Attentive employees nice staff but maybe bc I’ve been doing my hair for years it’s kinda annoying when asking for advice or questions on products and they don’t have an Answer or knowledge . I feel like to work here you should at least know what your selling how to use it or just say you don’t know anything about the product instead of making up horrible advice .

I shopped here on Saturday morning and was so impressed with the young lady working here. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and asked if she could help me. I told her what I wanted and within 5 minutes I had what I needed and was out the door. It was obvious that she knew the products and cared that I got what I needed

I purchased a product and asked for a bag to put it in and the cashier said it would be. 15 cents for a bag. Do I patronize you and you charge me for a bag to put the product I just bought from you. This is bad business and I definitely will not be back

Went to 40/42 location Friday,yesterday, and lady on duty in the afternoon was were pleasant and very eager to help!!!

Every time I come here is different. But I have shopped there twice when a younger red headed girl was working and she is always extremely helpful. She has a good personality and actually seems like she cares. She very smiley and joyful. There are a few other associates I have dealt with there and I seemed like a bother or they didn’t know the answer but just took a guess or agreed with whatever I say and some don’t even say a word.

I looked like a dirty ear swab .. And Sally came to my rescue!

Worst Sally’s I’ve ever been to, the customer service is terrible and there are some days the store manager closes the store early. They all have bad attitudes too!

Im able to purchase many items I need while having sucha variety of diffrent items in their own sections Sallys has many products which eventually will be needed in your life from cutting your hair to painting your toes coloring your hair putting on make up buying a brush twizing your eyebrows a magnified mirror products to build acrylic nails hair ties an curling your hair get a perm or make it straightfile ur nails bleach ur teeth clear up blemishes tone ur skin remove wrinkles with amazing creams add those eyelashes get the glue pick out ur favorite Mack up bag or find a tote put items into containers pin up ur hair remove those pesky hairs with a fabulous remover scrub that body with amazing body wash bubble up the tub for a long relaxation time change the skin tone with just a pump of lotion color sanitize ur hands while soaking those feet hot wax them under arms an any in between gloves on soften them hands cap up that head sitting in the water look all the styles of containers big small square round colored clear hot cold different uses save those nice clothes even have cute colorful plain aprons styles shapes sharpness many scisors repair healthy name brand shampoo softness tangle free better name brand healthy repair conditioner styling hair products prices in range guess what fits budgets discount card and can become a member if you are a profecinal

Service is poor....iz like dey dont care

This store is hit or miss. Ive been in this location many times since its the closest one to me. Sometimes your welcome with a nice friendly smile and associates are very willing to help but the last few times I went to the customer service has been very slack. They dont seem like they really want to help you whatsoever and when you asked them something they kind of just rolled her eyes and keep going like youre not valued there. And I dont consider them just asking if you need help when you walk in the door to be true customer service because when you do it they act like youre bothering them. My last few encounters I havent even bought anything just turn around and walk out, even if its something I need Ill find about a different location

This place is a GD joke. They never have anything I need, the girls have an attitude and cant be bothered with you, they wont accept returns or exchanges when it says they do on the receipt. The last straw was yesterday when I decided to give them one last chance and they decided to close then store during business hours to go out to eat. I came at around 130, their make shift sign said theyd be back at 230. If I could give no stars, I would.

I love Sally Beauty Supply, no matter where it is. Been shopping with the company for years in every state Ive ever lived. I have never had a bad experience but then again, I always go in knowing what I need or want.

How if they are doing curbside shopping if nobody answers the phone when you call? I have called multiple times and nobody ever answers.

Think they need to overhaul their staffing; went today and there was a sign that said they were closed until 4pm for lunch. Thats not good business practice and a waste of my time.

Need to hire more people so they dont have to put a “be back in 15 minute” sign on the door when they take a break.
