I love edible arrangements. And get this? They have smoothies and snacks available right inside the store ?!?!?! what? Yea, seriously, If I knew this when I use to work over there, I would have had my lunches there every day.

I was very Dissatisfied with my Love Share Platter I ordered on my 1 year Wedding Anniversary. The platter was not arranged as it shows in picture of website picture. Strawberries were not fully riped and size was misleading as to the picture shown on website. The platter tray seemed way too Big for the arrangement. Cause on website picture the strawberries were more closer and arranged in sequence. Even my guests were very Unhappy and said I paid way Too much for what I Got.

Easy online ordering and fresh bouquet ready when I asked for it. Friendly staff and clean environment fresh looking fruit. My coworkers were excited to receive.

I walk in and go to the counter. No one. I look at the displays, look through a printout of choices to order from. No one. I walk to the left and trigger the someone is here bell. No one. I turn to walk out of the door and a man says Hi. I turn and say oh, I didnt think anyone was here. Ive been here for almost 3-4 mins. He said no you didnt, you just walked in. I said no I didnt. Ive been over here (pointed to the right side of the counter near the register). I just triggered your bell when I walked to the cooler to see if anyone was here. I then proceeded to ask if I could order blah blah blah. He said all we have is in the cooler. I said ok thanks Ill order online. I turned to walk out and he said we will be closed tomorrow. I said Oh I wont be back. Her Birthday is tomorrow and left. I hope this guy reviews his security footage to see how long I actually waited. What an jerk. I wont be back to order tomorrow, next week, next month or next year. He needs customer service training. 😡

I ordered this for my family that was vacationing in Ocean Isle Beach NC, and My niece who lives in Garner picked it up. They were all very pleased with it and enjoyed it immensely.

I ordered fruit with a ballon. When the ballon arrived it was flat. Had no air in it. I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails and have yet not received a call. I will certainly dispute the transaction with my bank. I wish I could give them 0 stars

Last Valentines day I won an assortment of Strawberries. The manager was very nice and even interacted with my 17yr daughter.
