I have all recordings of what Ruby told me on Wednesday and this morning when I called her to ask why he was doing this when she told me 3pm. She then told me he handles repos and they didnt order repossession. So Esco, please do not respond to any review I do including with the BBB bc it means nothing to me. However I will use the money I had for payment to file the civil suit, see you in court. And tell Ruby I said thanks. I learned to record every conversation dealing with this car after the issue with repair. And before I go, my intitial review was done the day of sale bc he gave me a free oil change card to give him a good review. Guess he wants to push the true reviews to the bottom. Another response to Escos bogus lies ! Yes Margo is me, Kristal and this page is me as well! I intend to let you all know exactly what kind of character he has- so how he responded1- nobody went to jail and in fact the police told me to sue him bc he is very “shady” as they stated.2-I made all payments with the exception of this month AGAIN due to LIFE and my new business but that doesnt matter bc AGAIN RUBY FROM CAR FINANCIAL TOLD ME 3pm Friday.3- the comedy. The 750$ tow he insisted I pay was fraudulent itself as he was attempting to jump start it and drive off. No tow company at all until after the tire had been flattened then he had to call a tow truck. The 750$ was a made up price to deter me bc I told him as he was connecting a jump box that I have the money in full.4- stop scamming folks ! Let me be very detailed as I see all this fraudulent business owner does is argue his customers and reviews down lol. To start, he sold me a salvage title Nissan max- beautiful car even though it had been wrecked. My credit not being good and with limited options at the time I still went with it. The down payment price was good and payment was affordable. So we did the deal. The car, after a few days was making an outrageous noise and needing a jump to crank. Minor issue as when we popped the hood we noticed the battery post was not attached and coming off, my fiancé fixed it. We then took it to a shop and found out was wrong with it, rather then paying 875$ to fix it, I called Esco as I hadn’t had the car a week. He told me he would fix it so I brought it in, I asked when it would be fixed and he told me it might take a few days and to be patient. Fine. I waited 4 days and then asked for an update and no answer. I text him saying the communication was horrible I just want an update and I received a call from him. From the time I answered he had an attitude as if I was wrong for wanting to be updated and told me I won’t rush him and basically it’ll be done when it’s done. I was livid. As a business owner for one, how do you get an attitude with me wanting a simple update. Instead he calls me with a be little-ing tone asking about my attitude and how I sent a text vs talking about the issue at hand. I then told him I would pay the 875 myself, and pick it up. He refused. So with no other option I waited. When it was done and I went to get the car, I sent my fiancé in so it wouldn’t be any issues. Esco wanted to talk with him about “my attitude” once again instead of just handling the issue. They got into a verbal argument and I ended up going in to get the key anyway. A few months later, I purchased a box truck and started my own business. How Esco knew of this I have no idea, but randomly called to congratulate us. Weird but I accepted it. Fast forward to last month, I received texts stating I was multiple payments behind and was not at all, I sent back pictures of receipts and then suddenly he fixed the system. Everyone falls on hard times. This month was the month we started our first contract with the business and money has been tight. I set up auto payment from my account with CAR FINANCIAL - who I was told now handled my account. My payment from two weeks ago bounced. Plus I had a payment due this week as well. I spoke to RUBY at car financial two days ago (Wednesday)and told her I was able to make the payment in full today ( Friday) as we were receiving our first settlement from the contract work we have done. She tells me and I quote “if it was me I would turn the car on so you can make the payment but that’s on Esco, just have your payment in by 3pm Friday and you’ll be fine” prior to her saying that, I told her I was fine with it being disabled, and please just don’t pick it up bc I will have the money within 2days. At 11am today, I come outside to go withdraw the cash and make my certified fund payment. Esco and some random guy I’ve never seen were under the hood of the car. He proceeded to tell me it had to be in my 9am which was not what I was told, and I told him that. Told him I have the payment in full and can I pay him, he then said yea if I have 750 for the repo fee. Mind you there was no repo or tow truck just him and some guy that brought him in his own car, go figure. What he didn’t expect was the battery to be dead, he was attempting to jump start the car and drive it away. I went inside to get him the car key as he asked and I sat in the driver seat and began to bag my belongings. Esco then tried to make me get out of the car, I told him I was not until I had my things. Atp my fiancé came outside and things escalated to an argument resulting in Esco calling the police. The police spoke to me, I showed them a video and pictures and they agreed he was very crookish and told me to sue bc it is civil. I agreed. He was loud and trying to embarrass me bc I wasn’t going to let him tell me where to sit.

BE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL! BE CAREFUL! Iam not sure how real these past reviews are because i know atleast 3 people who he has done dirty in so many ways. HE BRIBES HIS NEW CUSTUMORS WITH A FREE OIL CHANGE IN EXCHANGE FOR A GOOD REVIEW. So from experiance i wouldnt even trust the past reviews. I cant even explain how unprofessional & crooked this business is. He has harrased me and my husband the entire time we had our car. Fake repos. Slashed tires. Harrassing us at the NICU while our baby was fighting for her life. While we were only 3 payments away from being paid off. He had some sketchy worker of his ONCE AGAIN come and harrass my husband at his job. THEY DROVE HIS CAR OFF THE LOT AT HIS JOB WHILE HE WAS WORKING! LIKE STEALING ALMOST..ABSOLUTELY NO NOTICE. NO LATE PAYMENTS. INSURANCE WAS UP TO PAR. ALMOST PAID OFF WITHIN A FEW PAYMENTS. AND HE STILL TOOK THE CAR!!!!! All because he sold us a car with a bad transmission & we wanted to trade it in but he didnt want the truth to come out that he sold us a bad car..... He then sends my husband a sketchy email at 11pm at night saying hes got a car ALREADY approved for him. So my husband arrives the next morning confused yet expecting a car. He put my husband in a jeep commander then took it back an hour after CLAIMING to already have approved him. Then left him walking on the street!!! Then said he trashed our belongings (brand new car seat, formula, jewelry, important paper work, etc). He said he trashed it OVER MY REVIEW Id written. So its clear he did alot of this out of spite... All in all this is a TRUE STORY & TO NOT BE LOOKED PAST!! I WISH I COULD POST 0 STARS BUT I DONT HAVE THAT OPTION. AGAIN BECAREFUL! PLEASE!

The owner sold my son (whos licence was suspended) a car. Within 7 days it was overheating (water leak) almost locked up because there was no oil in it. His key is stuck in it, and there is a bent valve, oh and motor mount was loose. Once taking him to the lot my husband and I were kicked off the lot by the owner who refused to refund the $ spent.
