Curbside order not ready. Had to go inside. They lost the ticket. Had to help them. Out of items. Rude to other customers. Had to take wrong items. Spoke with the manager, and he did nothing

This store is very popular and the shelves empty almost as fast as they stock them.

This is the most horrible place to order any stuff for you party. I was order a balloons for my dougther sweet 16 party on april 6th the event was on april 11th plenty time to prepare everything and have a fantastic time but never happened I call to the store to check was going on and the said my order was on the way Im spend $160 dollars for a dozen of balloons I hope some one could put this place together because they ruin or party so bad hopefully could get my refund.

Theres two people working the register on a Sunday afternoon the weekend before Halloween. Doesnt make sense!!

I ordered balloons online for dads day. I went to pick up on dads day. I went to google to look up address to gps & it said open. It doesnt say the time they choose unless I click on the party city website.So i gps to threw party city & it wad closed.I arrived at 6p & they close at 6. I waited i the pick up spot until I went back to google & it said closed. I looked and looked to see if there was a closing time present & nope. I went to the website & it was there closed at 6p. Mon - friday they close at 8p. On sat at 7 and sun at 6p. Wow no phone call just a text early that morning to say they are expecting me today. No time just that they will be ready.

The worst ever customer service here! Whatever you say their answer is you can check thereI tried to get an assistance 4 times from different staff with no success. The same bad approach from everyone here. Ill never come back here but will spend my $200 elsewhere.You lost a partnership with floral business.

They have pretty much all of the little specifics that youd need to make your party the way you want it to be. Plus, a rainbow of colors to choose from in many items. Plus a large aisle full of candy. Plus tons of costumes and accessories. The checkout lines can be long, but theyre organized and efficient. The friendliness of the cashiers can vary.

There are so many great options for party supplies here. I went in for Mickey Mouse themed party supplies and the prices were similar to Amazon, maybe a bit higher but not by much. The wait time for check out was ridiculous though. I guess they were having computer problems but they didnt seem to really care about the customers. When it was finally my turn, they called the next guest like they were herding cattle...They were obviously having a bad day and were so rude. The cashier asked if I wanted the balloons blown up and I said no, didnt want to ruin her day any more than it already was. On a side note, you can buy the same size helium tank for $25 at Dollar General as opposed to over $40 at Party City!

Convenient location, excellent selection, good prices and helpful employees for the most part. Restrooms could use a good scrubbing. Parking is convenient.

Most of the items (seeking mainly costumes) were not in stock. Trip was wasted. Dilemma for brick-and-mortar stores when competing for customers who do not exhibit brand loyalty. Perhaps more frequent inventory review may satiate the average customer who feels that this chain may have an edge for basic costumes year round and not just the seasonal kind.

They have a lot of party ideas except for going away, bon voyage, good luck on your next life adventure. Things like that would be nice to see, other than that great party store. Employees very nice and courteous!

Clean store, nice selection, fair prices.

Very friendly staff and clean aisles. Lots of stuff for almost any occasion and a good selection of costumes and decorations.However, I gave them a 3 star rating because there is NO Winnie The Pooh whatsoever... we were Pretty disappointed about that, I thought for sure Party City would have such a popular character for children. When talking to the cashier she said it was a popular request so maybe one day they will bring it back.

We came here on October 8th and really enjoyed the store. We were shopping for Halloween costumes for our kids and there was a great selection. The highlight of the evening was an employee, Kevin. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The man deserves a pay raise and year end bonus! Thank you Kevin!!

We have tried to support your store. Today and about 2 months ago we tried to buy Happy Birthday yard signs. Both times they were sold out. We are driven to buy at Amazon. It is incredible to me that you do not order extra and store them in the back room.

Very disappointed! I ordered non inflated balloons on their website yesterday that I need this week for a balloon release for my daughter who is deceased and it clearly said they had at least 10 for an in-store pick up so I ordered that many and now get an email they only have a few and it could be up to 2 weeks on the rest! There is also a voicemail that says they cant do refunds. This is absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with an online order with a company.

Do not purchase balloons from here. I drove a long way to pick up balloons from there, and they were all halfway deflated in 30 minutes. By the end of the day, they were all flat. I don’t think the person was properly tying them. The worker who answered the phone tried to make an excuse for it when I called to tellthem the issue, but the one I got from the dollar store is still floating fine. That’s the hilarious part.

I have been to this location on what I assume are 2 of their busiest days of the year: Halloween and graduation. Every time Ive gone, the store was extremely clean and organized and there were enough employees to handle all the customers. The line wasnt out the door and moved very quickly. The employees were all courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or ignored if I had a question and they always had an answer. Im not sure if they set prices, but those were also very reasonable. I got favors and balloons for my daughters birthday party for about $35 total!All of my experiences have been nothing short of spectacular! Love this location!

I got my baby balloons blown up and two popped. One popped when I was trying to put them in the car and one in the car as I was driving. The sale girl put to much helium in the balloons.

The staff here is incredible!!! Jeff and his staff were awesome!! I came in late looking for baby shower stuff, and even though they were out of balloons for a boy he was quick to cone come up with a solution.

I went to have some balloons blown up that I had purchased online. The price of the helium is the only reason Im giving this three stars. The staff was fine and the service was prompt. I spent over 26 dollars to blow the balloons.

OMG the best experience Ive had at a party City! Staff was incredibly helpful! I wont go to any other party City! They do things right here, needed 50 balloons with pink glitter for a reveal party, and they went above and beyond! Carissa (manager) made sure we were absolutely satisfied!

Meh. I’m sure it’s because you can order virtually anything online now, but I wasn’t impressed with their selection. I know we were looking for something specific like rose gold along with half of American, but I would think you would up your inventory of something popular. But I guess that’s just me. So, I ordered online.

Excellent customer service and each visit I find them well-stocked with items easy to locate. Lots of options, too, for party supplies and preparations for celebrations. I stop by often to get balloons for work events and candy/prizes. Never disappointed!

With the help of Jeff he was awesome he knew exactly where everything was and no guessing....he even gave me ideas for my daughters party themes!! You can buy for pretty much all occasios. One employee wouldnt make a balloon for us because she was going on break.

When my balloon order wasn’t ready for pickup, the store went above and beyond without me having to say anything. I was in and out almost as quickly as I would have been if my order had been ready, but with a refund and a nice balloon arrangement for my son’s birthday. I’d use this store again.

Should have counted better. Paid for 12 helium balloons but only got 11. Two popped on the way home most likely because they were too full. So. Frustrating!!!

Got a balloon bouquet for my daughters birthday party and when I got home I realized that the main balloon hadnt been fully inflated (or they filled it 3 days ago and left it sitting and it deflated). Very disappointing since it was $20 worth of balloons that didnt even look that good since the big main balloon was flat.
