The staff is terrific and I always find something extremely nice at this store and location. If my size or color of a sneaker or clothing item is not available they order it online and ship to wherever I want it to go. Just a great experience shopping here. The music is always nice as well. It keeps me looking or buying more. Great atmosphere. I always feel safe there. Lots of employees there always making sure their customers are happy 😊

Asked this short Spanish looking sales associate for a size in Jordan 1s. The size I was looking for was the display shoe. She then took the shoe and went to the back; then took forever to come out. I asked another associate with brown and blonde hair about why it’s taking long to get this shoe. She stated that the associate who was helping me is still looking for it. I said ok. I want another 10 mins for her to come out and when she did. She said oh shoot I forgot let me go back. I waited another 10 mins and she came out passed me and said just one second. She then went to the cashier and then came back to me saying “I’m sorry the shoe was sold. I guess when I was in the back, I put it down and another person picked it up.” At this point I walked away. Ridiculous!

Has a great selection of shoes and at affordable prices.

This is one of the bigger and better Foot Lockers on Long Island. I have won a few raffles here via the Foot Locker App Launch Locator. I have been shopping here for years and it is a somewhat better system then camping out but it is also out of control and random but luckily this store seems to get a healthy supply of limited sneakers.I must say it is also nice to see the same faces here for years. I dont know their names but there are 2 guys who must have been working here since the early 90’s!

This foot Locker has great employees who are nice, and willing to help in the best way possible to put a smile 😃😊 on your face.

Sunday was very busy and didnt have enough help. 1st pair of sneakers asked for a size 10 and 10 1/2, brought out 8 and 9 1/2. Will go back when less crowded.

I asked a worker if there are other colorways for a specific pair of shoes on the displays and he said, “honestly I don’t know where you got those from”. How can you tell me that and you work there….

Last night I came here aries said 9pm closed they was closed at 7 on a Saturday then Sunday come back and they been closed for an hour while everyone waited on a line how do you guys want business

Guys that work there are very nice and sweet. They helped me to pick out trendy sneakers for my kid. Polite and courteous and lots of options.

I usually spend upwards of $100. when shopping here so, I was pleased to find several helpful salesgirls during my visit yesterday

Buying in store is fine. This Foot Locker has a lot of variety. There are a lot of helpful employees but they arent the smiley friendly type but they will do their job. My issue is returning online orders in-store which is an issue with all Foot Lockers. If you buy online and return in-store, the store mails the return at no cost to you otherwise you would have to pay return shipping. Youre refund is provided after the warehouse receives the return and processes it. On one occasion, my returns tracking number showed nothing. It seems it was never mailed out by this Foot Locker. After several calls, finally this store (not Footlocker online which told me to speak to the store) credited me my return but I had to be there in person to get it. On another occasion, the store had to contact Footlocker online for approval (this maybe required for all online returns) and it took forever. I wasnt told why but it just did.

Went to get sneakers. Ok kool. But waited ten minutes on line they had one cashier while 4 employees stood around and there was no other customers and the female cashier had a bad attitude will never go back

Terrible service, needed help with a return, mind you I’m the first in line. They had me waiting for nearly 30 minutes when more than 6 employees are walking around doing absolutely nothing, and the manager, forget about it, he doesn’t even care about the customer, he just walks around staring at people and getting paid for nothing

The best spot for jordans and nikes of all kind. Go to Zach or Craig for the best service. You cant beat the environment here. You cant beat the prices. Dont go anywhere else in the mall, their walls are full of comfortable kicks.
