They are always friendly & have usually got the supplies I need. The prices are reasonable and quality is good. Good place for advice also.

8 phone calls unreturned by Bailey. Dishonesty about what was happening between the calls and why she didn’t return my calls. I was never anything but pleasant because I needed the product. 4 weeks later she declined to sell it to me despite representing she would. Consistently took the attitude she was doing me a favor.

The times Ive dealt with them they have been helpful and knowledgeable.At the start of 2021 they are closed on Saturdays. And the internet (Google maps and the Builders Firstsource website) still say they are open on Saturday mornings.

I posted 7 months ago, can tell they really wanted to learn like they said. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY LAST DOOR!!! Gave this company a lot of money, they could care less to get it right!! Usually I do buy local, but this is one time I will tell you to run and get away from this place!!!
