The customer service over the phone is not the best. The workers sounded like they didn’t want to help me at all. The store is nice but over the phone they aren’t not. Specifically under guest services.

I enjoy going to Target but today I was accidently bumped into a stacked box of cereal. Im 60 yrs old with bad knees I laughed and started picking up the large pile of cereal boxes because I turned my basket too quickly. a customer and several Target workers came quickly over to help me. We all laughed and made a fun game of picking up the boxes. Everyone was very sweet and kind. I always have a great time just walking around and talking to myself into buying different items. I love the selection of puzzles for toddlers.

Arthur was extremely kind caring and considerate. Above and beyond to help me find what I needed and quick customer service. Not just me, he stepped in and helped all the customers. Extraordinary multitasking. Great example of leading by example and outstanding customer service.

Great service!Shopping Targets drive-in is a breeze! The ap is extremely easy to use & is very complete. When you get to Target, follow the instructions on your phone & someone will come out to ask for your code (on your phone). They come out in a few minutes with your order. Love it!

A truly enjoyed my visit. The parking is a little bit more than what to expected. But there were no lines in the service was exceptional. The manager is always very nice and courteous and he makes sure that no one is waiting in line. I love that.

Its good to buy things such as food and supplies. Most of the time its peaceful, however watch out at Starbucks. Sometimes the employees there dont pay attention or sorta like day dream. Get your receipt as well. So far its okay.

A staff member precisely the security lady was very rude to me and mistreated me. I asked to speak with the manager. Eventually, I explained my concerns to two of her superiors; a male who referred me to another lady. While I was expressing my anger she was still ranting right in front of her supervisor and I told them I will not be comfortable shopping there anymore with such unruly staff with zero customer service relations. It was indeed a very toxic environment that morning.

This process couldnt have been better. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. The employees were great. They loaded the TV in my car and refused to except a tip. I am going to call the manager today to compliment them. Great job Target

They recently renovated this Target so its a lot nicer than before. Love love love shopping at Target! I can find everything I need here.

I was able to get help right away. Customer service was great on the electric department and check out as well.

Decent Target. Its got pretty much all the standard stuff at Target has. This one has some food commodities as well. Theres a Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside.

Good place to stock up on items. Never have to worry about finding a parking spot here, also there are self checkout lines to get you in and out! This Target has a great selection of items and usually is not overly crowded, lines can get long but there are enough self checkout and cashier lanes to get everyone through at a decent pace. Overall, the staff members arent rude and the store is pretty clean.

My favorite Target, great customer service - the employees. When I have asked them a question, they have gone the extra mile to walk with me and show me the item on the shelf.

The Gardena Target store is the only one in the area that carries the senior-diet (Vibrant Maturity) variety of ONE dog food. Its at least 7 miles from my house, so I have to make a large-quantity purchase to justify the travel expense. It would be nice if other Target stores closer to LAX carried that variety.

The cashier was very patient with the process of my return when I had to search for my return item on the app. Everything went well there. Did some shopping after that and as I was heading out the door, the lady that looked like one of the managers told meI need you to leave the cart. Uhum! (nodding in agreement with pressed lips and raised eyebrows) (since they were about to close), I found that rude (It was the way she said it, the tone of voice she said it in). I had my toddler with me and a 56quart size tub plus I had parked quite far since all parking spots closer to the store were taken when I arrived there. I found that uncomfortable & inconvenient. I also understand employees want to go home or maybe they had to cut hours for the employees so they cant go over hours, but thats not my fault as a customer, thats bad planning from management; it was not good for them to do that specially at night and to parents with toddlers (or kids 7 and under) I also understand its the Gardena location but still, its Target.. its the brand that counts not the location. Please Be considerate of parents specially when closing time comes around.

Staff were just letting the lines get long, and just chit-chating watching.

It was our first time using curbside service and when we drove up, the team member came over to us and was very nice and quick and very helpful. He looked at my phone with the order and took care if the rest. Did not have to wait but 5 minutes.

I would have given them a five but with the covid 19 pandemic going on you have to wait to be called while everyone waits in one line. And if you have 2 things in your hand they will place you behind someone with 50 things in a cart. Somethings wrong with that.

Just left Gardena, CA Target on Redondo Beach Bl. I had the worst experience. I opened and worked in RB Target #1980 for almost nine years. Team members, back then, were taught to always ask guests “Can I Help You Find Something” & be “Fast, Fun & Friendly”. I had numerous TMs pass right by me & not even acknowledge my presence. In fact, three ETL’s ( that I did work with closely at 1980) passed me by like I was fixture. So disappointed in Target. NEVER AGAIN!

I purchased three nerf guns a few weeks ago during their buy two get one free offer as a birthday gift for my 10 year old. I stopped by today to exchange one of the nerf guns since it didnt work. Simple exchange that should take about 10mins right? It wasnt. I explained what was wrong with the item and mentioned I would like to exchange it. I was given a receipt for a $16 dollar refund which I thought was odd but figured it is probably part of their standard operational procedure. I was told to look for the item at the toy section which luckily they had the same nerf gun in stock. I bring back the nerf gun to complete the exchange and to my surprise... I am told my total for the day is about $33. I reminded customer service I asked for an exchange. I informed her I purchased the item during a buy two nerf guns get one free offer and I just dont understand why I am asked to pay $33 for a simple exchange. I showed my receipt more than 5 times to customer service when requested, a supervisor shows up with no proper customer etiquette, no greeting and didnt bother to ask me what was the issue. He told me (not asking) to show my receipt which I did about 2 times. I am then told they cant do an exchange because I purchased it during a buy two get one free offer, used a target circle balance and that the system doesnt allow it. After 45mins, I am told by customer service we are going to exchange it this time because we normally dont do this for anyone. In the end, as a customer... I walked away embarrased, feeling I was a huge bother to Target employees. I was still within the proper time frame to return and item for a refund or for a same item exchange. Next time, Ill save the trouble for Target and myself by making all future toys and electronic purchases at Amazon or Best Buy.

It was my first time using the drive-up app for Target. I was able to find everything I needed easily through the app I was able to save my information easily through the app. I placed the order. I waited maybe 30 minutes for them to send me an email saying that my purchases were ready. I went to the store parked and the drive up parking space. I let them know, through the app, that I was there. The attendant that came out was pleasant, cheerful, and had everything ready for me and I signed my name and was ready to go within 5 minutes of getting there at the most. All in all it was a great experience and I will highly recommend it to everyone of my friends and family 😊

Lack of efficiency with Target Drive Up. My purchase consisted of swimsuits for my 2 boys. Not only was my order given to someone else. After spending over 15 minutes to sort things out with Guest Services I waited an additional 40 minutes waiting for someone to provide me with the items. Only to be told they were no longer in stock, I ended up grabbing them from the sales floor myself and had to settle for a different size and different character. Definitely the worst experience ever!!!!!!!!

The store keeps a limited number of people inside at a time. It makes it safer for the community.

I am contacted as soon as my product is ready for pick up. The wait was 5 minutes at most.

The employees are always eager to help if you need assistance in locating an item. Not only will they tell you where the item is located, they will walk with you to locate the item. The cashier that rung up my items today was very patient as I had an electronic gift card and he was very patient as I had to log into my account to access the gift card.

I treated horribly repeatably being told its not there fault and which I agree but as a customer in trying times looks such i just expected better service. I forgot an item they refused to check their inventory and or replace item. The manger on duty was very dismissive and belittling.

Pretty much everything you need from Target. Even has a furniture section! The only other Target thats more exciting to shop at is the one in Downtown Los Angeles, but thats a ways away.

Im often in this area so this target is convenient but dear lord, the restroom is DISGUSTING. Ive never walked out of this Targets restroom without wanting to barf. The last time I visited there was feces in one of the stalls floor. GROSS. I mean its TARGET, they should have the budget to hire someone to clean those restrooms. come on!

Target stores are clean, easy to find the different departments, their carts are wide and spacious. The brands and products they carry are good and of good quality. Its easy to check out and I always feel welcome at all Target stores.

I love that you can find anything for your care, health, and for your house as well. It is affordable and they have helpful employees. Plenty of parking and convenient hours. You can order online and pick up in store within an hour or so.

Target is one of those places where people can browse around and find something good to buy even if you dont need it. However this location for some reason doesnt make me want to browse, I usually just get what I go for and thats it. The lines are always long and often no carts to shop around with. Certain sections of this store tend to be empty for example cosmetics and baby.

Target grocery prices have increased even taking into account the impact of covid on prices. Also, stock shortages are a pre-covid issue which is apparent at other target stores as well.

I always come to this target without any problems. Until today I paid with my debit card. Cashier said no print out for the receipt. She said if i ever needed to return something to use my credit. I ask for a receipt to see how much I paid per item. Instead of getting a receipt, I got a print out on a printing paper an unofficial receipt. Customer has the right to a recepit. Being refused because a register wasnt working not a good reason. Should have print out the receipt from another register. Cashier was too lazy to do it.

Target is making this place look a lot better! Just recently finished remoleding and it looks great. There is still more room for opportunity but they are definitely taking a step in the right direction. Cant wait to see what they have in store for us.

It was a great going into Target today it was busy and all the cashiers and management kept do and it derstanding listening to the ustimers.

I prefer going to this target more than the one in Hawthorne or the one in Inglewood. Their shows are more stocked then the other two stores. It gets incredibly stuff in there though. Even if its a cold day and you go in there with a jacket on you will get incredibly hot shopping around it.

Nice place when they actually have their items in stock. Have had many products I was used to purchasing here be out of stock and stay out of stock for months. Unfortunately this seems to be more of a Target general issue than one of this specific location.

I always like target. Staff in general are nice. Until this experience I have with checkout. The cashier Yvonne was taking a long time checkout a person in front of me. It took her 10 minutes cause she was talking to person like it was a friend of her. My wife had it enough and ask her can we by checkout by other cashier. Yvonne respond was “it always a long wait at the checkout everywhere and target should hire more staff” it wasn’t her fault. So rude her response.

Unprofessional costumer service!! This guy had a horrible attitude with my family (kids) and the stuff I was purchasing probably he was having a bad day but managers should really take more time on training there staff and teaching them how to be more polite to customers!!!

Its like any target Ive been to.. The staff are generally nice and attentive. Theyve got pretty much every that you need.. And even a Starbucks. Though, the Starbucks doesnt seem very sanitary given the fact that I once saw flies flying around in the pastry. Restrooms are not as clean as I would like.

The staff are helpful and nice. Good customer service. There was a recent remodel so the inside is very modern and up-to-date. Rotating inventory of affordable but fashionable clothing, and discounts for almost every department.

The man at the hot dog pizza place has the worst customer service. He sees customers waiting and will not even acknowledge them. I and 4 other customers waited 10 minutes for him to take our order. This is not the first time. Please replace him.

Since they open the automatic check out lines have moved faster. Since they have groceries now, the store closes even later around 11pm. Its much easier to get in and out of her compared to Walmart

Shelves are in constant disarray in any given department, parking lot is a zoo and a complete mess with trash everywhere, there are never any carts in the store, theyre strewn about in the parking lot ALL THE TIME. Also there are never enough check out lines open, there has to be 30+ people waiting in one line before management realizes they should open more registers. The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy.
