The once great Galaxy S5 decided to give up and died. Needed a phone and by good fortune Google connected me to Allstar Wireless.Due to the WuFlu the shop was practicing safety protocols. Checked in. No problem.Shop representative, Andy Lee, was very welcoming even though they were closing in an hour. I told him my complex situation and he knew my situation was not ordinary. Good guy, no. Great guy, absolutely!No pressure to buy what I dont need, he offered up what I did need and wanted...a Galaxy S20 FE. I was in luck. It was the last one and I went for it.Now I have a new phone, but my current plan was outdated. Again, Andy wasnt sweating it.. After doing some math, we got a plan that was better and much more cost effective.Andy was very patient and walked us through the whole process without a hiccup. He knew the system very well.These guys know their stuff. Highly recommend anyone in the area to pay them a visit.Thanks Allstar Wireless and extra thanks to Andy Lee for his time and effort.
