We love our rock hot tub from Universal Rocks. It fits right in with our landscape and looks completely natural. The quality is amazing and we love lounging in it whether its hot or cold outside. We love the dual functionality of a pool in the hot weather and a hot tub whenever we want it. It takes less than an hour to heat up completely. Universal Rocks is the best in the industry for artificial rocks and wood products. Their rock hot tubs and pool waterfalls are so realistic and they even make man caves!

After I intially had a bad experience with the installation of my spa (done by a person no longer contracting with the company), and wrote a review, the owner contacted me, refunded the cost associated with the issue(s), and corrected the problems with the installation. They really seem like they want to make things right and it was unfortunate that they had someone working for them who wasnt.

Just received another order of the Holey Rock today. An absolutely incredible replica of real holey rock, without the heavy weight and water displacement. I bought a rock ledge 3D background for my African cichlid tank and have received nothing but rave reviews for the aquarium. Just recd my Universal Rocks order today. I ordered a rock spa, a Uni-grotto, a medium pond and a large pond. I was a bit concerned ordering sight unseen but the videos and photos on their website are very accurate.We asked the foreman of the residential construction site next door to send some of his workers over to unpack the truck when it arrived and he was very impressed by how realistic it looks and how easy it is to move. His employer builds very high end homes (over a million dollars) and he was of the opinion some of his customers may be interested in some for their own homes in the area.The transaction with Universal Rocks was seamless. Everyone I spoke to there was professional and provided great customer service.We have not installed our products yet- that will have to wait til we return from our vaca- but so far we are very, very impressed by this company.
