The representative who was there by herself took her time to connect the Bluetooth which I bought. Initially the Bluetooth wasnt connecting for whatever reason. She used another one and it connected immediately. Im truly happy she persisted to get it right and sent me on my way with a functioning gadget. Quite grateful for her resourcefulness and professionalism.

It was practically empty no selection of phones or accessories it seemed like it was a quick pop up scam store it took for ever to get one of the two employees

They had a customer inside with NO MASK on! January 2, 2021...in the afternoon. I mentioned it to the guy working there. He said he didnt even realize it 😠

This store is so accommodating and helpful. When many other stores were closed due to the New Year they were open and more than willing to help with eveything i needed. The manager took the time to figure out the best and cheapest option that will that still included everything i needed. I would definatly suggest this store over any other in the area.

Look out for the extremely unprofessional sales person. Unknowledgeable, rude, and too busy to acknowledge customers. If youre shopping, dont ask questions, you might bother the attendant.

Save your money, imorove your credit and go with a post paid acct. Waited in line 30 minutes to pay bill and an issue with phone. Neither were met. Overall not pleased w/metro call center, chat or stores and now the phone. Speaker blew out in a weeks time.
