Manager was awesome despite long wait for his lunch period...he was helpful patient and attentive to my needs...he was also the only employee and the manager of the location
Ryan is the greatest person to have worked with on our transfer from t-mobile to Verizon. Ive had trouble with sprint, now t-mobile, for a while now (missed calls, delayed msgs, horrid service, etc.) And decided to go with verizon after a couple of Googles on what is the best carrier in my area (Orange county), I went to a Verizon store in garden grove..I was unimpressed, to say the very least, then I gave it another try down the street, glad I did. Otherwise Im sure I would still be at t-mobile. The whole process was simple. Every employee at that store was very helpful and attentive. Thank you guys.
Just recently upgraded here to the B.O.G.O. free deal Verizon was running on the new Galaxy S21 Ultra for me and my girl. Walked in about 30 mins prior to closing and Ryan helped us out. He advised me of my options and set up our new phones in no time. His customer service was impeccable and product knowledge is second to none.Great guy, great experience.Highly recommend this store.TY Ryan.

I will said first a round of applause 👏 terrific service🎉 I am an OC resident and I live like 10 minutes from there if I walk it there but driving less than one minute 🤣 lol so here is my story from this place or I meant to say friendliness because yes youll see couple of employees and usually the place or any where are getting less average customers. I was there couple of time and every time I end being just me or at least 2 or 3 people at the store so its not as busy. But let me explained you why I am giving this place an 10 out of 10!!! Bryan or Ryan and Christian are the rock of the place (: and yes I mean there will be more employees and sorry if I aint giving yall props but u all deserved it!!!Thank you for suited up my phone with a screen protector three times and for free 🙌 🙏 and I will always be thankful of that! Waited an hour on a Saturday morning to activate a phone. Just one employee in the entire store seeing customers. Horrible service! As much as I love having Verizon, I’ve had horrible experience getting customer service in store and on telephone lately.
No recommend buy anything and any business with them, I bought hotspot $169.93 on 1/6/21It was very slow and it wasn’t work..Then they charge me $85.00 for only one day I used!!!!!!

Leo is an excellent sales person. He was able to port in all 3 lines for us. Leo was able to answer all our questions. If you go to Verizon, don’t forget to ask for Leo. You’ll receive amazing customer service.

What a horrible inventory, and service I traded in 2 devices, and turns out that my trade Value were used for the term “FREE” they ended up using the value for that instead of my contract/ plan. Wouldn’t recommend going in this store, very bad service and will have you go through a nightmares. Why go to a Franchise when you can go to a actual legit store. They will play with numbers make you seem like you getting a great deal when you aren’t. Ryan will tie you up to a plan that will be surprising numbers.Horrible store if I can I wouldn’t even choose a star rating 😒

I lost my phone at disney and needed a replacement immediately i came in right before closing time hoping for a miracle and Leo was it.he was very caring and concerned and did whatever it took to help us and completely fix the problem.he was happy to stay later than i’m sure he hoped to to help us.Leo saved our vacation and changed my view on verizon’s customer service.

Went to this store to try and get an iPhone 6s because previous store that I went to were out of rose gold the previous Verizon told me I was going to have to pay $60 plus tax. When I came to this Verizon the lady told me I would have to pay $84 for a 16g told her about what previous Verizon told me and she insisted that that was incorrect and no other Verizon would give it to me for cheaper she said Im not trying to get you to buy it here im being honest no other Verizon will give it to you for the price of $60.. Left store and went to a different Verizon and got my rose gold iPhone for $51.00 that lady was trying to rip me off!!!

Amazing discounts, they try and get as many coupons with you when youre buying, some wait time but its still awesome, thanks for the water.
Beware of Verizon Authorized Retailers such as Victra. They may scam you with very little oversight from Verizon Wireless. In my experience, you are far better off finding an actual Verizon Wireless corporate store.I had a bad experience with Victra appearing to be Verizon Wireless employees and requiring add-on contracts that were not wanted then non-returnable.
