I was so happy to find the store. I was looking for something just a little bit different than what I had seen everywhere else and they have the best selection of beautiful carpets. And a wide range of prices. I found the most beautiful carpet in my price range. It completely transformed that room. Everyone in that store was so nice, helpful and patient.Also, I wasn’t looking for any other flooring, but it seems as though they have anything a person might need.

We must say working with Renee and her team was such a pleasure. Renee certainly went above and beyond to help select a carpet to match our needs and even went so far as to made sure that it complemented our new interior paint using a paint deck. Her prices were very competitive compared to others in the area and willing to work with us to keep it within budget with no surprises or add-on charges. We visited the store on several occasions and she was so patient and understanding and always with a smile. She truly believes in providing the best customer service experience. The installation went very smoothly and the crew was very meticulous in clean-up after. The carpet looks great in our house and we could not be happier. We just had carpet and LVP installed by Molina throughout our home. Throughout the entire experience - from the initial call to set up the in-home consultation to our last interaction - everyone at Molina was wonderful. When you call you speak to someone who lives locally and has a reputation in the community.We were torn between a few different choices at different price points. Never did they suggest a more expensive product or try to force our decision. They simply gave us prices, each products benefits and features, and let us make our decision for ourselves.Molinas installers are efficient, detail-oriented, and do a great job. I had a few trouble spots in our home that represented a few challenges in the flooring installation - difficult miters, intricate corners, etc. When they were done and I looked at their work I was impressed. I can honestly say they did a better job than anybody else I know would have done - and they did the entire house in less than a days work! Including moving appliances, beds, hauling out the old flooring, etc. Like some I was hesitant to hire out for a product we hear is so easy to DIY like LVP flooring. Well after seeing Molinas work they are more than worth it.I really doubt we will have any issues with our new floors, but if we do I dont see any reason to expect a hassle dealing with Molina. Besides keeping money in our local economy, dealing with a local company means theyre easy to get ahold of if an issue arises.

I would highly recommend Molina carpets. William came out several times to my office to show me samples and was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In the long run, I went elsewhere only because they didnt have a product available in the budget I was trying to stay within. They came back out and fixed the carpet that I had installed by another company that had the product I liked in budget, but didnt do a great job installing it. I even tried to leave William a check for his time since i didnt end up buying carpet from them, and he refused to accept any kind of payment, and said he is just doing his job. Great employee, great company.

The installation crew was really quick and my new carpet looks amazing! On top of all that, the actual cost of the carpet was lower than the initial quote over the phone! Molina Carpets is hands down the best flooring company in the area! They came out and did a free in-home estimate that was very informative and showed me lots of options. The entire staff is knowledgeable about flooring and carpets of all types and they were honest - they did not try to up sale or pressure me to buy anything. Their prices were also the best in the area and they could not be beat. My installation of both carpet and flooring went flawlessly - the team that came out were very professional and made sure I was happy with every detail. I had my carpets replaced a few months ago. I live in raeford, NC. This company is great. The prices are better than Lowes and Home depot with and have good quality carpet, quality padding and quick installation. They gave me a free quote. Measured the rooms, while answering my questions. My house is around 1,200 sq ft. They have payment plans offered at times but I did not take that option.One thing I really valued about this company is they are not pushy salesman. They really listen to you. Also when there was a mistake on my part (I didnt read the estimate carefully) they corrected the problem (they remembered what I requested) by driving over an hour back to their business to bring me the carpet I wanted after they arrived. I made sure to tip the installers for their wait.Thank you Molina Carpets. Im calling you soon to redo my bathroom floors.Sorry I couldnt remember any of your names.

We are so impressed with Molina Carpets! Our designer recommended them to us, and everything she promised - they delivered. We worked with Peter and Deborah, who happen to be the nicest folks you’ll ever meet. Plenty of time was spent discussing patterns, textures, colors, uses, expectations - and the financial investment is beyond reasonable. Our install is so professional I guarantee you’d think we paid 2-3 times what we actually did. Even after deciding on measurements, etc., when the day of install actually came - the installer very patiently went over measurements with me inch by inch (we were doing a stair runner, so tread exposure was very important to us) until we’d worked out the EXACT perfect width of our runner. I cannot say enough about this company. I’d give more stars if more was an option!

Incredibly honest, genuine company which Im finding incredibly rare these days. Fast response time, incredible service and they install was flawless. They were in and out, cleaned up, and the room looks wonderful. From the time I contacted them, to the completion of the project was less than one week. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Molinas Carpets are the best to work with! We contacted quite a few local businesses for an estimate for carpet. They were the only ones that even bothered to bring samples to see and touch. They were there for us every step of the way and communication was top-notch. Their installation team was on time, courteous and did a fantastic job, at a very reasonable price. Molina Carpets is the absolute BEST! I just can not express how impressed I am with this carpet company. I have had them re-stretch the carpet in my home and install new flooring in my bathroom. It took me a while to find the bathroom flooring I wanted however, Renee and her team were very patient with me and went over and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Renee is just so wonderful. The guys that came to do the work were outstanding. They were all so skilled, respectful and nice to have working in my home. I do not do reviews very often. I am also pretty picky about my home and expect outstanding workmanship and Molina Carpets has never disappointed me. I would NEVER use anyone else.

Molina is a FANTASTIC flooring company to work with. Renee and William went well out of their way to entertain our whims in deciding on a flooring product, being patient and providing numerous quotes on various possibilities. They even brought in samples from companies they did not traditionally stock. Additionally they provided guidance and caveats on the product ideas we entertained. They definitely know their business. Once we finally decided on the flooring material, installation was quick, cost effective and well done. Even with a little discrepancy at installation, Renee addressed and remedied it without hesitation in a timely manner. The customer service is absolutely SUPERB! We are so happy with the result. We have a few more flooring projects to go in our home and we will definitely be using Molina. You should be too.

She was super patient and nice, even as I flip flopped on the color several times! Her installers were hard working, courteous, and did an awesome job. Pricing was extremely competitive - 20% lower than big box stores and better materials! I couldnt be more pleased and I love my new carpet!!

We recently had LVT and new carpeting installed by Molina Flooring. We worked directly with Deborah and Peter and they both were more than a pleasure to work with! Molina Carpets is an excellent local business. Everyones response timing was superb. Both Peter and Deborah followed up to ensure the work was timing and of excellent quality. The prices were either aligned or below other quotes we received. The flooring was installed speedily within one week of agreed upon quote. Molina carpets went above and beyond for me. I had a hardwood floor that needed repairs and to wood was discontinued. Renee was able to locate the wood so I didn’t have to redo the entire floor. I was so happy with the results and would definitely use them again! I couldn’t be more pleased.

AWESOME! I used Molina Carpets to replace the carpets in our condo this past weekend and honestly I couldnt have asked for a better experience. We called to inquire about pricing and within the same day they came onsite, measured, went through carpet samples with me and had an estimate in my inbox before the next day.
