This Michaels was fully stocked. Which now post-pandemic days is a hard thing to accomplish. They also have a full clearance section to the back left side of the establishment. I would recommend stopping by and checking this Michaels out for all of your crafty needs.

I had accidentally got my order shipped, a $130. order to be exact. I drove all the way from North Raleigh to pick it up, and my order was no where to be found. I had called the store the day before just to make sure my order was there, and the lady that I spoke to, said she would make sure to put my name on it, and leave it out for me. Well.. I went up there this morning, and they couldn’t find my order. The guy at the register did try to find it, and he even tried to get the manager and the manager said he was busy. I waited a few hours, and called the store. I asked for a manager or assistant manager, and I was put on hold. I’m actually writing this while I’m still on hold for almost 20 minutes now. There conflict resolution is something less than be desired. From now on, I’m ordering through Hobby Lobby. They’ve never lost an order of mine. Save your time,effort, and money and go to Hobby Lobby.

I always enjoy shopping here! They made space for two aisles of fabric by the yard which are pretty nice! Sign up for their awards program and for emails. Youll get a lot of useful coupons and reward bucks, too! If youre looking for beanies boos, they removed their huge checkout lane display and replaced with two wicker baskets of about a dozen medium size boos. 🙁 Hopefully they will return soon.

Went on a Sunday after seeing the Weekly Ad, but nothing from the Ad was unboxed yet! Having worked in retail previously, on shipment days, wed go in early to unbox and arrange the floor. I know stores are understaffed right now, but the manager(s) should have had this taken care of. Really disappointing.

Love my Garner White Oaks store! Easy to find items, clean, and friendly customer service when I need help finding items. They have no problem ordering items for me when I need them either making pickup easy and convenient!

I made a visit to find the smiley face 3D stickers emoji. But I found some pretty interesting stuff always. A little tray... Awesome!!

There are so many possibilities in this store! There are so many craft supplies here if you cant find your crafting needs here it probably doesnt exist. They also offer unique accessories for the home or office

I went in for some fall foliage to decorate but very little on shelves. They were beginning to put out Christmas decorations.

My daughter and I went to this store to locate sticker letters and some paint ... When we couldnt find the letters we went In Search of a worker to assist us... We couldnt find a single person.. there was one cashier and a young lady I tried speak to for 6 isle and she just kept walking as I called out maam.. and the other coworker was on a smoke break. So we left and went to party city

If you are a crafter then Michales is a great place to go. They have a huge variety of PROJECTS that you can do. They have crafting projects for all ages. Their prices are not to bad either.

This location was neat and clean however the associates were young and lacked customer service skills. They didnt speak or greet the customers and if they did it was very dry and unwelcoming.

The prices here are always out the roof so I would definitely going to Amazon before coming in here for anything. It would probably be a good idea to look for inspiration and then heading over to the internet. But when you do decide to purchase something in store, be sure its not when there is a long line or else you will be in line for ages with only one register open to take customers ready to check out.

I think that the aisles are very tight, the staff is hit and miss for checking out. There always seems to be a decent amount of traffic inside the store. Make sure you download the app to use their coupon for additional savings on every visit.

I like Michaels, but they have cut back on the unfinished wood. I do wood burning and get some of the walnut hallow bark planks there, the variety has been very very small. I might have to start looking some wear else.

Love this store, though its like kryptonite to me - so many ideas for crafts and ideas! Honestly just nice to browse sometimes and let your mind and creativity wander. I think even their decor options have improved over the years - less typical old lady, and a little more fun.Friendly staff, and though I dont usually have questions Ive witnessed them being super helpful with other customers. 😁

One of the worst experiences, EVER. Wanted to order and do curbside pickup which Ive never done before so I called the store to see how long it takes them to fulfill a pickup curbside order, which I only had 2 items. I was told about 2 hours. I live a ways away and I had some other things to do so after about an hour I headed into town. After I finished my other shopping, I tried to call the store to see if my order was ready. They put me on hold for about 15 minutes and never came back. I went ahead and drove and stayed in the parking lot, calling the store again. The girl that answered said yes I remember you dont hang up let me get my manager but she did say it takes 4- 5hours to fulfill an order, but she will check to see if its ready for me. I wonder to myself how it could take 4-5 hours when ordering for same-day curbside service has to be done by 3:00 and they no longer do curbside service after 6:00. That didnt make any sense to me. I waited on hold and after about 45 minutes I walked into the store. Still no one could tell me if my order was ready. Stayed on hold to see how long it would take until somebody actually took my call. As I was in the store, I became aware of two other people in the store looking for their orders that they never got notification as well. I finally got someone to help me and basically they just said well I could go get the items myself if I wanted. Nobody seemed concerned that people werent getting their orders fulfilled. Mind you I am still on hold and after 1 hour and 15 minutes I hung up the phone. No one ever answered my call after I was put on hold. I got my items and was told my order would be canceled, but then the next morning I received a notice that my order was ready. Lol. Then I finally received an email saying my order was canceled. I think I will just save my time and frustration and go to Joanns fabrics next time. I wont have this problem. Order online and use curbside pickup at your own risk.

I suggest going to a different location or at least not ordering online for in-store or curbside pickup at this location. I submitted my order and received a notification that it was complete and ready to be picked up. I told them I was on my way as the notification suggested. I called when I got there and was told to park my car along the curb and my order would be brought out. I waited for 22 minutes. Finally someone came out and asked my name but said they would be right back with my order. Five minutes later another associate came with my order but it was incomplete. They said they didnt have one of the items. I couldnt make my craft without this most important item so after all of that I had to cancel the order and leave.

My wife has always loved this location. It is very rare that she goes into the store and does not locate what she needs.

Don’t use the pick up service! I parked and called. No designated spots. 20 minutes went by, no one came out. I had to go in and my order was still sitting in the cabinet. No one had even looked for it. Order was all there though.

I wasnt certain on what pencils to buy but Lydia at the front was more than helpful in guiding me towards what Im looking for.

They were having a great sale. Found things for four projects that I am working on- Fall arrangements, Applachian Christmas, jewelry making, and fall baking. Had fun time walking and looking at all the merchandise!

Macala was awesome. She was able to locate everything I was looking for . I am on oxygen and she stuck with me all the way to check out. I wish every employee was like macala.

My go to place for anything crafty. I love that Michaels always has what I need and that they always have coupons! As a teacher, its nice to be appreciated with an every day teacher discount. The location is also very convenient and around other places I frequent.
