Words can’t describe how good of a job they did with my 1991 BMW 325i. This is my pride and joy and I trusted them to paint it back to its original color. The whole proses was easy and quick. As a female it was such an easy and comfortable visit to get my estimate, my car is older and the paint was quite damaged, it’s now new again and I feel great driving it.

I brought my truck in for a partial touch up paint job they did a very good job for the money- there was a small spot of over spray of what looks like clear coat on the hood (which was not part of the job) I might take it back and see if they can buff it out otherwise they did exactly what I had asked for. As a bonus they also washed and detailed the truck so my overall review is excellent.

Awesome shop. The guys were friendly and very helpful. The quote was half the price other shops quoted. The paint job was great, the old paint was terrible and these guys did a great job on it. I love the shine it has and they also worked extra fast due to me traveling in and out for work. Recommend this shop for sure

Just went in for an estimate. Lady I dealt with was great and explained everything very well. Got to see some of their work and review the different price levels they offer.

Over a month since my bodywork was done. Have to say he did an excellent job on installing my fender flares and extra. As for the paint, it was color match to exact. Only thing was my own cars paint was the one not up to par since I don’t detail wax my car lol. But 1 month prior to to the work everything has held up perfectly and the car is show ready. Many ask me what car this is do to best bodywork that I am yet to see to this day. Great pricing and very friendly. Kept me up to date with the car and had it all done within the time schedule. Harut is the manager is a great guy. He is the owner at Garden Grove Branch Very experienced. He will give you the best advice. I had a small accident where the front bumper got dislodged under the curb. All other auto shops they wanted just to replace the whole bumper and asked me to pay a lot of money. Harut came and saw the bumper which is in new condition and just dislodged, he showed me the broken small plastic brackets parts, ordered them online and just replaced them, put the bumper back. My car is Mercedes E class 2018. He also saved me the towing expenses by coming to accident site, lifting the bumper so I can drive the car to the shop..

When I went to Maaco on Harbor in Garden Grove I had my Bmw 740il in for an estimate.I was very impressed with the professionalism I received. The folks gave me a very competitive bid. So I scheduled it for my repairs.I had it back in a few days an Wow! The work was incredibly perfect, I was so pleased! Absolutely recommending this shop to my friends.

It says free estimates but the owner does not honor that. Charges $100 to remove bumper.

My experience at Maacos was exceptional. There are many things that made my experience great, first off the customer service was good, Harut was genuine and friendly, second attribute was that I got an accurate quote, and on the day of pick up was not surprised with additional costs, thirdly my car looked brand new. It took a week to get my car back, but i was already aware of the time frame. I would definitely go back, and I recommend this business.

Just picked up my 2007 GMC Yukon and I couldnt believe my eyes. At first glance I thought it was someone elses SUV. These guys did a excellent job repainting it. My Yukon came in with a cracked bumper chipped paint, dents throughout. All was repaired at a very reasonable rate. I wanted my car to look like it once did in 2007 off the assembly line and it does! I asked Mr.H a day later after I dropped it off if he could install a headlight I just received fed-ex and he did at no charge! Went to get a quote for a minor collision from 3 different body shops, including this one. Two quoted me for $2800. I knew I was getting cheated, and was getting pretty frustrated by the time I went in for my quote here. They immediately had my business when I was quoted for a third of the price. Quality work, and they completed the job at the estimated time! Great place!

My daughter ran into a tree and I wanted to fix it right without spending lots of money. I made an appointment at Maaco. Spoke with the owner, a body shop employee and I got a quote that was a lot less than other shops. Maaco staff and owner were knowledgeable and friendly. The work was excellent and I highly recommend this shop.

Had my Scion FRS in D4S Raven Black come in for a dent removal and paint repair to remedy the surface rust building. Maaco took me in the same day (thursday) and by Monday my car was ready to go and ready for pickup. Upon arriving I couldnt see there was a dent to begin with. I recommend Maaco for repairs especially for the value!

I needed to get a minor bumper thumper repaired real quick. Other places were telling me that it would cost upwards of $1000. Harut at this Maaco location was able to do it for me the same day at a fraction of the cost. Harut was very accommodating and overall a very nice guy to deal with. I just had my Toyota Prius redo the bodywork and have brand new paint. They did excellent job, they try to reduce the cost as much as possible. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work Harut put into my van. It had severe rust damage on the roof, paint was flaking off everywhere and the clear coat on the front hood was peeling off. He was able to remedy all of those issues and even fixed the dents. I would 100% go back to Harut at Maaco for future cosmetic work.

Great service and beautiful work. I had major driverside damage along with a few dings and scratches on my Ford Escape and took in into Harut and Beatris Maaco location in Garden Grove and they gave me a fast free quote for the work needed that was more affordable and more honest than other repair shops I had visited. Harut walked me through all of the details of what would be done and Beatris walked me through what each item would cost. They even finished it up a day earlier than expected! When I got stuck in traffic on my way to pick up my vehicle they even stayed at the shop an extra few minutes to allow me to pick up that day. And best of all the SUV looks as good as new! They truly understand what great customer service is and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family with repair and auto paint needs in the future!

Extremely dangerous condition for your mental health!!!My father, almost 80, decided to drop his Mercedes SUV to fix the damages in an accident, after the guy there told him they guarantee all works for life. They charged him $2,600 to replace the front bumper cover including the radiator cover, repaint 2 left doors and the back door. He called me to get involved only after the second time they failed to get the work done as promised, and didt finish the third and fourth time. Then the fifth time, they told us they did not have a part, which they demanded that we pay. I agreed to avoid giving my dad a heart attack. The sixth time we return to pickup the truck, we discovered that they tried to fix the badly damaged front radiator rack, but done so poorly. We demanded they should replace it with a new one. The store manager literally YELLED at us and demand us to leave his office. We finally got the car and when we got home, we got another surprise: they intentionally destroyed the bottom part of driver seat then covered it up. If you bring your car there, you need to carefully document every detail in your car and make sure get a very detail contract from them. Alternatively, you get the manager to testify on your behalf in court when you sue them. Good luck.

Breaking necks all day thanks to my new paint! I got a 1-stage enamel color change paintjob. They were able to match my requested factory color, Grabber Blue off of a 2017 Ford Mustang. My friends and I have been going to this Maaco for years, but this is the first car Ive gotten painted here under their new ownership. Harut & Beatris were very helpful consulting me in what stage paint & prep work I should get based on my budget and goals. Mind you, this is not the closest Maaco to me by a longshot, but as you might see on reviews, not all Maacos are created equal. Definitely recommending this specific Maaco shop to my friends and family.
