My husband and I have been searching for a car for a few weeks now. After renting cars from the Enterprise Rental in Torrance, a customer service rep there mentioned Enterprise also has great car sales deals. We immediately went home and began browsing online. We found one we were interested in and put in an inquiry. We immediately heard back with a confirmation letting us know our inquiry was being worked out. No more than 2 hours later I received a call with loan offers at which point we selected the one that worked best for us. Best APR I have had on ANY of my previous car loans. Once decided, I emailed over a few documents and was there picking up my brand new car in no time. When I arrived the staff was so friendly and my sales rep Joanna Ponce was beyond incredible. She gave me the keys to test drive, once I fell in love and the my mind was made up, we went to her office where ALL of the paperwork was printed and awaiting my signature. She was very thorough with walking me through each sheet and explaining all of my options before I signed anything. Once this vehicle is paid off (or sooner) I will definitely be making my next purchase through Enterprise Car Sales of Gardena.

Glad I waited a few months before my review...whew where do I start I purchased my vehicle from enterprise in 09/2020 not even 2 months after I purchased it the vehicle wouldn’t start...I have it towed to Nissan, they tell me the battery was completely gone and the lines leading up to the battery were corroded & needed to be replaced. I call enterprise and they agree since I just purchased the car not to long ago that they would cover all the cost. Cool...Fast forward one month to November 2020 I’m driving down the street & 3 police cars swarm me signal me to pull over...I pull over they approach me, tell me to turn the engine off and exit the vehicle...at this point I’m confused, they ask if the vehicle belonged to me and to see my license, registration & insurance...the officers tell me my license plates are stolen 😩😡 Enterprise sold me a vehicle with STOLEN LP!!! They did not properly check the vehicle that was sold to me & I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

I purchased my car here after applying for financing online. The process was simple and easy. I worked with Brett who made the experience quite painless. This was not like being at another dealership where they get you in the door or make you feel uncomfortable. I’ll be the first to say my credit isn’t the greatest but Brett and Ethan worked with the financing/bank to find a way to make it happen for me. They treated me as if I was anyone else and that was really cool. I explained what my down payment would be and they never pressured me to change that, to be honest there was no pressure and Brett was very responsive through email and phone.Everything is straight forward and you know exactly what you’re doing but they are there to help. I also did a trade-in and that was a smooth process as well. If I could give more stars I would and I would recommend them any day! Thanks guys!

I had an accident in Oct this year and needed a new to me car. I was driving a lifted truck and to make the change to a car would be odd. I decided I needed to rent a car. So, with Enterprise around the corner from me, I walked over and rented a car. The associate their let me know that Enterprise sold the previously rented. I never considered that as an option. I zero plans on purchasing a car when I went to the Gardena sales lot as my insurance check had not cleared yet.I was told what Enterprise can do with the Total Loss letter and a few hours later I was driving my new to me car. Excellent Customer Service. However I went on two separate occasions to buy a car, and they couldnt help me either time. If only they could go through another bank for me, I could get into something. My husband works for the company, and he was blessed, but me, not so much. It wasnt thier fault, it was mine. Boris and Bill are great salespeople.

Before you buy that dream car at a dealers lot, i would strongly suggest going to enterprise car sales. We were blown away be the price! We would never have been able to afford this car had we bought from a car dealership. And the ease was amazing! We didnt spend half the day there as were used to when we bought at a dealership. We were in and out in a couple of hours tops! Everyone was very professional!

This was legitimately the BEST used car buying experience Ive ever had. Brett was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles they had on the lot, and made the test drives we went on surprisingly fun. He offered us coffee & water and was an overall fantastic first point of contact, even during the dry period of waiting for financing to finish up. Speaking of financing, Ethan was also a great guy to know. He de-mystified the financial portion of the car buying experience, whereas most finance managers attempt to confuse and misdirect you. He was upfront about all the costs and explained each form we signed so that we felt comfortable signing everything. It was the first time buying my very own car, I was pretty nervous because throughout my entire life of driving I just got hand-me-downs from my family. I went in almost as soon as they opened (just because I like being punctual I guess ). Everyone was so welcoming and friendly even though it was hella early. I had spoken to them over the phone and I knew exactly what I wanted; a Hyundai Elantra. I booked my appointment through Danny and brought the exact car I wanted to the lot (he did a total trip of 6 hours to get my car!!). Bill presented me the car and helped me get used to it even synced up my phone to the car! We went on a test drive and I was absolutely in love with it! Chloe and Ethan helped me through the entire paperwork process and financing and got me a great APR rate. It was honestly really fun and Im so happy I went through Enterprise and I know I would definitely go through them again in the future!

A seller from this location reached out to me through a phone call and subsequent email. All the sellers were patient, enthusiastic and tenacious about qualifying me and getting the optimal deal for the car of my choice. My salesperson, Danny was extremely courteous and professional while giving his thorough and highly personalized customer service. Every stage of my car sale was carefylly explained to me with a full disclosure and detailed explanation ensuring I received a clear understanding of each step of the buying process for my chosen vehicle. I did not have stellar credit, but they worked very hard to qualify me for the car of my choice. I even received a lower interest rate than expected! Danny also patiently assisted me in transporting all the items from my trunk and front of the car into my new purchase. Once I was approved for my vehicle, I was able to ring a bell signifying a successful deal made! Afterwards, a photo was taken of me with my certified pre-owned car which looked like it was brand new. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for making a car purchase!

The people at Enterprise Car Sales Gardena are so nice. They really work with you to make sure you get something really nice with low mileage without breaking the bank. If you have a small child and have to bring them along they are completely understanding and dont get frustrated, they actually go out of their way to help you keep them as calm as possible. David Olsen and his manager are super helpful and kind. Also there was a very minor thing wrong and theyre going to make it right. How many car sales places do you know do that? I dont know of any but they sure do. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a car.

Well for like 3 months I was looking for a car. I went to thousands of car lots. They had real high interest rates, and really bad customer service. I went to Enterprise car sales and I met Dorian he was the nicest car sales men. Then I met Anthony they are the business. They got me a really good interest rates. I went in looking for a Chevy Impala but I let Dorian talk me into getting the Chevy Malibu. I love my new car. I recommend the place they have good customer service and good deals. I love the service from this location and I prefer to come here instead of the LAX location. My last rental experience was very nice. My only issue is that I booked a compact car (Nissan Sentra) and when I arrived they only had economy cars ( Mitsubishi Mirage) cleaned and ready. I told the gentleman that I didnt mind taking the Nissan since it was dirty since I needed to get on the road. He informed me I would have to pay an additional $5 a day for the car that I already book and he told me it was all based on availability. I didnt want to argue, the rental was for two days but this did upset me since I already agreed to pay the difference between an economy car and compact when I booked the reservation. Why would I have to pay extra for a car type I already booked? Besides that the service is nice at this location and some of the staff really do go out of their way to help the customers. Will I go back yes, maybe next time Ill make sure I dont have to rush so this wont happen again.

Man where do I began. It was so pleasant and easy. David called me to get some information. I advised him I had been in a car accident, had no credit and had been getting turned down. I didnt feel well and didnt want to come in and sit while he tried to get me financed. He let email my stubs, and DL. Called me back a few hours later and said your approved. Of course I was in disbelief. So I had questions. He said nope its true just come in test drive and sign. Thats just how it worked out. I got a Chrysler 200, 2015 and couldnt be happier. I was just casually looking for a truck for my son and came across enterprise car sales website and I liked what was being advertise . My son and I went to the Gardena location and just looked around, again, I liked what I saw. Their prices were hard to beat. Three weeks later we saw a truck for sale at a great price on their website . The truck was at a different location, but once we called and said that we were interested in a test drive, they had the truck delivered that same day. The next day we arrived when they opened, test drove it and two hours later we were on our way home with a six month old new truck at a steal of a price . All future car buying for my family will start out with enterprise car sales first .

I dont like wasting time haggling, checking with managers, and fighting over sales prices that takes 6-8 hours when it should only take 1.5 hours. I am hard to please when it comes to buying a car, and I was very satisfied with the end result.

Ive been renting from this particular site every summer for the past 3-4 years and have always appreciated the professional, prompt and courteous customer service provided. That being said, I would have rated this place 5 stars, however, this time around I was given a beat up Nissan Versa Note that should have been retired! I think it was literally the only car left on the lot, but since I had a reservation (put in 3 weeks prior) I believe I should have been better accommodated. The car had large scratches/dents and a chip on the windshield. Ive always held the idea that part of the vacation is getting away from home, work, and my ride. In this case my car is a step up from the rental!

I rented from Enterprise loved the 2015 Hyundai Accent got a call from the car sales department and they had a 2013 Accent for a great price 3 days later Im in it.
