Literally the worst service. They will lie to you over the phone regarding price and availability then when you get to the store they dont have what you need and will give you a higher price.Best to do business else where. What you think youre saving on parts you will lose in time.

I like to buy auto parts here because if you know what you need just ask for it and boom they give it to you real fast and the most interesting part is that theyre prices are so cheap

I have been shopping at this Transpack for a little more than five years. The service manager Kenny is very rude to customers. When I first started coming here, he was very nice and helpful. As time went on, and there were more customers in the store, he has begun to be very rude to his loyal customers. He isnt happy with customers calling with questions more than once, doesnt like to listen to any customer concerns, doesnt have any patience and he has terrible customer service and attitude. I do not recommend coming here and the thought of coming back here gives me anxiety.
