Ive used a few mechanics in the North OC area over the past 20 years. Morrison Tire is, hands down, the best place Ive found. For the past ten years Ive always done my own oil changes on my 2500. I recently discovered that it would only cost me about another $20 to have my oil changed at Morrison. Everyone who works here is very professional, personal, and honest as they come. I recently brought my wifes minivan in for an oil change and told one of the employees that I thought it needed new breaks. Several hours later, I got a phone call staying they changed the oil but everything else checked out fine. They couldve easily tacked on another few hundred dollars for something I thought I needed but didnt. But instead, they chose the honest route and only charged me for the services I needed.

Service was good. Price was fair in the market. Better communication is needed for completion time. Understand the current work force is limited. Was expecting a few hours but took all day. I should of been clear on time I needed to pick up.

Super busy when we arrived at 9 am on a Friday. All the bays were loaded and the entire parking lot was filled. We got a quote on a full set of tires which was a little more than what the website had quoted us. We also noted when we got home from dropping the car off that the extended optional road warranty had been added without our knowledge, but a quick call to the site had it removed which saved $60. Our car is old, it probably wont see another 60k miles, so the value wasnt there. Job was completed by 4:30 pm and we were very satisfied with the work. Good tires and a smooth ride now. Finally found my favorite mechanics at Morrison Tire! Habing.moved from another state recently, I was very worried about finding a good shop as I had some fabulous mechanics for YEARS where i lived. I’ve been a customer ever since I moved into the neighborhood 13 years ago. They always give great service and the prices seem reasonable. In this case, they evaluated the tires and I only had to replace one when they had the ability to sell me more. Between all my vehicles and trailers, I estimate that I have purchased about 30 tires here.

I would definitely recommend to anyone Morrison Tire Inc. The minute I walked in I was greeted and immediately helped. I was there for an alignment and was asked questions about my issues. I had upgraded to an after market steering wheel which was slanted a bit to the left and believe me they took care of the issue as well as the alignment. My car had some sensors that came on due to the upgrade, but they make sure it was all taken care if it. My car was not only test driven several times, which I loved because I knew they wanted to make sure my car was good and without any problems. I stopped at Morrison Tire to arrange for a checkup before making a road trip & was able to leave my car there. The following day I was advised I needed brake service, which I accepted. Later, I was able to use a small coupon which was on their website, for a discount to the payment. Over the years, I have found this business to be competent and reliable.

Really clean and friendly. I do not know much about tires and I did not feel like my lack of knowledge was abused. They explained to me the different tires available and gave me different options.

I came in around 9:30 AM, no appointment, told them the issue, we agreed to have the tires changed (much needed) and see if that was the source of the issue (it was), and had my truck back with new tires by 1:00 PM same day.Very pleased with the service and pricing. Got the last set of tires for my truck here, they were great! Then brought them back due to some issues with the balancing weights and they handled it.

I really like this place dont get me wrong. My family has been using Morrison Tire/Good Year forever. But I can never get over how MUCH they charge. Ive got an estimate here before, took my car to a different mechanic store and they did the exact same 5 star service for so much cheaper. I think if morrison and good year want to continue to get good business then they need to have a talk about their ridiculous pricing.

Went in earlier today because of a nail in a tire with a slow leak. Spoke to Jim and he was able to squeeze me in and repair it before they closed on a Friday. Went next door at McDonalds to grab a snack and wait, but didnt have to wait too long. They seem very honest. I observed that every customer that walked in had a seemingly personal connection to the people there. This place is like classic neighboorhood local spot, but big and modern to compete with other large tire places.

I live locally since 2000 and work for the military. 5 stars for consistent high quality service. All my family cars have been serviced at this facility. The facility is always clean and runs efficiently. All employees are dressed professionally and speak courteously. Low employee turnover. They warranty repairs. They demonstrate excellent communication skills. They provide reasonable estimates and educate customers about the specifics. They have always informed me by phone of further needs and time extensions. Conflicts are dealt with fairly, openly, and with deference to customer retention. I work with Jim, Al, Joe, or Kevin and it’s simple, consistent, honest, and fair. The Auto repair industry is difficult to survive as an establishment. They have a proven ethic and high standards which is why I keep going back.
