Bianca. Called twice. First time she placed me on hold for a sec which turned out to be 2 mins. She didnt care for the service she gave. Meh. Hope she doesnt keep that job. I wouldnt want to be serviced by her.

While the area is definitely not the nicest, the store fits in and is due for a remodel. Like all party citys the prices are pretty high, the cashiers are generally rude, and theres a long wait to get balloons inflated.

I like it but I think it is very expensive and there was not enough of what I was looking for to go to the other stores to complete what I needed
