Great guys. Took care of a few jobs for me. In my wifes car, swapped out some in door subwoofers for a 2006 Highlander with a JBL System. For my FJ Cruiser, they routed some wires for my lights and installed a nice Android auto stereo. Top notch shop, Mike is the homie.

Martin is the best! Ive never been so amazed by how friendly and Mature employees Can be. I came in here trying to figure out why my subwoofers arent pushing a lot of bass. Martin Was explaining to me The depths of how everything works. Then I asked about financing Subwoofers and an amp. Believe it or not Im 21 with 0Credit. Martin helped me Out with that but DID NOT pressure me into Screwing myself over. HE DID NOT take advantage of my age nor my Knowledge on Financing with 0 credit. He explained to me very well, answered all my questions and Made sure I was sure Over and over again. This is a very Honest and understanding Shop. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM!!

Dont come to this shop its a scam!!!! Got an alarm system on my honda accord and now Im having serious electrical issues. My car wont lock and my alarm just goes off randomly and the owner wont fix the issues he said I had warranty for one year. I got the alarm 4 months ago he wont fix it.

GREAT PLACE...BEFORE I EVEN BOUGHT ANYTHING THEY LOOK AT MY SYSTEM AND ADJUSTED THE GAINS AND MADE IT SOUND WAY BETTER. I HAD MY SYSTEM INSTALLED BT SOME OTHER SHOP AND I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE RIGHT. BUT AFTER PACIFIC STEREO PUT THEIR HANDS ON IT I WAS LIKE WOW!!!! I HAD THEM PUT IN NEW 6X9S AND MY AMP. ILL BE COMING HERE FOR NOW ON WHEN EVER I MAKE CHANGES TO MY SYSTEM!!!

My speakers stopped sounding after a few months of installation and took it back so they can repair it. Turns out the person who installed it used the factory wires to connect the new speakers and it cause them to burn out. Same thing happen a second time and a third time. I believe they don’t know what they are doing when it comes to installing a sound system.

David at Pacific Autosound has been my goto guy for stereo, alarm, lighting and Window tinting for 15 years. I wont go anywhere else.

The price is alright but when it comes to their products, they are low quality. I paid a lot for a cheap lock motor that broke down within 4 months. Unfourtanely, this place doesnt back up their products as they only give you 3 months warranty. How convenient for them to give you a short warranty to their cheap products that will break down quick.

My experience as a son of a business owner, open up shop on time. Very frustrating when its 10 minutes past opening and gates are closed and phones arent being answered. Wouldnt be as bad if the parking lot was opened, then I could just sit and wait but I have to drive around and make almost impossible u-turns on this busy street to see if the gate is now open.
