The service here at Kia Garden Grove was excellent!. Showed up at 9am as my scheduled time and the staff was quick to greet me and let me know that I will be helped shorty. I was assisted by Jacob in the office and made the process fast and easy he also provided me with an extra Mask for my Lyft ride as I had forgotten mine. He communicated with me via phone call with any further info as to what my vehicle needed so I gladly appreciate that. I recommend getting your vehicle serviced here, like I said the service was EXCELLENT !! Will be coming back for future Repairs.

Cant prove it 100% but every time Ive taken my vehicle in for service something comes up missing. They try to sell me service my car doesnt need and avoid doing service on my vehicle it does need. I took my vehicle in 4 times before finally they acknowledged that I needed a tire pressure sensor and not just air in my tires as they had done every other time I took it in. No shuttle service and nowhere to wait for your vehicle to be serviced doesnt exactly scream valued customer. Best they can do now is a free Lyft if its within 5 miles of the dealership. Not super happy with this dealership.

Kadin was just simply amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me the vehicle I wanted, 2022 Kia Telluride EX and was up front about pricing and available packages. As soon as I walked in, I was acknowledge and was even surprised to see the vehicle I wanted parked right up front!!! Kadin was honest and super fun! We definitely bonded over our Star Wars love! Unethical service department. DO NOT go here! I took in my KIA for 2 computer software recall on 11/28/21 which was paid by KIAs recall. The service department the asked if I wanted to replace my oil pan because it was leaking. I had the oil changed 2 weeks early at a local auto repair shop. I nicely declined the offer to replace my oil pan for $180. I then drove the car back to to the auto shop where I had my oil changed. They let me go under the vehicle to inspect and there was NO leak of any kind.Please beware of this place and get a 2nd opinion if they suggest repairs.

I love this dealer. Their service department stands above all others. After a negative recent experience at another Kia dealership, where my recalls were not fixed, I went back to Garden Grove Kia. So glad I did. They handled all the recalls in only 2 hours! I get email updates when I made the appointment, reminder email the day before, text notification when my car was ready, and emails after the fact of a copy of the receipt and test inspection. Best of all, no pressure upsell. Thank you GG Kia !!!

Made an appointment for an oil change.waited over 2 hours to get them just to touch my car.when I got my car back the air filter was left open and instead of using the 5w-30 synthetic oil on the tag and whats literally written in the service manual from kia they put in 5w-20 regular and left trash in my car.my owners manual clearly states to use synthetic for the turbo motor.called to get someone to remedy this issue and got nothing but excuses and I dont knows and told thats just what they always do.Id give this place a zero star if I could. honestly terrible customer service and none here has any common sense. they could clearly see my service records stating what oil I have and the tag in the car.

Went to get a bulb for my car. It is newly open so I followed the sign to the building that said service and parts. After being stared at and ignored for several minutes (not another customer in site) I asked about the bulb. The man behind counter pointed and said you have to go to parts. I said the door here says service and parts. He sighed then sent me to the other side of another building. I got to correct counter and got my part and asked a recall question, which apparently can only be answered by the rude people in the 1st building I went to. I decided to leave rather than subject myself to them again.

We had been searching for a car for our son and found one online at Garden Grove Kia we were interested in. We submitted an information request and promptly received a call from Kadin Espinosa. He was helpful but not pushy which was immensely appreciated. We made an appointment to see him and the car that afternoon. When we got to the dealer, he was very courteous and very positive. Great energy! He showed us the car, had a ton of knowledge and really made us feel comfortable. The negotiations were painless - which is HUGE when buying a car- and my son drove away in his first car! We are so thankful to Kadin for his help and for making the experience awesome! Alex did a great job selling me a pre-owned bmw they had up for sale at Garden Grove Kia.The good- I traded in my lease that is about to end. Saving me about $600- $800 if I would have returned to Mazda next month.-fast sales process (2 hours)-clear paperwork-worked with down payment.-gave me options clearly stating how much $$ for add ons, interest, month to month payments for 3yrs 5 yrs 6yrs, and banks apr in a nice table.- didnt feel pressured to buy add ons I didnt want.-helped me search something on Google I wanted to know about car.- due to covid I appreciate the managers coming out to wipe desk down- good at keeping me updated.- good market price for my used bmw.-honored cargurus listed price-finance manager was funny-staff was friendly- car was ready for test drive upon arrival------------------------The not so good-Parking was kinda bad/full for customers. I parked at street when I arrived.- I noticed service drive was full of cars making it difficult/ confusing for customers to drop off for maintenance.

Brian and Armando are just the BEST guys that I ever have deal since my diet Kia, with is over 3 years ago! Between Wisconsin and California! They do anything that they can and need to do to help you either with your problem ( Armando part) or with your purchase or after purchase ( Brian part) ! But honestly the Sales Manager answers after many many many attempts with a brand new car problems with was purchase from them with no Kia solution it was and it’s being very frustrating, so hard that made me get out of the Store crying today! Just please, make sure if you have an IPhone and planning to buy a kia Niro LXS, and will need a connection with you car play, chose another model or category because Car Play won’t run and Kia doesn’t have the solution for that and they won’t tell you ( or maybe will after me attempting so many times)! I mean, I bought a brand new car, witch have done already 2 different problems and the only suggestion that mana get has is wait for Kia, because I now Niro has this problem…. I think is already enough for you guys!

Without a doubt one of the greatest experiences I had buying a car. I was in the market for a car for almost two months and with low inventory it was difficult to find the trim I wanted in the new Kia Stinger. I searched different Kia dealers with no luck. And then I stumbled on Garden Grove Kia, I was hesitant as it was out of my general area and didnt know if the car might have already been sold. I connected with Kadin Espinosa and from the very beginning this guy was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We made an appointment to see the car that following weekend. I met with Kadin the following Saturday, and a Stinger was waiting for me to test drive, instantly fell in love with the car. Even more when I saw the Kia I came to see. Throughout the whole process Kadin was extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision. He went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. Toshi from Sales is great. I came back after having a bad experience with the Service Department regarding the recall. I gave them another chance to make it right and they did. Jacob is very nice and on it. Andrea made sure that my visit was going to be the only one Ill need for this recall by getting the parts from another dealership and putting me in a rental. I am very happy with the excellent customer service this time around. Totally changed my perspective of this dealership. The Lobby is big and spacious to wait in. If youre looking for a Kia to buy or have serviced, they are a great place to go to.

Bought my Optima Hybrid here originally, was satisfied with with service until I tried to make appointment for a warranty fix. The service rep would not answer my question, or any regarding prices until I have a $165.00 diagnostic ( plug car in a computer to tell me what I already know). I called Kia of America and was able to determine that the part is indeed covered and has an extended warranty. (I just had car serviced elsewhere, which is why I know what needed to be done and that it was covered.)This, to me, screams of a set up. He wouldn’t even give me the cost to repair if NOT under warranty or even the cost of an oil change, he said without seeing the car. I bought it there. They have service records. I cannot figure out why someone would try so hard to turn a customer away. Very disappointed indeed!Fortunately there are other Kia dealerships in the area!Update: I called two other KIA dealers in the area. No one mentioned a $165 upfront diagnostic charge. I would recommend using either one instead of Garden Grove, They’re probably trying make up for cost of new location.

Terrible! I went in for an oil change and had a concern about an shifting issue. Arrived @ approx. 8:15am, about 10 min. In Jeremy Safa informed me that the tech doing the oil change had bust our front left tire. Informed it would take a couple of hours get and replace. I received a call telling me would not be until 5pm.Upon our arrival was informed it needed a transmission drain and fill. Wasted trip a phone call would have been sufficient. Was told by Jeremy he would comp the oil change for inconvenience, a lie.He then tells he could only save us half the oil change another he took 10% which we could have just for being a valued customer. I was planning on purchasing a floor for my wife from Andrea Biggers. After this experience no longer interested.Take my business elsewhere.I couldnt give less than one star, but if could it would be a -8.

My husband leased a Kia Forte during the pandemic and surprisingly we had such a great experience at GG Kia! Buying a car can be a confusing/long process but our sales professional Kadin made it WAY more enjoyable and easy. Kadin was friendly, trust worthy, and really took care of us. He had the car out ready for a test drive when we got there, he offered us beverages throughout our time there, and explained the numbers simply and to the point so wed understand. We never felt rushed or pressured to agree to anything we didnt want to. He answered all our questions, and even after we moved on to the financing guy he would check in with us to make sure we were okay. Not only that but hes really funny too. After we completed all the paperwork he even took us out to the car and looked over it to make sure everything looked good. He explained all the cool interior features of the GT which was super helpful because my Mazda dealer didnt do that for me when I got my car! Id highly recommend Garden Grove Kia, especially Kadin Espinosa. Cant thank him enough.

Overall, I had a good experience. They kept trying to add other stuff to the price of the car, but I held firm. They allowed me and my wife to take the car for ah hour, to really get a feel for how it performs on the freeway and in neighborhoods.1) Shop around on the internet so you know what the car is worth.2) Have your financing in place before you go to a dealership3) Be prepared to walk away if they wont deal at your price (cars are commodities - there are a dozen more like the make and model youre looking at).

Had a great experience here thanks to Kadin! He was extremely accommodating for the entirety of our time at the dealership and made sure my wife and I were able to properly test drive the Stinger were interested in without any distractions. This included having the car out and ready to test drive before we even arrived, pre-cooling the car (it was blistering hot outside), and not forcing himself in along for the ride. Even the negotiation process was very pleasant and Kadin was never pushy or aggressive. Overall, it was a very satisfactory purchasing experience and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Kia to check out this location!

Take pictures before bringing in your car to get serviced. It’s been 2 separate occasions where I bring in my car to get recall services and I’m told my car is missing a part(not easily attainable). Also they will find any possible way to make sure what your car needs fixed is not covered by warranty.

Sales team was good, straightforward, minimally pushed add-ons we didn’t want but stopped when it was clear we wanted the best price possible.Finance side: mistakes were made the night of. We asked before starting how long it’d be because we had a toddler with us and it was getting late. They said we’d drive off within 45 minutes. It took closer to 2 hours because of a mistake on our DMV paperwork. Not a big deal, mistakes happen.We deferred our downpayment by a day because we didn’t have the proper payment method that they were satisfied with. We signed a contract for the full amount and filled out another contract for the amount minus down payment so the next day we can just sign the correct contract and trade paperwork.They sent the wrong paperwork to the finance company and blamed the finance company for losing it. They sent another contract overnight for us to sign, we returned it the same day, and now I am two days out from my first payment and our substantial downpayment is still not reflected with the finance company.Paul was also very dismissive when signing contracts, interrupted me when I tried to ask questions, pointed where to sign and said “you just need to sign here” on every page. It was very frustrating having him try to push us through signatures without giving us a chance to read. I stood my ground, but it was incredibly frustrating.At the end of the day, as long as everything is sorted out with the finance company, I am happy with the purchase, but very frustrated with the customer service from the finance team.

EDIT service review:Brought my car in for a basic oil change at my appointed time on a Saturday morning at 10AM. So they tell me theyre backed up and may take a longer than usual hour/hour and a half. Fine I can wait around for a little bit longer. It is now 1:15 PM. More than 3 hours and the service rep Kaleb has only come check on me once, not a progress text or anything a couple hours in. OH he didnt even check in with me I had to go back into the service office to see what was going on. Come in guys. This is literally just an oil change and it looks like this is going to take 3.5+ hours. Completely and utterly unacceptable service for something so basic. I usually try and stay loyal and stick with the dealerships where I purchased my vehicle but that is not happening with GG Kia anymore. Buying a car here was fine but servicing it here is no bueno. Go elsewhere to get your car serviced. Would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership for service. One last thing. I didnt even get into price. Its $130 for a basic synthetic oil change. Never again.Original Buying process review:Would like to give a big shout out to Bryanna Crawford for helping me find the right car and negotiate online during this time. I wanted to limit my travelling to dealerships during this pandemic and wanted to get most of the details worked out before leaving for a dealership. She was the most proactive and responsive Sales Professional from all of the dealerships I interacted with in Orange County. Right from the start, Aldo was very helpful. I initially called with a volley of questions regarding the car I was interested in and the KIA certification, which I was unfamiliar with. He answered all of them and worked on my behalf to find me a more accommodating price. When I came in person, he greeted me right away and had the car ready for me to inspect/test drive. While waiting for the other parties to finalize the paperwork, Aldo wasted no time getting the car washed and filled up with gas. I had a positive experience at Kia Garden Grove overall. I went in for servicing on my car and decided to do the 5Kmiles Servicing. I got there prior to 8 a.m. and was out of there by about 9:15 a.m. I like this dealership because they make it mandatory for you to wear a mask and theres plenty of space to avoid social contacts in close proximity. I also like the fact that they did have coffee bar service so I was able to go ahead and get a hot cup of joe they do also have vending machine services but since it was early I did not get anything from the vending machine the floor itself as far as car inventory is pretty limited not many vehicles for selection but a representative mentioned that they actually have them in separate parking lot overall the price the service the amenities were welcoming Ill be happy to go back again another time.

I just bought my new 2021 Kia Sorento last week and I love it!!! - My first experience with Khristina Esqueda my sales professional she is very friendly, very helpful and she even let me test drive the car for about an hour which is great when making a big purchase. She went above and beyond on a few things for me which is great customer service. I had a great positive experience with Sales Mgr Chad Clarke - very helpful with my trade in and giving me what I wanted for it and also with explaining warranties and my payments. All employees there were very friendly and nice to be around (even gave me cookies)!The only other thing I wish KIA itself would let you order the car you want (I.E..color and additions)instead of waiting and hoping your exact one comes in because that would be a great sales tool and you would get alot more happier customers! :)

This Review is for the service center. They told me they no longer do oil changes without buying the full service package. $132 starting?! Kia in Cerritos does them for $80 full synthetic plus tire rotation and inspection. We used to get oil changes here so Im unsure whose bright idea it was to try to force upsell oil changes. Theyve lost my business.

We purchased our Kia Forte from this dealership back in 2016. The car itself is great. We had a few issues while purchasing the car and in the year following. All but one of the defects were resolved. The only remaining issue is that the aftermarket security system they require to be purchased with the car somehow messed with the bluetooth mic and the person on the other end of the call can barely hear us.However, Id prefer to talk about my current experience with this dealership since thats why I am editing my review. Our engine blew about a month ago. We initially took the car to Car Pros in HB due to our previous not so great experience with GG Kia and a receptionist told us the car was not under warranty anymore. The car sat at HB Kia for three weeks with them hardly touching it and then rejecting the clear warranty-covered repair. They gave us no opportunity to contest or move forward, other than quoting us $9k for a repair on a now $6k car. Chad and Craig from Garden Grove Kia reached out during this process and convinced us to move the car to GG Kia and give them the opportunity to make things right. They did exactly that. Craig was in constant contact with me and my husband while he worked diligently to get our car repaired under warranty. He did in a matter of a few days what HB Kia wouldnt even begin to do in weeks. We were quoted 9-12 day turn around time from GG Kia with a warranty repair where HB Kia told us 4-6 weeks for an out of pocket repair.GG Kia has clearly changed tremendously for the better in the last few years and I look forward to purchasing our next car from them in the near future.

This dealer is honest with its ad price. So many dealers put one price in their ad and then when you get there, its about $3k more because of added accessories. Not here. What you see online is the price you start with. Andrea Biggers was very professional, no high-pressure sales tactics. I ended up getting a lot more for my trade-in elsewhere and ended up buying there. In all fairness to Garden Grove KIA, I didnt go back to them with the trade-in offer I received elsewhere to see whether they would be willing to match it. I chose the other car for other reasons, as well. Overall, dealing with Garde Grove KIA was a pleasant experience.

Had an amazing experience buying a car from Garden Grove Kia! The sales person I worked with was Kadin Espinosa. He was super fun and helpful and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with customer service. He really made sure that it wasn’t a tedious process.
