The representative was wonderful. I got helped, pretty quickly. When it came time to choose the phone I wanted, the assistance was greatly appreciated. At the store. Number 2. When it came to helping someone whos totally blind, it was a great experience. Even when it came to setting up talk back on my phone, getting everything running, it was great. Even, choosing the right phone was the best thing that I was able to do. I was very happy with the results. With the results.

So my family and I had a mini vacation and went tubing down the San Marcos River. We were having a perfect day until the “string” to the water proof phone bag, broke.Had I know that the string to the phone bag was flimsy I would of never bought it. This of course happened where the current was the strongest and the river was deep.The first thing that crossed my mind… my freaking pictures!!! I had made up my mind that I was going to use my wife’s old PINK phone… not cool!!I want to thank the HEROS of the AT&T store at this location. They were able to save me from a life of ridicule and bullying by friends and family. I was able to get the new IPhone 12!! Whaaaaat!! I should of dropped my phone in the river way before. Look… go and check these guys out! They are courteous, helpful, and can give you options. To all the team at this location… thanks!

I have a really bad experience with that sale representative, he was refusing to help me until I did ask for a supervisor, that was the worst service I ever had terrible customer service I do not understand how they keep up on business.

For the first time I wish Google had a zero star rating. I went in to port two numbers over and bought a new phone. The experience from the ATT side was a nightmare from the very beginning. All I can say about this store is the manager after placing multiple phone calls there over 2 weeks to finally speak with her was helpful and issued part of the offer ATT advertised when I bought the new phone. The associate really messed my account up by activating 2 separate lines as if they were different accounts costing me a bill nearly double. Be very cautious if you do any business with this store the ratings are not very good from many people here.

Sandra was really amazing!! She did such an amazing job explaining the plans they had available in comparison to the current plan that I have now. She did her due diligence in trying to save me money by looking for deals, and savings, answered all my questions and kept me laughing the entire time. I left pleased. No complaints at all!

I have had problems with my phone since April of last year. My number never ported right & phone had minimal service. Anessa suggested a new number & I now have a fully functional phone! Nobody believed me, because on your records, my old phone number was active. Let not forget another phone on the account didn’t port over either Anessa fix both issues within mins. SHE NEEDS A RAISE!

Customer service here is great, my service person was Anessa, I think thats how its spelled. She took her time and assisted my grandpa and answered all of his questions. She also took time to go over his bill with him and explain the pricing out for him. I will be back to this location when I am due for my upgrade.

Went to exchange my phone as I had a horrible experience with a different store so I came here. I was told it can’t be done without a manager. The guy told me to come back the next day as the manager would be in. I told him i won’t be able to come till about 6 and he said that’s fine and she will be here. I get here the next day, wait 20 minutes in line and get told that the manager is not in today and won’t be in until Monday and it’s Friday. I am on a 14 day time frame and I’ve had NOTHING but trouble from EVERY AT&T store I’ve been to. DONT GO HERE. DONT GET AT&T. Such a waste of my time.

Crystal has been my associate for almost a year, she has always taken care of my needs and what I needed to know but the only problem I had was that the manager was breathing down her neck and suggesting she should move on to the next customer because I was waiting on my dad to call and send me his code to our account. Nagging on an employee is nothing but creating a hostile environment.

Awesome team here! They really go above and beyond to help you make the right selections for your family and situation. Honestly, the best experience I have ever had in an AT&T store and Ive been an AT&T wireless customer for over a decade.

This is my new home store...BEST SERVICE EVER!! LaToya was absolutely AMAZING! I went into the store today to switch from and Android to an iPhone. I was a bit uneasy to say the least and I knew switching would be very time consuming. Latoya made the process seamless!! She was extremely patient and very informative through the entire process (the phone transfer was lengthy). I appreciated her level of expertise about the products and her compassion; she listened to me very attentively. Also, Jasmine the store manager was very knowledgeable and her store and team members worked as a true TEAM, they were very helpful and inviting (while still being safe). The store asistant by the name of Richard Ventura at the AT&T located at 901 Northwest Highway, Garland 75041, made sure my transition from that nightmare of phone company named straight talk(straight trash) went through. Even though the reps from straight talk were very incompetent, Richard Ventura was very patient and professional. He went above and beyond. Because of him, I am now a new and proud to be an AT&T customer.

LaToya Collins is the BEST!! I must say the best customer service I have had in a long time. Ive been in customer service for over 25 years. She was very helpful things that I didnt even realize she brought it up to help me and I walked out with a new phone.

Customer service is awful. I walked in the store and there were only 2 representatives working and they were with customers but I was never acknowledged nor signed in. Nobody greeted me. There were other people waiting before me and this has happened before. This is bad business. I waited for almost half an hour and still no help. I am very disappointed.i should have at least been acknowledged and signed in. Bad experience never coming here again.

Dont waste your time going in. They acted like they couldnt care less that I walked in. No one ever approached us to see if we needed anything. There was a guy sitting cross-legged on one of their benches and I thought he was a customer. Nope, turns out he works there. He acted like it was an imposition to talk to us. He was only interested in getting me to pre-order the new Samsung phone - told me not to waste money on other phones as they will go down in price once the new phone goes on sale. Also told me that the brand I currently have is a piece of junk. I went home and ordered my new device online.

I have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Today I walked in and was signed in. I was told it would be a 15 or 20 minute wait. It has now been 1-1/2 hours and the lady that signed me in was short with me and unapologetic the 2 times I asked how much longer the wait would be. ATT I was at Tmobile before I came here to consider changing carriers after 10 years of loyalty.....maybe just a horrible location and bad reflection of the company. Still waiting.....

Went in to pay off my phone and upgrade to a new one. Guy was completely unwilling to help. Will not ever go back to this location. Been there before and received excellent service but today, not so much.

Self indulgent, arrogant attendant met my friend and I at door. Experience went from bad to worse as the attendant continued to be condescending and rude. He was worthless! Asked for different person to assist since he could not lower himself to be of assistance! Worst experience ever.

It is your typical authorized dealer AT&T experience. I knew this going into the store and their sales team did not disappoint. Always go with an actual AT&T store if you want something accomplished.
