This place is wonderful!! The women are so helpful! I found my mother-of-the-bride dress right away. It was ordered and came within a week. So thankful that they were able to alter it and save me another from having to make another 2.15 hour drive to get it. So glad I didnt have to go to a big box store to find the right dress for me! These ladies were THE BEST. I went in with a dress I bought from a different store to see if it needed any alterations, as I took my dress off the eyelet broke and I was panicking. The ladies who helped me fixed and re-enforced my other eyelet in no time. They were so amazing and kind and helpful.

I have worked with Dani on several occasions in the weddings that I capture through my photography business. Dani goes the extra mile to assist her clients so that they look fabulous for their special day. I highly recommend her for all of your wedding gown needs.

I don’t even know where to begin. I had a terrible experience at David’s Bridal. I called Bridal N More and told them my situation and that my dress had been ruined and my wedding was in a month. They had me come in and they were so helpful, supportive and kind. I found the perfect dress, they altered it so it fits me perfectly. They did and excellent job and we above and beyond in so many ways! I highly recommend them. The quality of the dresses is that of an upscale boutique in a larger city. I had no idea I would find my perfect dress in garden city ks. Super impressed and pleased!!! My dress is so beautiful and I’m so happy!!

Dani went above and beyond for my gown and my custom made flower girl dress! The alterations were done quickly and flawless. She made sure I’m was 100% happy, I couldn’t have asked for better service!

I highly recommend this place! Karen was my consultant. Even though there was an issue with getting my dress in she was so calm about it that i didn’t even stress about it and she made sure everything was exactly how I wanted.

I went in alone to look at wedding dresses due to my family living in another state and i was running out of time. They made me feel so welcomed and were very helpful with giving me their opinion and great with alterations.

Dani worked with me helping me figure out what I wanted. I was not sure! She has still been working with me as I have picked out a dress but had to wait to order it until after the holidays. She understands that people have budgets and tries to keep you within them. She is very kind and tries to make you feel beautiful!

If you wan’t an amazing experience, I highly recommend you drive the three hours to Wichita or elsewhere for it! :)I’ve waited over a year before I decided to make a review. Let me just say, this is my first review ever! Honestly, My wedding hands down went absolutely amazing other than my dress experience. My aunt who has been sewing for 20 plus years spent the last 24 hours prior to my wedding fixing my dress so it fit properly! Thank God for her, or I would’ve had to purchase another dress! If you want the best dress experience with good honest people. This is not the place for you.

Very disappointing experience! We bought the dress in the beginning of October. It was several sizes too big, but we were assured this was not an issue. We never heard a word from our consultant until my daughter texted several times asking about a fitting, as the wedding was in January!!! FINALLY we got a fitting on 12/05/2019. At this time, the bodice had been partially altered, not sure how since no fitting up to this point, and a partial lining sewn in. My daughter complained about the sleeves being too snug. Our consultant assured us dont worry, I can fix this. The built in girdle hasnt been removed yet and when I remove that, there will be plenty of room. Then no contact again until we texted & called several times. Finally one more fitting 12/30/2019, with the wedding coming up 01/11/2020!! At this fitting, the bodice still had the girdle in it, and my daughter once again complained that it was too tight. She was assured once again that the girdle hadnt been removed and when it was, it would fit perfectly. She was told to come in 01/04/2020 for the final fitting. On 01/04/2020, my daughter and two of her bridesmaids went into the shop. The dress was completed, girdle removed from the bodice, skirt attached to the top and hemmed. The bodice could barely be buttoned up, and once again my daughter was told the seams in the bodice could be let out just a little and it would be more comfortable and come back 01/09/2020 to pick up the dress. On 01/09/2020 my daughter went to pick up the dress and when she brought it to the church, we couldnt even get it buttoned (see photos). When we tried to call the consultant, she wouldnt answer the phone. We took the dress back into the shop and demanded the consultant be called. She answered and told us there was nothing else she could do as my daughter had gained too much weight, but she could try to put in a zipper. We were going to do this, but decided a zipper couldnt fix the problem. So, we were without a wedding dress and only one day until the wedding!!!!! After the wedding I contacted the shop and asked if they could please do something to help resolve the issue of paying for a wedding dress and it not fitting. They said they would discuss it and see what they could do. No word from them for several weeks, so I went into the shop and spoke to the consultant we had worked with, and was treated and spoke to very rudely. We were told it wasnt her fault my daughter gained weight, which she did, but not enough for a dress that was 2 sizes too big to now be 2 sizes too small. And low and behold, not even a half hour later, I received a text from the owner stating they werent going to do anything. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the stress of what we did and not have a wedding dress for one of the most important days of their lives!!!! I know that I will be very rudely bashed for this review, as you can see, she does it to everyone that posts any kind of bad review, but you can go to other alteration places here in Garden and find out how often they have to fix the mistakes and disasters that Bridal-N-Mor has done to other peoples dresses. I have pictures of the dress with all of the excess material and then of it not being able to be buttoned.

I was looking for a place to shop for a wedding dress and before picking i wanted to read the reviews i came across these reviews and i am absolutely disappointed in how awful they handle their bad reviews. on one of them they call out a brides weight gain? absolutely ridiculous!!! every single bad review they have the owner instead of FIXING THE ISSUE THE WAY A OWNER SHOULD they blame the customer, they clap back at the customer. take owner ship of mistakes. take ownership of horrible customer service. by the looks of the actions taken by them during a bad experience i just wouldn’t recommend. unless you want to basically be called fat by the owner and get blamed for a mistake they made!

I had the greatest experience with Dani while getting the perfect dress for out taste. She knew that I wanted a certain style, and she attacked it! I couldnt recommend anybody else for the perfect style for you. She is fabulous when it comes down to nailing what you want (even if you werent sure)!!! Thanks to Dani, our wedding theme was spot on and the dress was incredible. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Bridal N More was not my first Bridal store I stopped in, However it was the last. I went in looking for a Wedding dress and tuxes. Dani (the owner) was my first encounter in the store. Her personality made her easy to get along with and she made me feel comfortable. We ordered my dress and 2 tuxes I fell in love with the first dress i tried on but Dani asked that I try others just to be sure. She gave me a date of June 30th for my dress to arrive but it actually came earlier and she called me the day of to let me know it was there and to come in as soon as possible in case I was unhappy with it. My dress was a little small even though it was my exact measurements so she recommended that we add the corset to the back. After the corset was added it needed to be hemmed because Im really short. The dress was lace and honestly I dont know how it was done so perfectly. The alterations lady did an amazing job not cutting into my lace and she brought in my waistline so that my dress was snug. When I finally got my dress it was PERFECT!! My husbands tux and my sons tux came in at the same time 2 weeks later. They were also earlier then we expected. We live an hour out of town and Dani went out of her way to meet us at her store after hours so that they could try them on. My husbands tux was to large. Dani rechecked the measurements and the manufacturer had sent the wrong size. Dani had a new tux in 2 days. I honestly feel like she did everything possible to make sure we were happy. If I had to do it all over again I would most definitely go back to her store. I would also recommend her to any friends or family.

Me and another brides maid ordered dresses from here. The other bridesmaid dress was HORRIBLE. The stitching was just bunched up and put together from a needle and thread. The stitches were coming out. If you would like pictures I have them.

My daughter waited a year to post a review so she didnt post something ugly. We did business with you because at our first visit we were promised we CAN do this That is what we do we build dresses to what you want......as for the alterations...we paid for them, you didnt have a limit, and it still was not right. I wish I could post pictures. What is that saying, pictures are worth a thousand reviews... I gave you a chance at the last alteration to fix it and you didnt. That is what you post to all the people that give you a bad review. Well we gave you a chance we told you we were not happy . So I agree if you want a good experience, take the time to go anywhere else.

This store and the dresses are gorgeous. And the customer service is amazing! She was so kind and helpful and patient with us. I highly recommend this place. Ohh and did I mention that Dani is awesome!

I recently bought a dress here and the alter job that i received on the dress was horrible. The stitch that was made was just a quick sloppy job, the seam was not cut staight and whoever altered the dress, just cut a bunch of material, making the material all chopped up, lines were not straight. For the price that i paid the stitch should of been done with a sewing machine, not by hand. My daughter had an event and i had to find someone to try an fix the stitch so it would look decent.

Dani & Her staff are amazing. I am a bigger (plus size) woman and I was terrified I would not find a gown to even try on; as I had been to severla Big City stores and they wouldnt even let me try dresses on. Dani never batted an eye when she said Come back, lets get started I found a gown that for the first time in my life made me feel like a princess! The bridesmaid dresses were incredibly affordable and not to mention beautiful. We also got our tux rentals in store and our wedding couldnt have been more perfect. They worked with us for everything from budgeting our dresses and tux rentals to ensuring everything would fit perfectly. I would highly suggest to try her store before going anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Decided to go local for my sisters wedding and order bridesmaids dresses from Bridal N More, the amount of problems we had with the entire order was ridiculous. 6 of 7 dresses had the zipper replaced because they were awful, so bad one girl had to get cut out of her dress (these were $160 dollar dresses) and one dress had to have a corset put in due to being measured wrong IN STORE. The corset as well as one of the zippers came back bright blue, the dresses were navy. On top of that the stitching and hemming done was awful and choppy. My dress had two stitches put in on either side and apparently that was getting it hemmed. My heels caught those spots all day/night. Since it was done so poorly I was constantly pulling on my dress to walk which turned my nails navy, again these were $160 dollar dresses. There was also a problem with overcharging, the flower girl dress came out with brown flowers instead of white and finally when the mother of the groom ordered her shoes from the store they never came in. Everything was handled poorly and I most certainly would not recommend this store.

The staff member was very rude to my fiancée, treated her awfully, when my fiancée explained that she needed a wedding dress for our wedding next month the staff member said youve got to be kidding me and completely ignored my fiancée. Very disappointed in the lack of respect and customer service shown and would not return. I would advise others to also avoid this store if this is how they treat people.

The ladies working there were awesome!! The prices were flexible and the dresses were outstamding!!!
