Need to train Pharmacy tech how to service customers she had very bad service 👎 today I am so upset when I was there to pick up my prescription, I did not want to bring up her name. but please improve as soon as you can prevent similar problems to other customers.

This CVS on Brookhurst in Garden Grove is about 3 miles further than the CVS stores near to where I live but I chose to go there. The store personnel from the front cashier to the pharmacy and pharmacists are so nice and very helpful! The store is clean and always well stocked. I discovered this location when the CVS stores near me didnt have a prescription in stock but this one did. Recently I needed an over the counter medication and found it at this store but not the n stock at others. And - it is so convenient that they are open 24 hours! I recommend this store as a first choice - start here and you wont need to go elsewhere.

This CVS is a UPS access point for deliveries that were attempted to be delivered to your home. When I picked up my pkg at CVS, my husband noticed the pkg was missing the handle on the top. But i didnt think anything of it. I opened my pkg when I got home and saw that items were missing. This really upset me. I am not sure if the items were taken by UPS or a CVS worker. I would probably bet it was a CVS worker. That place looks shady.. Anyway, DO NOT HAVE YOUR PKGS SIT AT THIS LOCATION NOR GET DELIVERED HERE. Youre better off getting it rerouted by UPS. I know now for next time.

The following what I emailed to the customer care department at CVS. A response with 2 phone numbers, reference number and a tracking number for my email. When calling the phone numbers, no one was able to do anything with the reference number, the one person who did was a rude as can be. The quality of the of canvas was horrible the back panel wasnt even properly attached to the back of the canvas properly. The picture is of my mother in law who passed a week ago. The quality of the print looked like it was low on ink, When my wife tried to inquire about the print quality, she was told its because our file was not a good resolution, which was another lie as well.I placed an order with store #08862, a 24hour CVS to have a same day 16x20 canvas print done along with 4x6 prints. I received a confirmation email at 10:04 pm stating the following, We have received your Same Day Pick Up order and are processing it now. You will receive a separate email when it is ready for pick up. Your estimated pickup time is 03:00 AM Tue Dec 15, 2020. I contacted the store just before 3:00am. the 1st person said its not ready and will not be until after 10:am. When I asked for the reason why another person who claimed she was in charge gave an excuse that the system is being updated( which always occurs daily at 12am and tonight has been updating for almost 3 hours) the canvas printing has not begun. I questioned why an eta would be given when during the time a company updates their system and if thats the case why wasnt i contacted via email or phone. The response was We dont do that . Another excuse, I have been contacted in the past from that location due to material not in stock which would delay my order, instead I was given other product options or to wait for the material to be in stock. At that point everything I was being told made no sense. I was told to call in the morning and speak to the store manager, when asked what time do they come in, the response was I cant tell you that, which would mean that customers would be wasting their time calling to speak to management throughout the day hoping that they are working their shift. Then I requested for the name and contact of a Branch or Regional manager, again given a response of I cant give that out. When responding to her stating that the CVS site states that its posted on the wall at their stores, I was put on hold only to have her come back on the line and give me the name of Nila Patel and still I am not allowed to obtain a method of contact. Being fed up with excuses and refused to be provided with a method of contact for management I requested to have the order canceled and my credit card refunded at once. Of course she said she will cancel it but cant give me a refund, because its online and I have to call a number to have my refund processed and declined to do . Which makes no sense since before asking for cancelation, I wanted to know what will be done as a gesture of good will for the lack of communication and delay, and was told when I pick up the order later in the morning they can give a discount. Interesting response since they can not refund me but yet can discount . I have never been given such ridiculous excuses by a business, especially one as large as CVS.The reason I chose CVS and store 08862 was the time frame to have the order completed. The canvas print is a picture of my mother in law who passed away Saturday. This is the main picture that was going to be placed by her casket. It is now past 6:00am and no update on my order. Still shows in process and status is creating order. Who knows when and if this will be completed. Cant speak with management since I was denied their information. There were other options to have this picture printed on canvas and have it by 8 this morning of course with additional fees which would have been the better way to go since having this experience with CVS. At this point CVS took my money, I need some update ASAP on what is going on with my order.

Very disappointing! The most at risk need the protection of all healthcare providers, including pharmacy staff. I cant help but wonder what might have happened for a pharmacist to forget his/her oath and who he/she might have been without the hard work and passion to help the suffering. So very sad to see professionals we are taught to instinctively trust with our well being and our family sellout. Uncaring and ineffective. I will never trust this chain again. Especially now.

Message to GM of this branch: You are much better off firing your entire pharmacy staff & finding people that are actually grateful to have jobs in these difficult times.The current staff are EXTREMELY rude, never seen anything like it TBH.They probably WANT bad reviews so they get less customers, so they dont have to deal with people. In the long run, if you find employees that actually care even a little bit about customer service, you will have a more profitable establishment. Just take the initial brunt of cleaning house & retraining.

Lol if your worried about covid-19 dont come here. workers wearing FACE mask covering their chin with mouth and nose exposed!!! what the point? you dont get covid from chin exposure. There no requirement for anything even saw a few customer coughing in the store. left as soon as i could.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Saturday evening, pharmacist apparently wanted to go home. Said he needed call from Doctor. Prescription was supposedly wrong. Closed up before it was resolved. Walgreens filled without question a few minutes later.

On the phone waiting for 15 minutes to talk to a pharmacist. Just so he could tell me he is currently working on 3 other things and it would be better of they call him to transfer my prescription over ? I let him know it took me 15 minutes to reach you? His response was yes i know we are very busy over here? Sounds more like under staffed. Beware!

Shopped here August-1-2018 at 3PM. The cashier is Susan. Bought a lot of items (46 items) for my trip. Got a pair of beautiful earring for my trip as well. Paid $325. When I got home, I found the pair of earring are not in the bags. (2 bags). Checked receipt, Susan did scanned the earring. But I did not get them. Either she lost/dropped them (I dont think so, theyre pretty big, sparkle and beautiful) or she stole them. ONE star ! You can double check.

Not enough people working only one cashier over 12 people in line up front, pharmacy only 2 with long line. Called CVS to see if they had a second checker and no they are on lunch. Over 10 minutes in front line with 4 ahead of me so I went to pharmacy not as bad but still ridiculous.

The pharmacy is fine, but the front register staff could pay attention a bit more. I have a broken chip on my debit card, so I understand if it takes a while to make a purchase. But when there was a technical problem with paying, the cashier was busy doing something else.

It is a CVS so yes it is pricey. Not a very wide selection of snacks like the other CVS stores I have been to. Some staff are friendly others can care less if you need help. I would recomend using another pharmacy.

The pharmacy is literally the worst. The pharmicist told me 30 minutes. Ive been waiting for an hour and 30 minutes. She helped people that came in after me and got them out of here before me. Im beyond livid. I overheard a gentleman complaining about how they messed up his prescription and only gave him 10 pills when the doctor ordered 20. They tried to blame it on the doctor. Literally the worst. And to the guy always complaining about corporate not caring about you guys, maybe if you would cut all the bs small talk and get the line down, you guys would have enough profit to have hours for the pharmacy. Never been so disappointed in my life.

I have never felt the need to log on and review a business before now. I cannot believe how incompetent the pharmacy staff is here not to mention the lack of customer service! I handle my moms medication and I had been going to Walgreens (never had an issue with them, they are competent and their customer service is great) but CVS is the preferred pharmacy with her insurance. I was hesitant in switching to CVS because of prior bad service but since my mom is on a fixed income and some of the medications wont cost her anything if she goes to CVS, I figured I would give them another shot. The first time I gave them a try I had gone online and transferred prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS. When I went to CVS I was told there was no record of the transferred medications. Every time I checked backed (in person) I was told the same thing. When I made a phone call and explained the situation, they finally opened their eyes and found the medications. After that instance I decided I would just go back to Walgreens for all her prescription needs. However, since she has a long list of medications she takes on a regular basis and the cost adds up quickly Ive decided to give CVS another shot. I figured this time I might not have a similar issue if the doctors office electronically submits the prescriptions directly to them. I received confirmation from the doctor herself who said she submitted all medications to CVS. But when I went inside to pick up 2 medications that were ready and to confirm with them they received all prescriptions the doctor sent, they didnt show any record. Not to mention they took awhile to find the 2 medications that I received a notification for stating were ready for pickup. I left a message for the doctor to explain that the pharmacy doesnt have record of the medications as well as gave her the phone number of the lead pharmacy technician so that she can confirm with them they received everything on their end. Im hoping things will get better and that this is just a small bump in the road, I guess only time will tell. Ive talked with others about their experience and seeing if it has more to do with CVS in general or just this location but unfortunately those Ive talked to have dealt with other locations in other cities and they have similar complaints. One hopes CVS corporate will see the complaints listed here and try to remedy the situation. They need more knowledgeable staff and should be familiar with how the phone app works too.

I just got out of hospital and have a lot of pain. Im also having trouble finding my pain medicine. I accidently called this place 2 times. The first time our conversation ended with me crying. I hurt and I am doing the best I can and I really try not to get emotional, but I cant help that right now, especially when I know that if any store doesnt have what you are looking for because they are sold out, or whatever, they can get on their computer and find another store in their chain that does. Or maybe CVS pharmacy isnt nice because they arent making as much as they used to off of their pills? When they were sold out of as seen on TV item I was looking for, they told me the next closest store I could still buy one. But when it comes down to how I feel after a major operation, they tell me to drive around and find one that will have what I need. God the pain is something else right now! I need to focusa elsewhere.

I hate CVS, hatem, hatem, hatem. Im referring to the pharmacy. They are so slooowww, and they dont know what customer service is. And can you believe that they have no policy for restocking their meds. They are a large pharmacy, but there always out of stock on common meds. I went there one time for a refill on a med I have to have every month - and they only had 2 ...... Took me a week to get it refilled. This happens with a few of my meds every month!! Then when I asked the pharmacists what their policy was to restock, she looked at me and asked. Policy?

This place is horrible. I was accused of being a drug addict for running out of my pills a little sooner than usual. Thats only because I would lose the pills I was supposed to take that day, which I told the pharmacist and she has the nerve to call me a drug addict. The pharmacists here have poor customer service and dont seem to even care about the patients meds. I give it two thumbs all the way down.
