Cozy inside, saw lots of people on their laptops so this place caters to folks who wanna do work or school there. I tried the house special coffee and it was creamy and tasty. You can add your own side choices like aloe, grass jelly, etc. but I opted out. I ordered the large and that was too much for me. I would go back.

Apparently easy ice is still almost half a cup of ice. If I wanted ice Id go get 7 lbs for a dollar. Not half a cup for 5

If there was only one drink that I could have the rest of my life it would be the house coffee. I wish 7 Leaves would expand out beyond California. Great service and drinks.

Wonderful location. Very Convenient. This location serves food. My go to items are the popcorn chicken and garlic fries. I really like their house coffee. A plus when you can customize your drink, like add an espresso shot, change up the sweetness, etc. When I dont go for the coffee, I get the mung bean milk tea with boba. Delicious. Dont think, just go and enjoy! Fast friendly service.

If you havent tried the coffee here, you have been missing out great coffee in the morning. Its better than Starbucks anytime.

Personally, I feel like the tea here tastes better than other boba shops. I like the Oolong milk tea tho. Oh and I tried the hot mung bean milk tea, it was pretty good and the cup temperature was just perfect so I could drink it right away without waiting. One thing surprise me and I feel odd when I microwaved it to get it warm again, it tasted a whole lot sweetener and wasnt good anymore. But anyway, it should be finished when its still good lol.

Love the herbal tea here and the honey boba. Restroom is locked. You will need a code to enter. Lots of seatings, good place to chill.

Good tea. Had the mung bean milk tea. Can definitely taste the mung bean if you are a fan of mung bean. Had that familiar powdery feel. Also ordered some snacks. Fries are nice and crispy. Good place to get work done and sip on some tea.

One of the few 7Leaves locations that serves food! Boba/snack food, but still solid food.Every time I come here for drinks, I’m quite satisfied. The flavours are never too forward and never taste gritty or artificial, and always leave me wishing I got a large. The Matcha Soy, Mung Bean, and Taro are my go to drinks here, but the Love Cream gets a special mention for being a unique drink (I really can’t describe it). These drinks aren’t game changers, they’re just well done. The real gem here is that this location serves food that rivals Tastea’s snacks. The fries are abundant and well seasoned beyond just salt, and has a smokey taste to it. The popcorn chicken is standard affair for boba shop food, I wish it came with more though. Uniform chicken pieces for the most part at least!The wait time for the food and drinks is about the same relative to other boba shops around OC, if not a tad bit quicker. No long lulls here. You might be stuck standing by the window though as it is a hot spot for students studying. Think of the seating situation as another Starbucks, unfortunately.Overall, I’d absolutely come back. I’d complain about the price, but it’s solid quality and priced the same as the competition which few stack up decently against this place.

One of the few 7 Leaves that actually serves food and is a bit larger than the original location and other locations in the area. Service is fast and friendly and the quality is standard to everywhere else so you know theyre doing things right.

The Thai tea is always a favorite and I absolutely love the taste of Thai freshness whenever I get a chance! Enjoy!

One of the locations that also serves food so it tends to be busy almost all the time. Parking is awful but it does have good chicken and snacks. My go to drinks are the sunset tea and the thai tea. If youre only going for drinks, its quick. If getting food, its much longer. Although the seating area is large, people tend to camp which makes seating hard to come across. Overall, the same good quality drinks as other locations.

Fast service great coffee

The taro milk tea and popcorn chicken are great, but half of my drink was ice! I felt cheated. I dont think I should have to say less ice to get what I would consider a normal amount.

Sometimes I go to 7leaves buy popcorn chicken, garlic fries, love cream sea cream with boba. My sister loves to order house coffee all the time.

They have all the usual milk teas plus a few specialty drinks. I ordered my typical drink, taro milk tea with boba, and it tasted like a regular taro milk tea. I think I will go back and try the sea salt Jasmine tea. The popcorn chicken was a nice surprise, and for that, I will give it a five stars! This place is filled with students studying, so dont plan on drinking here.

It’s so simple to honor a past stamp card system but they decided to stand their ground and say no to the stamp card free drink. A free drink only costs them a few dollars but they rather lose a loyal customer and receive a bad review over a simple drink. There are rules but also there is grace. It’s too bad 7 Leaves Cafe can’t see this point. There are plenty other tea shops who can give better service and better appreciation of customers. Very disappointed 7 leaves.

Love their Jasmine milk tea and house coffee. They also have water bottle with laser cut on it. Look pretty nice.

I usually order the strawberry hibiscus since its refreshing and is not too sweet. If Im feeling in the mood for something creamy and sweet I go for the soy matcha or the mung bean. Another favorite is the passion fruit drink and the sunset passion. They are refreshing and not too sweet. keep cool

Amazing, one of the best 7 leaves store I’ve been to. A perk is they have their delicious fries and other snacks when the kitchen is open. (I think it closes at 8pm). It is one of the very few locations that make these amazing snacks. During the night the lines might be long but it’s definitely the spot if you want to get some drinks and snacks. They have a pretty big studying space.

Love this place. Its always busy, but line moves pretty fast. Ample parking. Friendly service. This location also sells munchies, like popcorn chicken & garlic fries. They have a lot of seating, great for hanging with friends, but is too close to each other for private conversation, so ended up leaving & finding another location to talk.

They are trying to maximize their profit by filing up their cups with 80% ice & 20% actual drink. I spoke with the store manager several times and his answer was that their coffee is too thick and needs to be diluted with water ! Which I understand to an extent but not 80%

Very good for its limited menu. They make very rich and flavorful teas and coffee. The Vietnamese coffee is strong. The house coffee if more sweet. Assam milk tea is my favorite. Boba and food is served an hour after opening so plan accordingly. Wait can get very long and theres usually only one cashier. There is usually no room to sit inside.

7 Leaves is amazing and nothing beats the house coffee for me. Ive tried a few different locations now and this is one of the few that has not disappointed with quality and consistency.

Best milk tea in Orange County. Ive tried most places that sell milk tea in orange county and this place beats them all. Only places in LA compete with it. They use all natural fresh ingredients that are high quality. They are also reasonably priced. My favorites are the mung bean milk tea, thai tea, assam milk tea, and sunset passion (caffeine free).

Small shop with a few chairs. Home brewed with a variety of custom drinks. The house blend coffee is amazing. If you are near the area, I would recommend trying it. My friends literally went to this place twice a day for 3 days.

This 7 Leaves is a much better location than the Westminster one.The improvement list is extensive:Parking is manageable and there is actual seating with short and high tables. It is right off the freeway too!My favorites are still the mung bean and sea cream jasmine tea, but Ive tried many of their drinks and enjoyed them all. I havent tried their food selection, but Im really just there for the excellent drinks.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side. House coffee is the way to go and any blended drink will keep you on your toes. The milk is steamed so the flavor is quite delicious.

Delicious teas.This location has ample seating, although its usually full of people. Come at off-peak hours to get a seat. At peak hours, the line will be out the door, but it moves quickly enough.This location has a kitchen and will serve popcorn chicken. The others do not.

Big fan of the house coffee. Always the same taste, always quick, and good price. I was a fan of the popcorn chicken but its losing quality, getting a lot of fat in there and sometimes tiny pieces that are inedible. If it wasnt for the degrading quality of the popcorn chicken Id give them 5 stars.

Often go here to study during my days off of school or the weekends. Watch out for those peak hours though because the line can extend out the door. There is a lot of seats to study and get your work done, but come prepared to fight for decent seats they are most often taken up by other people. Great drinks and coffee

EDIT-6/10/20 I have decreased my RATING from 5 stars due to a recent experience.Its very rare for me to leave subpar reviews especially for local businesses. However, my recent experience caused me to do so. I recently used their mobile app to place an order for 2 drinks at this particular location. I had a family member pick it up. Upon arrival, she shared the order number and was handed an incorrect order (a coffee instead of 2 teas that I ordered). When she pointed out that the order was incorrect, the employee appeared to get upset. She did take a minute to get in touch with to clarify the order so she was understanbly asked to step aside as they helped other customers. However, as she tried to show the correct order receipt to them, the employees were ignoring her. When she did finally manage to get the attention of someone, she was asked in a condescending tone to be more prepared with her order (not sure what that even means since they were the ones who had it incorrect). I understand the app is new so there might be some confusion but it would be nice if some the employees took the time to simply apologize and correct the order instead of lashing out against a customer.-----Drinks are great quality, staff is courteous, and service is prompt. Unlike the other one on Westminster Ave, this one is very spacious and has ample seating. Its a great place to hangout with friends but also a great to do work/homework. They even provide printing.

Not as good as it usually is. Very little ice, so my matcha yes got warm very quickly. The sugar at the bottom was still visible and not mixed in with the tea yet. The tea itself tasted like it was water down... So Im wondering if my matcha tea was on they made a while ago and the ice melted? Hopefully their staff gets it together.

Best coffee and now best fries . Last thing I expected was to find these delicious garlic fries I wish all of the locations had them . I had to change my 5 star to 1 because they stopped selling those delicious garlic fries. The coffee is good but the only reason I would drive all the way here to this location was for the garlic fries and now they are gone . Looks like it will be a short drive now to Starbucks

Remember the days when their regular house coffee was $3.00 and a large was $3.75? Its pretty crazy to think that they have increased the price of their drinks so quickly (e.g. $3.25 > $3.50 >$3.75) that now a regular house coffee is $3.75 and a large is $4.50. I just hope when I look back at this review I won’t be crying at how lucky I was due to even more price hikes in the near future .However, is $3.75 for a 20oz iced coffee still worth it? ABSOLUTELY....for now. Although I the price hikes have made it more difficult to buy their drinks as often as I used to, I can still justify the purchase at this price point. I’m just not sure if I’ll be able to do that when a regular house will cost $4.00 or maybe even $5.00. After all, there are many other competitors that still sell their 20oz iced coffees for $3.00.

A great little gem on Divisive.It falls under the radar and is just waiting to be discovered. But what a great little place.!The owner is not only a wonderful truffle maker but also very kind and always happy to help his customers. It is a steal, with any coffee you order you get one of his hand made truffles included.Come support this small business owner on Davis, it will be well worth it.

Its still one of the nicer 7Leaves Ive been to. This spot in particular is one of the few (if not the only) to offer savory snacks like fries and popcorn chicken. Its where Ive gone on first dates, study, and hung out. Be warned that the wifi is spotty for both of their wifi spots. They offer a community printer and a small library.

Great place! here is some short story for you!One time in my chemistry class, while the teacher was talking, this guy asked loudly, “Does anyone have any lotion?” The teacher stopped talking as some girl gave him some hand lotion.The guy proceeds to slowly rub the lotion on his face as the whole class watches him in confusion.The teacher asks him what he’s doing, and he responds with “I forgot to moisturize this morning” and puts even more on his face.The teacher asks him to go to the hall to finish his moisturizing because he’s being a distraction, and after about 10 minutes he still hasn’t come back in, so someone opens the door to check and he’s still smearing lotion all over his face. He finally comes back in and hands the girl her lotion, and he’s used up half of it. Now people call him lotion boy.

Vietnamese coffee here is probably my favorite through out the world from a flavor standpoint.

I love the house coffee here. Reasonable price for a good taste of boba coffee. Of course if youre a true coffee lover, dont expect this to be something real professional coffee. Its just not the same kind.The environment and atmosphere set up inside this please is good for friends hanging out and talk. I dont recommend people to study here since I cant study with noise around me. But if you can, sure why not?

Good Place to sit down with friends and enjoy a refresher. However, you need to always wait in a long line to be served and sometimes the line reaches the cross walk. If you want to get in and out quick, this is defiantly not the place.
