Small place, but great coffee! Love the little bottles they have!

It is not the employees fault that the employer would rather line their pockets than have enough staff so that the employee doesnt only have to make the drinks BUT ALSO TAKE EVERY ORDER. It is extremely unfair to the customer who has to wait way too long for the drink. Obviously many have complained and the employer still does nothing about their system that clearly doesnt work. Again, dont blame the employee. The drinks were good but the decor is in shambles. Id really like to see this place improve because I enjoy the drinks but its just not worth it.

Got one on December and one on January!! I haven’t purchased much from them but since i day drink coffee i still need to explore their menu and find something thAts delicious ! But the chocolate “ guilty pleasure “ seems fine. Cant wait to try the banana and strawberry one

I just went on Sunday and they only had 2 people working and they were NOT efficient. It was like watching two snails work. The whole process of getting in line and getting my drink took 1 hour. I would get it if it was really busy. But when I came there was only 4 parties ahead of me (1 group of 3 and the rest were singles. They didnt order much either it was a bunch of fruit teas). I was so confused to why it was taking so long. It then took so long that a line started forming out to the street. And when I finally got my drink my cup was cracked. I didnt feel like telling them cause I didnt want to make the people behind me wait even longer. That to be said Im not coming here again and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.

I walk in and wait for the person in front of me to finish their transaction. I’m next and i proceed to greet the cashier. He says nothing back. I order a avocado smoothie since I usually get that. It’s been a while since I’ve been here but wanted a good smoothie. I get my drink and drive away. As I’m driving and sipping my smoothie, I come across a hard object in my drink. Figured it was a fluke and spit it out. Well nope, there’s quite a few of them so i then start placing them on my bright yellow pants. I don’t know what it is but I’m far away. So instead i continue sipping this drink that cost $5.95. Never again.

I love roasting waters but honestly the last 4 visits I did they only had one person working on sundays and it would get really packed and the boy worker would take forever to take and do everyone’s order. I am really disappointed in the service and I will not be coming back.

Always good for a quick coffee or tea drink. Employees are super nice!

Surprisingly cute milk tea spot with beautiful interior design, comfortable chairs with some games to play around, and cute glass bottles contain yummy milk tea. I love this spot at first time! Nothing to not like about this place!Roasting Water milk tea is known for having rich fruit flavor in a light soft touch of milk. I have personally drink at a lot of different stores and I can say that drinks quality is very consistent overall. Great job mixing team!!

So I do like the drinks and that is why we keep coming back; however today left such a sour impression. First, the music that was playing was so inappropriate for my child who loves this place. Also, when I was wrapping up my transaction the cashier took his phone and snapped a picture ( of what I don’t know). Just thought that was inappropriate to take a picture when a customer is finishing a transaction. So I left a $1.00 tip.Great drinks but wow...just a little discouraged by the customer service of the place.

This one of the cutest boba joint. Their bottles get a lot of people to come in. My favorite drink here is called SWAG. The decor in this store screams instagram. The drink is good, my only suggestion is that they add some quick finger food. Some salty food to balance out the sweetness. The price is comparable to all the boba shops in orange county.

The staff was very nice in helping decide which add on would be for the best drinks. They are very patient with customers even if people couldnt decide what they wanted. Always love the new bottles that come out! Drinks are always very tasty 🤤

They have really cute decor and bottles! The line does get long but theyre pretty fast! The staff is friendly and they give great advice on what drink would best fit your taste. I love coming here!

This place is a unique take on the whole Asian drink world. From teas to blended, to fruit drinks to my absolute favorite: Roastong Water Coffee, this place does these kind of drinks awesomely. They have special bottles the drinks are served in that act as souvenirs for the consumer. They are reusable at home if you like, and they change the designs every few weeks. Youll go nuts trying to collect a set, but they are so cool. If you follow their IG youll see what I mean. Just....go try it!

Lines are usually long, but Id say its definitely worth the wait. The workers are sweet and the drinks are super good. The iced teas are my personal favorite. Its decor is super cute as well. I love coming here, I recommend you all try it if you ever see it.

My son turned me on to this place. I have never enjoyed boba until I got it here. They have lots of options to like smoothies and coffee and tea try them out you wont be disappointed

I got the Carmel macchiato and its delicious!! Cute little shop but prices are definitely reasonable and drinks are on point. Theres a flavor for everybody plus these cute reusable cups are a huge plus! Recommended to anybody will taste buds lol I will be back for more! Thanks roasting water!

Drinks here are fantastic and cheap. The vibe here is really chill and fun. Drinks range from simple teas, to lemonade, and even coffee. There are tons of different things you can add to your drink as well like boba or fruit. I would say the only bad thing is how tiny the store is. Makes it cramped when its busy and there is no bathroom but other than that its super fun and relaxing and of course the drinks taste great! They have different styled cups all the time ranging from cool glass bottles to simple plastic ones and they change all the time. They even have mugs and cups on sale there in case you like one. Staff is really great and helpful as well. Definitely a place I like to visit regularly with friends.

I like when they give out the glass better than the other type of bottle with handle. Their coffee us great. If you want stronger just add more shots and less milk.

Love this place. But the 4 stars are because I have to agree with the customer service is poor. Being greated as you approach the counter would be a start. Most of the workers are young and at that perfect age to reach how important customer service is.Now reguarding the product they serve Off the Chart love it.

Great price, $4.95 and less for drinks and cute glass bottle for souvenir. Cant wait to try other flavors. Also the cashier didnt offer stamp card, I guess perhaps you were suppose to ask for it. Place is a little bit small so just enough space to order and leave. On the other hand, its a decorative place with walls filled with cute mugs to buy i.e hello kitty, panda, etc.

Pretty good place to come and grab a refreshing drink and take a lil keepsake with you. The only thing that sucks is that they rarely have any of the containers on display for sale. Other than that, awesome service.

I love fruity teas and this place has an abundance of it. Simply delicious and the packaging is awesome! I got a glass bottle with a cork, which just adds a little something extra to the tea drinking experience. Overall good vibes for you and the environment.

Went around 8 and order a mango smoothie and upon sipping my drink the milk they use taste expired. I usually order this every time I go and never tasted this bad before. I hope someone will look into this.

I absolutely adore the drinks here! Everything is delicious and the shop has really cute decorations. The only sad thing is that they stopped serving the glass bottles and switched to plastic.

Drinks are always perfectly refreshing and orders come out fast. workers here are always friendly. Love their stamp cards for a free drink after a certain amount as well.

Finally got to try this place! The cups are cute in the foyer even though you cant buy. But the cups they give are adorable!. The frozen sunrise with boba was delicious and refreshing.

Went there a couple days ago to get a smoothie i got there 5 minutes before they close and when i walked up i was waved that they were closed. They should post that they close at 9:58pm on the dot. I will remember how customers are frowned upon trying to beat the clock. To me the bad customer service shocker and how i should have been encouraged to come in is exactly how i will feel about not being encouraged to spend my money remembering how i was treated here.👎🏿😏👎🏿

I asked if I can swap out ingredients since nowhere does it say I cant customize. So I asked and they said no against store rules. I asked what rules. Person said store rules.Okay drink. lies to the customer because you dont know the answer or dont want to do extra work. Bad for business.

Super cute boba place. They have super cute mugs lining the wall that youre able to purchase. I thought the drink was alright, the milk tea good, but nothing really special. The boba was alright too, chewy but not so much flavor or sweetness. I guess the everyone just comes here for the cute bottles.

Drinks are great but the really need to hire more people. Half the time the person taking orders has to walk back and help make drinks. Clearly ownership should see how popular this place has become and staff accordingly.

I discovered this place thru a recommendation of a co worker and it did not disappoint. We checked out the one in Garden Grove and its filled with the cutest mugs as decorations. There were plenty of drink options from hot to cold and you even have the option to choose what youd want in addition to your drink (boba, grass jelly, etc). I ordered a cold blended drink and it came in a reusable glass bottle that was designed specifically for them. Ive also heard the designs change periodically so Ill have to go back again to see for myself.

Great boba and tea shop. The menu is quite extensive so feel free to ask for recommendations. The different mugs lining the wall are available for purchase. Customer service is inconsistent, even at times when it is not busy. Drinks are delicious and prices are a little high compared to competition. Dont forget to ask for a stamp card and present it in the future. Employees will not remind you about it. Reusing your bottles on future drinks gives you a 10% discount.

The containers i got for both of my drinks were broken and kept dripping i went back to the store and asked for a new container the cashier went back and forth with someone and said he couldnt help i offered to buy a new container and he said he couldnt do that either. The drink was not even full but they are good and i love their containers but their lack of customer service sucks.

Worth the wait! The souvenir bottles are super neat, and the boba tea was delicious. Even on a weeknight the line was way out the door!

The location is waaaaay too small for the amount of people who visit this cafe.For the most part, they offer a great selection of drinks. Their coffee is great and is perfectly balanced. I love how their drinks use ghiradelli chocolate. Teas and blended drinks are perfect since theyre not too sweet.Great selection and great price. Youll be spending about $3-$5 per drink. If you order a blended or iced drink, theyll give this super cute glassware with a panda on it. How do they make any money when every other person buys an iced/blended drink?! Roasting water! I love you so much i wish you would come to Sacramento so i could go all the time!The chill mes are delicious slushies and my favorite is the attraction which is jackfruit. It is delicious and not too sweet and doesnt taste powder and artificial.The bottles all the cold drinks come in are absolutely ADORABLE! I want to make a collection of all the bottles...I did have to take off one star though because the teas tasted bitter and overbrewed...so I always go for the slushies!

I happened to be in the area and craved a cold caffeinated drink right at that moment! I was sold on my choice when I happened to read a glowing yelp review from a friend!Popped in on a Saturday afternoon and there was quite a long and crowd of people waiting. Slightly bummed this may take longer than expected, the line actually moved faster than I expected. There must be a reason so many people love this place!We ordered the Lava Lush and Guava fruit tea with lychee jelly. They come in one standard size in usually a glass container you can take home with you. They happened to be out of the glass ones and we got a plastic bottle instead. Perfect for those gym workouts!Both drinks were amazing and definitely worth waiting for. I was a huge fan of the guava tea with the lychee jelly. It wasnt as sweet as some other places Ive ordered from, which I totally loved!!Overall, great place to pop in grab a great handcrafted drink! Will definitely be a regular around these parts!!

Get the pataya if you want something pink the milky ice is my favorite. The lemonades are sour but really good. Their coffee is also really delish.basically everything is really good here

Kind of overhyped, but I like that a reusable flask comes with the order. Tea tastes good, its kind of difficult to drink compared to other places due to the shape of their cups, but their menu is huge and youll probably find something for your tastes.
