Simpson Chevrolet provides great customer care! I worked with Hector in the service department, who I highly recommend. He listened to my concerns, diagnosed my vehicle and got the best deals he could offer for all of the recommended maintenance services. He also offered me a loaner car and made sure my car was washed, vacuumed and ready to go upon pick up. I could not have asked for a more thorough and considerate Service Advisor. I’m very happy with the customer care I received. I will come back to Simpson Chevrolet and request Hector for my auto maintenance and repair needs!

Watch out! I ordered a 2021 Suburban from this dealer. I asked three times if they would add a surcharge to the quoted price for the on-line order, and the consistent answer was no. When I went to pick up the Suburban, the dealer added $5,000 to the price, which they called “market mark up.” They told me that they sent me a text to notify me of their increase. They then stated that I was very lucky because they could actually mark it up by $10,000. Because I had already sold my previous vehicle, I had no choice, and ended up negotiating the $5,000 surcharge to $1,000. Even at that, I call it extortion. What a way to take advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic.

I went in for a simple oil change with no add on. I had arrived at 8:30, didnt check in until 8:45 am and got a call that my car was ready at 12:30 pm but my car didnt actually get my car until 1pm and was told it was getting washed which was why it took so long, my car was still wet as if they just sprayed it with water. Im honestly very disappointed because I have a bundle deal for 3 oil changes and am already regretting the thought of this repeating

I suggest in this day and age anybody going to a dealership for service please call around. Dealerships are notorious for ripping people off on far as automotive services and trying to upsell. I know these dealerships have millions of dollars of overhead but charging ridiculous prices for such basic services is ridiculous! Anybody reading this you tell me if this is fair. Do you think its fair to charge $775 for a transmission flush change the transmission filter and add new fluid? Thats the quote I got. Went to another dealership was way less than that. And I even went back there in the service department to make sure that things were done the way I wanted it to be done. I took my services elsewhere for now on. Please shop around if they dont want to give you a quote over the phone you go in in person or go somewhere else.

Well, i think that customer service does it for me. I have the choice to take my vehicles to other shops that maybe charge a little less, but the service and transparency i get with Luis at the service department Really make me feel that my trucks are in good hands. He always goes above and beyond and maintains me up to date with the repairs and upcoming possible repairs in the future. Again, Luis has been really helpful and transparent with me at all times, i think that his leadership and method of dealing with customers should be acknowledged and heck why not maybe even coached to others.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE.1. I took my my truck to an mechanic2. Apparently he could not fix the problem3. He took my truck to this dealership4. I called the dealership 7 times5. Each time I was told no one was available6. I drove to the dealership (35 miles one way)7. The service visors were talking and laughing with each other8. Very few were actually busy with customers9. A service advisor told me my truck would be ready on Wednesday10. I called five times on Wednesday for a status check11. I understand sometimes things go wrong and the vehicle will not be ready on time12 No one returned my call

Yobani went above and beyond to help us. A+. We appreciate his assistance. Items I think need improvement, returning calls in a reasonable time, and our expectations on timing were not met, we expected to have a diagnosis in a couple hours of dropping our car off and it took over 24 hours just to get the diagnosis. But Yobani got the repair done in a few hours so we didnt loose another day. I assume that it was very busy and not necessarily the staff work ethic, but still an issue of being perhaps under staffed to handle the volume of service work.

Yobani Graciano by far the best service advisor hands down. I usually use whoever greets me first but everyone looked really busy today, Yobani was with a customer and said give me one second while acknowledging me and saying Ill be with you in one minute let me finish up and as he kept his word he did and came in for an oil change and wash he said it would be approximately and a hour and a half. He offered a free Uber ride that theyd paid for but I decided to wait and got my car in 50 minutes and they even changed my heapa filter and made the vehicle smell great thanks guys.

Got a 4runner here. I was told since my credit history was short the best they could do was 10.99% percent interest rate and that they couldnt lower the price. They said I was already getting a good deal since I was going to pay what the cars online price was. Mind you the price of the car online was 4000 less then the sticker price. I told them no and tried to leave and they came back with a 6.99% rate and dropped the price by 1,000. The finance guy was alright seemed like he was in a little bit of a bad mood but he didnt try and snake on any other fees. Moral of the story is check there online prices first and dont fall for the first deal they bring out. The experience overall was alright.

When I first came to the dealership to work on my Chevy vehicle, I was directed to Efrain. On August 6th, I was offered a diagnostic check of $180.00, and if I wanted to fix issues with my vehicle, the diagnostic check would have been free of charge. When I going over payments over the phone, I chose to fix my vehicle. Secondly, the cost came out to $2804.29. I asked for a discount, and Efrain offered a 10% discount, so that the total cost that he told me would have added to $2523.86, including fees, taxes, and any other additional payments. When I came to the dealership to pick up the vehicle, he ended up charging me the full $2804.29, and after getting ugly with him, he knocked off only $100. This is a dishonest way to do business! How could I ever recommend anyone to this dealership with the way business is handled at this dealership.

Mark and the entire team went out of their way to help me. Our AC went out while driving from San Jose to Anaheim with my son to visit Disneyland! I dropped off my vehicle and explained that I would be going back home in a few days. To my surprise, they had everything repair (new ac condenser) within 1 day of me dropping off the vehicle. They said they had their techs stay late to make sure that I could get back on the road and enjoy the rest of my vacation with my son! AVOID GETTING ANY FINANCE FROM HERE OR PRE ORDERING ANY VEHICLES THEY WILL SCALP YOUWaited nearly 2 years for my c8, first of all they got my order slightly wrong and didnt give me a chance to config it. They then lied to me for days about when it woulf arrive. Was told it was just 10 miles away and might get there on that day, next day nothing, next day call and ask where it is, tells me its 20 miles away (driver cant drive anymore today and needs to rest), next day nothing again. Starts to all feel weird, take a look online, there it is, my c8, matching VIN and build, except it is for sale and heavily marked up. So i drive over there to see whats happening. After a bit of back and fourth they agree that it is the car i pre ordered all that time ago, so we proceed to purchase the vehicle.The look i got from Jim as i went jn was hilarious, this man 10000% thought i could never afford the car and even said to me in such a condesending tone .... so how you gonna be paying for this? Because its 91k. At this point I was already annoyed, especially since i was already quoted 81k out the door by the original dealer who wasnt in that day. After again more back and fourths Jim agreed to put it back down the 81k i was originally promised, except he did something even sneaker, they ADDED the value they had taken off (about 9k) to the loan fee. Which by yhe way, i couldve and wished i just paid in cash, but the worst bit is they HID the fee from me, never mentioned it to me and then to make things worse did NOT give me the documents with this on it when buying the car (they are supposed to give you all the docs on a USB, but this doc was missing). I shouldve known since his tone changed from grumpy and uninterested to smiles and questions about me.I recieve the payment requirements letter for the loan 2 days before it is due so i have no ability to contest it and make you wait 3 days to request it. What shouldbe been a $30k loan is costing me $50k. Seriously it is not worth it.Ive never experienced such snakey, lying and underhanded people in a dealership anywhere in the world....I went in trusting them since i had been to auto nation ford before who were absolutely amazing and never caused me any problems

We dealt with Mike Quinlan to buy a van for our electrical contracting company . He was very professional but also friendly guy and helped us work through the process!! We were torn between the Chevy express van and a Ford transit van but after meeting with Mike We knew he was our guy and that we was going to buy the Chevy Express Van . We liked Mike non pressure sales approach this made us feel at ease. We also liked the finance person he was very patient with going over the extended warranty and other options for our vans. Some of the best customer service I have gotten. I work during the hours the service department is open. I showed up as soon as they were closing, service consultant Mark helped me out. He checked my vehicle in and even got me a rental. Mark went above and beyond to kept me updated. Even if my truck wasnt looked at, he would send me a message. 1st Service 5000 mi: Thoroughly checked my vehicle during routine scheduled maintenance service. Very satisfied.Update 2nd service 8000 mi: I made an appointment at the Simpson Chevrolet website. I arrived at appointed time. I was approached by a service rep within 2 minutes. I was sat down at the reps desk, I was treated politely and respectfully. We discussed my cars maintenance needs, I was given a quote which I approved and authorized the work with my signature. Car was turned over to the service department and I waited in the customer lounge which was clean and furnished comfortably, I watched news on a big screen TV, and I had a made-to-order cup of coffee fresh brewed on an automatic coffee machine. I waited for my car approx.. 30 minutes. At no time could I see my car and observe the work being done. I know when it was ready, I received a text, I went to the cashiers desk, paid for what was agreed upon. The cars exterior had been washed and wiped down, I was hoping for a light vacuuming for the interior but Simpson didnt offer me that convenience (I would of said Yes). I wish there was an observation window where car owners could see their car being serviced. Otherwise, I am satisfied with my service appointment and will do business again until there is a worse than unremarkable experience. I am a Chevrolet car owner and purchased the car new at Simpson Chevrolet within the last year.

I have always had a pleasant experience with service at Simpson Chevrolet -Jose did an excellent job communicating to me on the repairs, The issue was with the USB connection for the Apple car play, It did take a bit of investigation but the repair was quick and under warranty, They did a great job !

Went in for an oil change and recall, took them about 4 days to service my truck. When I received my truck they oil filter light was still on. Very disappointed with the service
