Clean store with good selection. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was shopping for my 6 yo daughter and she found a pair that she liked. They did seem a little overpriced overall. Thats the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars. I would recommend.

Im trying to understand how everyone is providing feedback of 5 stars for this location. Seth Short(Manager) and Farah Oakley(Associate) provided poor customer service. Not only will I provide this review here but I will be contacting their corporate office as well as BBB concerning the issue at hand.If I were their managers and had perform their evaluation, I would give them a 0 for customer service, quality and properly train them on the store policy, procedures and customer satisfaction. The manager needs to understand the meaning of False Advertisement and provide efficient customer service to ALL of their customers.

I love my new Crocs. I had four or five pair of the ones in with the fur in them. But now its starting to get warm so now I have a pair without the fur. This is my second pair without the fur and I absolutely love to color. The rack room in white oak does not have a lot variety of sizes. I wear an eight and I didnt see a lot of eights. But I do recommend them. The Crocs were $44.

They had some cute boots, but no wide widths.

It was disappointing that the store doesnt carry a variety of sizes. A gentleman working there was kind enough to answer my questions about the boots. What was also disappointing was needing assistance again from another staff member and being completely ignored. The associate was more interested in doing her hair than helping get a pair of boots that were up too high to reach.

I came here shopping after work and I was greeted by a young man who worked here and was extremely helpful he went over and beyond in my opinion and that’s my reason for 5 star. He greeted me asked me if I needed help which I did. Found my right size and even gave me another to try on to fight the right fit. He was extremely genuine and it’s hard to find that with younger generations these days. I didn’t see his name but I have his employee # which I will post bc I want management to know how wonderful it feels to get great customer service these days! I would definitely be back to shop here !

My wife tried to return some shoes purchased here due to them being too small for our five year old daughter. Employee acted as if she was a burden since she interrupted him putting lotion on his hands. He then proceeded to call the shoes she was returning trash. Not worth the trouble or disrespect so we will be going elsewhere.

This location has great customer service. Everytime I’ve been salesperson has checked everything I’ve asked about. One salesman even was shopping along with me for my grandson who wasn’t with me. I told him the colors he may like and he looked as hard as I did. Great employees.

I understand that this is not a high end shoe store but the shoes are always disorganized and it is really hard to find shoes that you are looking for. The employees were super fake and it was obvious. Id rather shop at Walmart than here!

Ive always had great experiences at this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, while not pushy. The selection is great even compared to other Rack Room locations that Ive been to.

Very professional. Didnt have the size I needed but was able to order and ship to my home, or to store location.

Although its basically find and try for yourself, staff is willing and quick to help. I found a style I liked, but not my size. The manager trainee found my size st another store, from where they will be shipped straight to me. Happy customer!

Came into the store around 8:45 last night looking a pair of shoes. The girl who helped me out to begin with was very helpful and nice. After looking all around for a pair of shoes they showed to have in their system we could not locate them. At this point it was around 9:10. The store closes at 9 needless to say. I saw another pair of shoes I was intending on buying until I was rudely approached by an employee. He came to my isle and looked and me and rudely said “ You know we are closed right”. I then stated well I was going to buy a pair of shoes and he didn’t even make an attempt to say oh I’m sorry how can I help you let me ring you up. As I was walking out the door I let the girl know who was previously helping me how rude tzhat was of her co worker and she acted like she could care less. I manage a retail store and I would never dare run a paying customer out even if they were there past closing time. No wonder so many businesses fail now days. Your customers are what keep you in business! Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

The manager was very pleasant. They had a good sale going on. We got two pairs of shoes, for what we have paid for one in the past. I was very, very happy!

Super helpful staff! I had an exchange to make and they didnt have my size, so Matthew offered to order them form the website and ship them to me. That is some great customer service, as I didnt even have to ask for any solutions to my problem.

I hate buying shoes, I have wide feet and there is literally not a single shoe I can wear at most discount shoe stores. I walked out of here with 2 pairs of shoes that I am very happy about still a month later.

I normally love RRS and shop there a good amount. However, I will not be returning to the one in White Oak. I bought a pair of boots, tried them on in the store and I really liked them. I wore them out ONCE and they really hurt my feet. Theyre flat so there is no reason why they should hurt as much as they did, I felt pinching and tightness. I didnt even walk that much, I mostly sat in class with them and they were awful. I went to exchange them for a different pair and the manager working said you wore these outside, I cant take them back because I cant re-sell them. REALLY? First of all, I only wore them from the parking lot to a building and then inside. Second, the only reason she was able to tell was because there was a bit of dirt on the soles. Third, she could have cleaned the soles and re-sold them. This manager is full of crap. I could have taken a wipe to them and she would have never know. She basically enticed me to go home, wipe the soles and take them back at another store. It was so stupid. I am not going to keep shoes that are ridiculously uncomfortable. I shouldnt have to.

Didnt have my size in any of the shoes I wanted (8 1/2). Too expensive. Found the exact same shoes my husband wanted online for $20 less.

Made a purchase after a lengthy search for boots. Would love to see leather choices & better name brands as in past years, i.e., Clarks, Naturalizer, Easy Spirit, etc. Most brands at Rack Room Shoes are not what I would normally buy. Better quality shoes would be welcomed by many people, along with good sale incentives.

The girl at the counter was friendly and greeted me at the door while tending to another customer. 2 other employees were so caught up in their conversation that even though they saw me waiting for assistance they continued. Im not ever going back cause obviously they dont need any business at the white oak location.

Shoes overpriced and hardly ever have my size. The purpose of coming to the store is to try the shoe to see if I like it before buying not ordering online and then having to go through a hassle with exchanging our returning the shoes if they dont fit

Not as large as Brier Creeks but it has a decent selection for a Rack Room. If youve gone to one, you pretty much know what youre in for. I did end up having to order some shoes online since they didnt have my size here, but I typically run into that at RRS since their stock is somewhat limited and I guess I have a common shoe size or something. If youre near Garner, this RRS will probably do the job.
