Walked in, immediately noticed two guys working, they looked up at me and kept working, I initiated a greeting asked was he Juan, the owner I spoke with a day or two prior on the phone, he acknowledged that he was. I further engaged him with a question whether he would be able to help with embroidery as I already had the logo on my cellphone visible to show. I had on a mask, no one else did, no problem, maybe thats why he stood back so far only to state that the logo was to intricate to do??? At that point nothing else to be said.....Wow!!! The logo has been done with ease elsewhere....smh

Bought team hats, work is done in shop and looked great. I prefer shopping local and will spend a little extra to not have to deal with shipping hassles, didn’t have to here, best of both worlds. Great customer service. Prompt receipt of quality product at half the price of other local vendors. Hats were done in just under two weeks of initial contact (would’ve been a week but I was slow to decide).
