I went in for a custom paint color using just the name and Sam told me he couldn’t look it up. He wouldn’t even attempt to try an look to see if he could find it. So I decided to go back to my car an call another Sherwin Williams a couple city’s over and they were able to text me the code for the paint color. Long story short I had to go to the location I called to get the paint or other wise I would still be waiting on Sam.

David the store manager is an awesome dude, and very helpful. Also zach, regional sales goes above and beyond to help. Would highly recommend getting paint from here. Blows the big box stores out of the water and of course sherwin Williams paint quality is top notch and in a class of their own compared to other brands.

This is a newer store that moved from across the street not too far down the road. Is inside of the Turney Town shopping center.The people are people friendly and helps out very well

The representative, Troy, was very knowlegeable and helped me with my purchase. He was patient, listened to my concern and ptovided me with exactly what I needed!

The guy who helped me was friendly and professional. He even carried the paint out to my car for me. (it was raining) I have been there twice for paint and he has been great both times.

Customer service was not good. The young male employee acted as if he didnt want to be there. He was not able to mix the paint due to lack of supplies I suppose. Highly disappointed.
