The owner, Dan, is extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment to have my sons cranial helmet wrapped (this is a free service they offer). The baby can only have the helmet off for 1 hr per day, I dropped the band off in a bin outside at my appointment time (per their instructions) and when I returned to pick it up the $4k helmet was still sitting in a bin on the ground outside untouched. Dan then told me what did you pay? exactly!. I told him I would have gladly paid to not have my entire morning wasted - I took off work and drove 30 min each way to get there and then had to drag my baby around 1.5 hours while we waited. Dan then continued to send me harassing text messages after I left. I cant even believe what transpired with him this morning and will never be supporting or recommending his business to anyone.

I called Precision Signs on Tuesday with a question about pricing on a 4 by 7 foot vinyl full color banner needed for that upcoming Saturday. Pricing was competitive and I was told that as long as I placed my order that afternoon I could get my banner by Friday. I called back and corrected the banner dimensions to 4 by 8 foot and Dan kept the price the same! The banner turned out amazing and looked great at my event.Dan was easy to work with and very helpful, will bring more projects to get printed again!Highly recommend A++

I ordered the bundle of DOC bands for our son, only to realize I ordered the wrong side. When I contacted the company, not only did they respond the next business day, they also replaced the bands at a GIGANTIC fraction of the price. Excellent quality and customer service! Fast shipping and great results.

Regardless of how great your company does the servives you offer, saying this only solemnly based on reading other reviews and previous comments left by customers. My 1 star review is based on the driving of one of your employees that almost caused my husband to slam on the breaks very unsafely on hwy 42 in Clayton . The employee quickly merged infront of us without signaling. Please respect the road! I dont care how much of a hury you are in. Talk with your people please.

Precision signs has completed numerous projects for my business (Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing) and personally. They outfitted my truck with decals/wrap. I was stopped at a traffic light today and the person beside me noticed my wrap and told me about an issue he was having with his AC at his home. We have scheduled an appointment to check out this persons issue for this week. This is all because of the great decal/wrap work that Precision Signs completed!
