My husband goes here regularly because its the ONLY place to get the nuts and bolts he needs for his skateboards. Today, I needed bolts for a free daybed. When I stepped inside, I was dismayed by the huge array of bins. I asked the nice young gentleman at the counter if he could point me to the correct row to get the part I wanted. He took my bolt and went down the correct aisle to get me the bolts. They didnt have it in the length I needed so he checked the back room and came back with the correct bolts, and quickly grabbed the nuts and washers on the way to the register. FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I see some people complain about the prices. Good grief, people!! They have what you need when you need it!! I was, quite frankly, shocked I had to pay so little. The complainers obviously have never run a small business (rent, utilities, federal, state, and local taxes, salaries, workers comp, etc., etc. etc.). Youre not paying just for the part you want!

Ryan the owner is an awesome guy and helped me out giving me directions on where to find the parts I needed.

Bought 8 screws and 8 nuts that were one size too big for my application. When I went back to exchange for the correct size, the lady at the counter refused to refund or even exchange and made me buy another set! I would think a small mom and pop shop would provide better customer service but apparently not. No wonder the big box stores are gonna shut them down. Avoid my frustrations and just buy from the orange or blue box stores. SMH.

I and my family have been a customer of hilco for years but I have recently noticed that service has dwindled. Now they are taking customers that are not standing in line properly while I have been standing in line waiting. Today was not the first occurrence but it will be the last, Im sorry but you have lost my service forever.Ill also like to add that one of the staff members was not wearing a face mask, they do not even have one in their hand or anywhere near them. This is very disrespectful considering you require your customers to wear one to enter the establishment.

I come here a couple times a week. Prices are cheaper than home depot, service is quick, and everyone is friendly. Definitely one of the better small businesses I shop at. I definitely recommend.

Dont bother if you dont plan on spending at least $5. They might have what you need but there customer service is horrible. They act like if you cant get what youre looking for somewhere else.

Wouldnt recommend its very inappropriate very rude owner is never there.
