My tow truck driver, William called me prior to his arrival and verified my location as well as updating me on his arrival time. William towed my car home and placed my car exactly where I had asked him to place it. He was professional and knowledgeable! I hope I never need a tow truck service in the future, but if I do, I hope the next tow truck company is as good as Armstrong! signed, Williams Dad! just kidding, great service, Thank You!

William was an incredible help. A night before my boyfriends and our trip for NYC, his car had a flat in the carpool lane and had to immediately pull over to the center half of the freeway. We called AAA and told us it would be about an hour. Right within the time, William called and pulled up right in front of our car. He was quick, efficient, and even went out of his way to drive us all the way back home from Orange, to San Pedro. He was amazing, friendly and even changed to the spare afterwards. This was a very stressful situation, and William truly made the experience much more reassuring.

This morning I got into a car accident and needed my car to be towed. When I arrived at the street that we needed to meet at to get my car towed, I didnt need to wait long. William, the person who was going to tow my car, arrived just on time and was very professional. His cooperation was stress relieving since my morning started rough. The experience definitely deserves five stars.

My car was tagged early morning hours a couple of weeks ago. A fine gentleman rolled about, towed my suv 0.25 mi & kind enough to charge ONLY $175 for about 20min of work. I know at this moment there are some of you holding a law degree in one hand & regret in the other due to poor decisions you may have made in life. Armstrong...you be you! Dont allow anyone to get in your way! And when they do...JUST TOWEM!

Had a great experience. Mercury Insurance dispatched Armstrong towing to my disabled vehicle. I got a text message with ETA from Armstrong. The driver Oscar was a rockstar. He got my truck loaded in less than 5 min. He was quick and at no time did I feel rushed. Watching him move quick made me realize how he was able to show up on time. Great Job! If I ever have a disablement again I will request for Armstrong towing.

So I had to have my car towed from an impound lot to a shop. I have METRO SmartRide which uses All-State roadside assistance whom dispatched Armstrong Towing. As the driver arrived i realized I needed to change the drop off location so I conveyed this to the driver who told me to call and have them change the order because they only allowed a certain amount/distance anything over I out of pocket the cost. I was still within the milage. At the same time the person I spoke with said the change wS was submitted I heard the drivers phone notify him of the change. ( yes It possibly could have been something else but given the timing and notification sound I doubt it). I informed him it was done and he stated he hadnt got it yet. I went to get my motorcycle and my wife comes up telling me that he said it would be $30 if he hadnt got the Update by the time he drops it off because its a 3mi. difference from the original shop even though the driver himself looked up the milage and stated it was still under the allotted milage. Upon arrival he tells me no Update came in so I went to the atm to get cash while calling to see what the issue was. Metro informed me that YES it had been updated. When I went back the driver had an attitude bc I took to long apparently and said Ied him 30 bucks and when I informed him I just talked to metro and it did go through he jumped in his truck and drove off. I went to the car to push it to a proper place and found he had taken my keys. I just paid $175 2days prior for the key. When I called him he told me the same bs again and refused to return the key

I Called to get a tow at 10:45. They gave me an ETA of one hour and 20 minutes. When they didn’t show up I called and they told me they would be another 50 minutes. This was after they put me on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up and called back . They resectionist was so hard to hear . Sounds like she is in a bathroom . All they do is put you on hold . Then after waiting again they told me 20 more minutes until they will be there . At this point I called a different tow company to come and get me and my kids out of the hot sun on the side of the rode . I have never had to wait like that for a tow . That’s a total of over three hours I waisted waiting for them . I do not recommend using this company.

Had a driver named William come out and help me push my car in neutral into the street so he could tow it. Right on time and real quick job

William got to me in great timing. Fast, efficient at his job. And friendly, and gave great customer service. Gave me good advice about my car. He got me driving again and on my way. Thank you William!!!!

Had a blown out tire across the street from them. Muhammad and Aron from armstrong towing walked across the street as I was trying to change my tire which I didnt have the right jack for my car. They offered a jack and some minor help for free. Thanks guys definitely humble and professional people who work there.

I had to use there service while I was out on vacation in Disneyland. Trent was the tech they sent to my rescue. He was the most kind hearted, understand and helpful experience I have ever had with this type of service. I was hysterically crying and he calmed me down and made me feel that everything was gonna be fine. Figured out the problem fixed it to his best and told me what to do so that I could be on my way home with my 3 grandbabies. thank you Trent for being so awesome. Armstrong towing should give him a raise he deserves it.

I dont like the service. The driver who towed my car was rude. I called a roadside assistance because i can no longer drive the car, instead of approaching me how can i help you, he said you can drive the car, just drive going there. And also, he said that we cant come with him theres only 1 passenger allowed and i insisted and said i called the roadside assistance and tell them 2 passenger will go with the car. But when i told him that do u want me to call the roadside assistance to verify what i said? He just simply replied okay hold on, you guys can fit in here he drove without the selt belt. Poor customer service.

Drunk driver... Weaving all over the 405 and 22 freeways and splitting lanes before exiting at beach. The driver almost ran a couple other cars off the road. I called 911 twice to report and provided them the license plate number! I hope GGPD or CHP does something before someone gets killed!

Stole all my belongings out of my truck. This company needs to be shut down. Enterprise rentals uses this company and should stop before they get sued as well.

Locked out of my semi truck and of the 20 or so people I called this company came through and opened it like nothing . Driver was polite and put forth the effort to try and succeeded.

Driver northbound on Seal Beach Blvd at approximately 445pm today was driving at wxcessive speeds and weaving in and out of traffic. When called to complain, rep didnt xare and refused to habe a manager call me as requested ..beware of dangerous and Wreckless drivers .
