I dont generally go to Starbucks but my daughter wanted to go. Staff was friendly and efficient. Drink was delicious. Some type of iced coffee drink my daughter got me.
I have a love hate relationship with this Starbucks. The drinks are usually fine besides the recent shortages happening everywhere. The only complaint I have is that this location frequently closes and the hours constantly change.
I went to this location wanted a strawberry frappe but the guy said they didn’t have strawberry purée so I decided to order a mango dragonfruit refresher. When the lady handed me my drink she just said “we didn’t have berries so that’s why it isn’t pink” and left. I would have liked to know they didn’t have all the ingredients to make my drink otherwise I wouldn’t ordered it.
Like every Starbucks, they have good drinks and super friendly baristas.
The people who work here are amazing. They are always so nice! Even just going through the drive thru they’re super friendly. Incredible customer service deserves 10 stars…

To be honest, I love this Starbucks because its closest to my house. As far as service, they were really nice when I went and the last time I went I got a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino which I highly recommend, and the car in front of us paid for me. If you go you might get a pretty nice experience 😁.
My wife went there to get us some coffee and the barista forgot to give her my credit card back and to be fair my wife forgot to receive it. She realized instantly and called and they said they had it after she described the card to them. When she went through the drive-thru they suddenly didnt have it when she got there. After she left she checked her whole car and didnt see it. She called Starbucks and asked if they could ask the workers about the card, the lady responded absolutely not in a rude manner. It seems like they dont care about their customers cards going missing in their establishment. I dont understand why people are rude and work customer service, especially when a customer is kind to them. RUDE people make no sense to me. Make sure you receive your card after your transactions here.

Great place to go to get your caffeine rush before work. I usually stop this place on my way to work to get a caffeinated drink. I always get great customer service here when I go.

I pickup my mobile orders here every day during the week. Recently, Ive also been getting a puppuccino for my daughter sometimes. The staff has been so sweet and even nicknamed it a kiduccino. They have such great service every time!

Best Starbucks staff I’ve ever been around. They’re always so helpful and greeting everyone that walks through the door. They always make sure the customer gets exactly what they need and they do it with a smiling face. Some very amazing people working in this store! Highly recommend!
I was trying to do some homework and thought to myself starbucks would be a good place to go, have coffee and get some work done, but this place was so loud, I get that it was like noon and rush hour but the employees were laaughing and talking really loud. One employee asked if im okay and if I had everything I needed which was nice but the radio they were playing was like todays hits and was kinda loud too. Not a good place to do homework at all. I was annoyed with this and it took more time out of my day than I wanted. Also the seats slide from under you if you lean back a little, and I didnt see any outlets to charge anything but I might have just been blind.

The day I went to this Starbucks they didnt have almond milk for my latte. Got oatmilk instead...yuck!! Totally disappointed.
I’m very disappointed about how my drink turned out . I specifically asked for the BLUE drink ( Passion Iced Tea, substitute the water for coconut milk and vanilla syrup). Instead they gave me Pasntgo Iced Tea, liquid cane sugar, vanilla with coconut milk. That’s totally the OPPOSITE of what I ordered. The drink tasted HORRIBLE.... I mean HORRIBLE🥴 . If they had just listened to what the customer wanted there wouldnt be a bad review. I rate this experience a 0 out of 5.... I will NOT be back and take money elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money!!!!

Waited over 30 minutes for a Mobil order. I completely understand businesses get busy but I feel like the employees had no consideration for their guests waiting. They could not have moved more slow and were Certainly In no hurry. There were two girls stocking things they were not out of rather than helping the other employees catch up and get people out the door. The coffee was wonderful as it is always but the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced from Starbucks and I will not be returning to this specific location

I ordered a double espresso through the drive through. It felt really light so I poured it in a shot glass when I got home and sure enough it didnt even fill a single shot glass. A shot should be 30 ml, or 2 TB, or 6 tsp. I called the store to ask about it and was told our machine is weird and we dont really measure them. So my question is how can you sell a double shot and not measure it and charge for 2 shots of espresso. Bummer.

The barista was friendly and very helpful as he answered my questions as I wanted to try a different cold coffee drink and wanted cake pops for my grandsons.The drive thru line was long, but it was well worth the wait.

This location is closest to my house so I go there often. Its convenient the staff is always exceptionally friendly! I drink cold brew. Thats all I get from Starbucks. I like dark, strong coffee. I dont know about other drinkers, but I pay for the coffee, and I know they put a splash of water in the cold brew, but I dont want 50% water. Too many times I have had to pour it out and go to the next closest location later and get another one. Watch the water. My cold brew shouldnt be clear.

I used to love this Starbucks. The people there are still super nice and personable, however, management needs to take a good hard look at how the other starbucks in town are being run. The others are getting their customers in and out in a much more timely manner AND allowing customers to come inside and order ...even during these hard times. This location wont let you order inside and only pick up if you ordered on the app. Their drive thru line is a mile long and clear out onto the street lately. When you look inside there are only about 4 people manning it. I get being short staffed, but lets learn to work more efficiently. Also what if Mr Jones doesnt have a cell phone (app) and rides only a bicycle?....hows he supposed to come get his daily hot cocoa if you wont let him come inside and order? Come on Starbucks on Cabela Drive, youre better than this !

I am beyond disgusted. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and I go into get coffee. Not one person is following COVID guidelines. Everyone was seriously touching everything without washing hands, wearing gloves or at least sanitizing their hands. Then they go and touch food with their bare hands without wearing gloves or washing their hands. Not safe

Absolutely worst service in a Starbucks. Was absolutely devastated by Brittany’s demeanor at the register as she chose to insult me in front of another customer. I’ve been a patron for years and was shocked to be ostracized today. Happy Thanksgiving to you guys. Please get rid of people that done want to work there.

This is my morning go to Starbucks where they always welcome me with a smile and a good morning which starts my day on a good note. They always strive to make it the best experience even though Im sure that is not always easy being it is one of the busiest if not the busiest store in the area. I usually keep my order pretty simple, which most of the staff knows when I walk in the door. Im sure that is not the case for everyone but I do feel that the management and staff genuinely want to give all customers a pleasant experience that will make them want to come back again and again. Check them out.

Great people work here! I was having issues with my card and was going to pull aside and come back. They said it’s on us. I was so appreciative and shocked. Not only that, I have been going here for a while now and I have never had a bad experience. The coffee and food is always good.
The line for drive through was really long. And the social distance pick up was not good. I ended up not getting my drink. And was not refunded. But I didnt want to rush my health for coffee.

Garner Starbucks is the best in the entire region. The staff are all amazing and get my drink right every time. The one time they mixed it up, they just made it again very quickly. Shortest wait around in drive through and more passionate than other stores. Not every Starbucks is the same.

I’m a 13yr old child,and I’ve Been here quite a few times great!!!until 8/28/19 I went in, and a girl in purple/pink/black hair took my and my moms order I asked for a grande vanilla bean frappe with caramel drizzle at the Bottom of the cup.My mom asked for a iced white chocolate mocha, she got a warm white chocolate mocha, gave it back we got another one, and It tasted like only milk, once I got my frappe the caramel was only at the top yeah yeah you might be thinking no big deal, but on top of that(see the joke)there was very few,the costumer behind us asked a question the girl in purple/pink/black hair rolled her eyes like so 🙄worst experience EVER!!!
Every single time Ive been here lately my drink has been made incorrectly and I can tell as soon as they go to hand it to me by the color. When I try to tell them instead of trying to make a new or fix it they just shrug their shoulders, say I can give you more almond milk and push me along. (Im talking before it is even in my hand at the drive thru window.) It is definitely more about how many people they can serve here not about getting it right. Ive given them several chances since the reopening. Wont be back. Very disappointing since this used to be one of my favorite Starbucks in the area and I go to Starbucks at least once a day. Just ridiculous 🙄 😒
My coffee was burned the staff at 8pm were rude and unresponsive. I was unaware that a batista was taking a order via headset when I was requesting a straw. Another barista quickly told me in a rude manner hes taking an order. Followed by mumbling a rude comment about me to coworkers.This location is going downhill!
It doesnt happen often, but when it does it is rather obvious. This is the second time that I have walked into a Starbucks to pick up an order at the pick up counter and I was ignored by the staff. The staff attended to other customers who came in after me and I had to get the staffs attention to pick up the order. It might just be the town. I dont know.
As always Starbucks is good, tasty coffee. But I only go there when they have a buy one get one free, or some other deal like that. They are too expensive for regular trips.
Comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty drinks.I swung by here with my boyfriend while we waited for Lady Janes wait time to shrink. We were greeted as we walked in, the cashier was extremely friendly. I order a Hidden Menu drink and will hand them my phone with the recipe. The cashier was more than happy to get the drink made for me.The service was a little slow, but the again they were pretty busy when we went in. Wasnt like I was in a hurry anyways, I had time to kill.The drink was perfect, absolutely tasty. I also ordered a cake pop, which was a nice little sweet treat as well.The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. Loved the decoration.Good place to swing by and grab a, for lack of a better word, hand crafted coffee.
I was just traveling with my friend and passing through the area in need of coffee today. The staff was so sweet and friendly and even offered my friend lemonade in her very berry hibiscus. She didn’t know you could put lemonade in the drink. They were obviously hard workers and knew their job well.. My iced vanilla latte is the best latte I’ve ever gotten from a Starbucks. The place is obviously very well run and the employees are funny and inviting and it was really a refreshing experience

Josh greeted me with a smile and helpful online ordering info. Christian always goes above and beyond to satisfy customer requests. These folks take pride in their jobs. They genuinely want you to enjoy your drink. I drive OUT OF MY WAY to get my coffee here.
This particular Starbucks is rarely busy. Weekends an mornings, you never have to wait for very long. This location does have a drive thru. It has a decently nice view of the parking lot and trees in the background. This could change as there are new developments popping up everywhere in garner. The outdoor seating area is decent as well. There are about 5 tables.
Not much of a coffe fan but sometimes I go in and ask for a drink they perfer and I always enjoy it.

I used to love this Starbucks until I was not denied a refill but given an extremely challenging time for requesting one. I literally go out of my way to go there and was very shocked. There man working there kept emphasizing he didnt work at the store. And that was policy. The woman that worked there whom I see almost each time I go in was very rude to me. I patron this particular Starbucks at least 3-4 times per week. When I explained I was just there which clerk served me the woman thats actually in the picture was the one that said I worked last night and didnt see you) that was me after I tried to explain and showed my app to show how many times I frequent that particular Starbucks. After I expressed how disappointed I was in their service. And that I would call corporate. They both then complied. Very sad. Very tiring. The problem is the policy should he consistent and everyone should follow it so customers like me arent treated rudely and contradictory. Otherwise I truly love Starbucks will absolutely not go again. And its sad because the staff there is generally supurb. And consistent. Is why I was so shocked.
Clean coffee shop - could work on making their drinks hotter. Ive had quite a few drinks lately that dont seem to be hot enough.
