not get answer when restocking.Had one opened box of suet cakes on shelf but all cakes there so purchased that.Also nice selection of rain gauges so got another one.Very nice staff.Had called to find out if normally carry both ideas, should have asked if currently in stock.Where I would go for cisterns, galvanized tubs, with planning.Carries alot so should find what you seek.

Management is complicit in Covid19-spreading by not encouraging customers to wear masks. They give the stale argument that they assume customers that dont wear masks fall into one of the Governors exemptions. So roughly 30% of their customers have health issues that preclude wearing masks? Ill not be back. If you value your health, stay away!
