I took my printer up to your shop this month, due to memory issues. Your technician spent time to get those issues repaired and even showed me how to update my printer drives. He was very patient with me. Days later he came to my office and got me set (because I couldnt figure out out how to connect6 with the updated drivers on my own). He was so very helpful and he solved my issues fast. I really appreciate you all! I have a degree in electrical engineering and can repair most of my IT equipment ... except printers. They are pure evil. Fortunately Doug Chandler at Elite Print Management was just the exorcist I needed. Prompt service and reasonable pricing had my color laser printer back in action at no time.

Dont go here. I felt like they didnt care about me as a customer. Brought an old printer in and left after an hour without a fix. Next time I have a printer issue, you wont see me here.
