Ive been going here ever since my first car accident (est 2005). Theyve fixed my car numerous times and have always been communicative, professional, and friendly. Most recently I had two unfortunate series of events, first was a hit and run within the past two weeks. Due to COVID- I was dreading dealing with my car. However, Shawn assisted me and made it as painless as possible. After getting my car back this past week, my car window was broken. Luis helped me the second time, he gave me a quote and continuously updated me. He fixed my car window within a span of an hour and it looks just like new.If youre looking for honest, communicative, and a timely body shop- this is it! Hopefully I wont have to go back anytime soon but this is my go to place for any body repairs.

Horrible service unless youre an insurance company paying them hundreds of thousands of dollars. I had repairs done at Caliber Collision 10 years ago and was extremely happy with the service and the results.Last week I had to repair my Chevy Suburban after an accident and AAA insurance referred me back here. I was skeptical if my second experience would live up to my first. Not only was the service and workmanship still top-notch but the repair was finished in LESS THAN HALF the time originally promised! AMAZING! I’m not expecting any future work will be done in the same timeframe but I know I can expect perfect results and great customer service.

Did a good job on my pickup replacement rear bumper.

I just recently had my vehicle repaired from hit on the rear. So far so good. For new bumper cover with new paint color, need more time to see how it work (but lifetime warranty anyway). People who work there are nice. Definitely, will recommend this shop to friends and family.

Minor repairs to right passenger door, right passenger rear door, right rear wheel well moulding and rim. Looks like new.

The employees are very professional. As soon as I noticed that my tail light cover was installed with cracks all around I called Shawn up & he asked if i could stop by so he could take a look & once seen he didnt hesitate. He told me that he would order another one & as soon as the part comes in hell call me so I can bring the car up there. He did exactly that & I took my car there & they put the new one on & it only took about 10-15 minutes. The tail light cover I paid for was a used one. Shawn ordered a new one the second time around & didnt charge me anything. Thanks Caliber Collision for doing such a great job I will definitely always come to you for all my car repairs in the future. Also, Thank you Shawn youre awesome!

My mom hit a curb and pulled off the front bumper of my car. Needless to say I was not happy. With my front bumper falling off, I took it to Caliber to see how much it would be. Im a student and I dont have too much money, but I couldnt go around with my bumper hanging. Shaun Cho helped me out. He knew i didnt have much money and my car isnt the newest, so he told me that he would attach my bumper and secure it so it wont apart. I asked him how much it would cost, and he just said not to worry about it. He attached it and didnt charge me a thing.Even though they didnt get to fix my car, I will certainly keep them in mind for any future repairs. Not taking advantage of me and being really honest was truly a blessing.

This was the body shop that the insurance company of the person that hit me sent me to get an estimate for my car. They called me everyday to make an appointment to come in for the estimate! That is a first for me! So I come in at the scheduled time and front desk seemed confused for a bit and had to pull up my information. I had a scheduled appointment time but still had to wait for the adjuster to come out to the front even though there was nobody else there! The adjuster was very polite but completely silent. I had to ask him questions and show him where the damage was (as if he hadn’t even read my claim number). He did email me the estimate quickly so that was a positive! I cannot comment on their body work but the office and adjusters seem to not really communicate well with customers. They told me I’m all set and I didn’t get any kind of paperwork! I had to ask for a business card!!!

Moon saved our butts. Its Easter Sunday and we were driving to meet family in my girlfriends brothers car. We hit something small and black while on the freeway and immediately pulled over to assess if there was any damage. We couldnt see anything and the tires werent loosing air so we figured all was well.As we merged back onto the highway we heard a loud scratchy sound which turned into repeated thumping ... Clearly things were not right.Being thats its Easter Sunday afternoon literally every auto shop was closed.We found one that was open but didnt actually make it there. We passed a place with couple of guys working on cars and decided to stop as we had no idea how far we could safely get.Turns out Caliber Collision was also closed but Moon took the time to take a look at our car. At first he tightened some screws underneath as we thought maybe we had just knocked something loose. Then as he lifted the car up the culprit revealed itself.A motorcycle helmet (the small black thing we hit) had found its way into and gotten lodged in the front drivers side wheel well.Moon wrestled it out (it was properly mangled) and with a smile said that is your problem! ...all fixedNeither myself or my girlfriend had any cash to give him for his troubles so I figured Id take the time to share our story of this wonderful and helpful act of kindness we we received.While I cant speak to the repairs here, I can speak to the character of the people working here. And I am so grateful for their helpfulness, kindness, and generosity.

Great staff, very professional techs and fast results. My car had the front bumper ripped and also the grill was severely damaged, but thanks to them now its like nothing ever happened. Even better, it was ready in 3 days. It was not cheap though, but hey, a professional job is never cheap, is it? At least I got a little discount at the end. Thank you Shaun, you and your team rock!

They have lied about everything that they did for me they asked me to bring my car back when the park was in they never called me so I contacted them they said the return the park so they night set me to the manager by the includes Louis that they dont work on Mercedes Benz they never have but yet my previous mmos cities beds had been in there twice and repaired they obviously dont know their business they actually lie about everything luis and another Asian guy who was service I meet are both liars you should not take your vehicle there they will scam you they are not good people I reported them to Mercury assurance and and reporting them to corporate office And the young ladies that work at the front desk are laffarges lazy and attitude I
