I did not end up buying anything from South Bay Appliance, but I have no doubt their customer service would be amazing if I did. I was looking for a replacement gas range for a unit in our apartment building. Unfortunately our building is in Los Feliz and was outside their delivery area. Clint was extremely helpful in guiding me to a closer appliance store that he knew would have what I was looking for. and did not rush to get off the phone with me once he knew I wasnt going to buy from them. Definitely would recommend them for anyone around the South Bay.

Wow! I’m in a pinch on a potential new home where the homeowner put in custom cabinets that won’t fit a standard fridge. Armed with measurements I came to South Bay Appliance after googling for a local appliance store, which I know is the BEST place to get your appliances. Well, Clint proved me to be right. This visit was really a consultation, and hey answered all my questions and gave me good information to continue my research at home.No pressure to buy, no pressure for anything. Just good information and support.I highly recommend this location for your appliance needs, and I look forward to purchasing from here whether or not this home purchase comes through in this wild escrow that I’m in.

Purchased a Frigidaire Refrigerator from this store and it was delivered 6/29/2021. It ne er got cold and all of my food ruined. Im a disabled person and I contacted them and they came out to check it out and told me that they ha e to bring out another one. Today is 7/21/2021, and they delivered another Refrigerator. Ive been having to eat what ever I can because I cant afford to eat out like that. This place doesnt care about the disabled. They told me that they would not reimburse me for my food that ruined because they sold me a defective Refrigerator. I have had to struggle trying to get food to eat, to no concern of theirs. They dont care about people, all they care about is money. Please dont waste your hard earned money with them

Very happy with our experience. Vincent worked with us to locate a refrigerator that would fit in our rental. And the delivery guys/installers were great too, they had to return a second time because of a problem with our water hookup, no problem and they were polite and professional. Recommended!

A nightmare experience!!! After the sale, you are left high and dry!!! Appliances don’t last! Run from this place!!! No support!!!!Kitchen Aid is garbage. Broken refrigerator waiting for parts till February 2021. Unbelievable!!! How do you survive without a refrigerator for 4 months!! Horrible service!!!!

And I surely appreciated the discount offered when I needed service for the dishwasher. The service techs are professional, polite and take time to explain what they are doing and why. Then they go the extra mile by reviewing proper appliance operating procedures. I recommend you call South Bay when you need appliance repairs.

What you get here that you dont get at the big box stores are very knowledgeable salespersons (in our case, Randy) who know the ins and outs of their appliances! Since replacing appliances can be tricky at times due to the existing hookups and space requirements in your home, these guys really know their stuff and that helps a lot. Prices are competitive and sometimes even better than at Home Depot or Lowes. But its the extra knowledge which makes all the difference! The installers were really good too!

South Bay Appliance came out the same day and completely looked over my dryer, replaced the necessary parts and fixed my dryer. They were reasonably priced, professional and quick. I tried Sears first but they charged twice as much, kept me waiting, and then never fixed the dryer. They wanted me to wait a week to come back. Forget Sears - go to South Bay Appliance for great service

My husband and I are really grateful to the South Bay Appliance staff. After several issues stemming from buying a washer/dryer from Home Depot, including a bad installation, South Bay Appliance was recommended as a place where we could go for advice on what to do next. The entire staff took the time to listen to what happened to us and offer suggestions based on their experiences. Were grateful for their time and what they told us, and we would recommend them for any appliance needs or questions.

I walked in to order some parts for my Oven. Although they didnt have the part I was looking for they were very helpful. As I was waiting I checked their showroom and I saw some amazing deals. I definitely will check their store before buying my next appliance.

Terrible repair service. Not prompt whatsoever, and they cant even fix a fridge properly. We have waited over 2 weeks and our fridge still is not running at all. This is despite having two visits and them supposedly replacing the broken parts. Save the hassle and buy elsewhere.

My Gas dryer had the motor go out. I had make and model number and they took care of the rest. Highly recommend this place. Very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you South Bay Appliance parts department!!

Bought a matching Speed Queen washer (AWN532) and dryer (ADG4BRG) from South Bay Appliance. I went in knowing what I wanted, the sales staff were very helpful, pointing out operating and maintenance tips. No pressure to up-sale me on any other more expensive (and profitable) brands. Delivery was on time and professional. Will definitely go back for my next major appliance purchase. Appliances are all they sell and they service what they sell so they know their merchandise inside and out. Dont bother with the major retailers or big box stores, this local mom & pop store offers the quality customer service you expect.

I have an old maytag dryer & usually fix it with myself (sometimes with little help of YouTube videos). As you may know, finding parts can be really challenging & ordering online is way cheaper but sometimes may take weeks. I have to say they never disappoint me & every single time, I will call before & they make part ready & I just go pick it up same day. I Have special thanks to the lady who works in the part section, She is very knowledgeable & always give great life saving advise about little tiny details that even YouTube videos forgetting about it.
