This was once the premier grocery store on the Island. I used to go here more frequently than I do now. It has improved again lately. Great selections in most departments of the store. The selection in the deli & bakery is great, although not enough employees to service the customers properly.

I dont know who needs to hear this but the floral department is TRULY THE BEST ONE in Galveston!! The presentation, the variety, the value - its all here!! Simply amazing! Id say whoever is running the department needs a huge promotion, but I would hate seeing it change if someone else will take over haha! Thank you team Randalls! Keep that good work coming!

Wonderful store, specially since its not overcrowded. So, when you need something in a hurry this is the place to go. The 3 stars is for the pricing, it is very high, you want an uncrowded store with nice selections, thats clean and, might I add it has a Starbucks inside also, your gonna pay the price. Tip: Get a Randalls card, it is the only card my husband will carry in his wallet because if saves a lot! They also have curbside and delivery through doordash and probably Favor.

The chicken wing bar is so tempting, and the mango chipotle chicken as well. I vibe here for the deli section. Produce is always top notch as well. Great location in South Shore.

My daughter-in-law asked me to pick up 20 cupcakes for my granddaughters birthday on a Saturday morning for a 4pm party in League City. The party theme was mermaid. I called Randalls bakery and they told me they make mermaid decorated cakes and cupcakes, and they could do it for me even with the short notice. Yall ....they were yummy and so gorgeous!

Good store. much easier to get what you want without all the hustle that comes with Walmart. Just make sure you get a Randalls card for the discount.

Extremely rude associate in the bakery Saturday evening, we asked them if there was anyone else in the back that could help geta cake out the window, we could see that they were leaving. They then slammed their bag down and proceeded to give us attitude. Work on your customer service Randall’s, there was no reason for that kind of attitude when they ignored us for 5minutes and then acted like we were the inconvenience.

Since moving to the island this is my favorite place to go grocery shopping. The store is clean,well organized and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They remember their customers! I like this place so much I even got a Randalls card which gives me discounts on certain items. I plan on being a frequent flyer at this store! Highly recommended!! 👌 👍 👏 💯 🙌

I used to shop only at Randalls for my groceries on the island but not any longer. Now, I refuse to ever step foot in a Randalls again. Randy Kersten the Store Manager at this location and a handful of his employees at this location are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. I cannot express enough about the hatefulness and ignorance which was displayed by both Randy Kersten and his empoyees. I tried to addresss the issues with Randy and received nothing but insults and demeaning behavior. I also reached out to Corporate and was contacted by the District Manager of this location and she did nothing to rectify the situation but apologize and stated she would speak with Randy and his employees. What a joke!! Randalls in Galveston is a poor representation of Randalls as a company. It does make sense that you would have this type of experience at this location because the leadership at the top is unprofessional and incompetent so of course the rest of the staff will be, its a trickle down effect.

Zero star if available for deli. Go to Krogers around the corner for an all around better experience and environment. Employees at Krogers enjoy helping their customers but not at Randalls, they had to be asked to come out from back room to help us and other customers had already walked away waiting for help. Train your deli employees to be more qualified to handle customers in a more inviting manner. Your deli should be one of your main centerpieces as you enter your store and its the smallest section at Randalls, the coffee shop is bigger and if thats not making a statement in itself.

This particular Randalls in Galveston is very clean and the people are very helpful. Everybody greets you and says good morning everybody greets you and says good morning

Best thing about shopping here is the place is always clean and I just adore the employees. Ms. Pam is my favorite cashier and Jesse back in the Meat Department never does me wrong when I don’t know what to fix for supper. He also has some pretty good fishing stories as well.

Be careful in Galveston texas. Alot of theft here. Police no help. Galveston is full of transients. The police are overwhelmed.

I think youre better off shopping at the HEB at Victory Lakes (exit 20 on IH 45). The meat selection is much better at HEB.The service at tbe meat counter is great at Randals but they cant serve you what they dont have.

My wife and I are staying at a resort in town. We had issues entering the store the other night when speaking to GUS. He said he never heard of an exemption for a mask and had to check with the store director. We were then allowed to shop. The store director was nice and reassured us it was fine, but people need to be better informed about the various exemptions that exist. It’s not ok to be denying customers or telling me I need to shop online. We like to pick out our produce and meats. A couple days later my wife went back to get some meat and was denied entry by GUS. He said many complaints were made and my wife could not shop there..plus he needs to keep his staff and cashiers safe. When my wife asked to speak to the store director, GUS told my wife that he was in charge right now. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! No issues shopping at Walmart or Kroger in town. We liked some of the meats that were in sale and went back. I hope this is further addressed in the near future for customers like my wife and I who just simply want to shop.

Great store always clean!

I might.start going back to Walmart.The keeps over charging me every single time I go there, so I have to go to customer service to get my money back from being over charged. Its just starting to get old! How many people do not look at the receipts? I think there making quite a bite of cash!

I scheduled a grocery delivery on 11/23 for the following day between 12 and 2. Food was never delivered and no email that the order was on its way like I usually get. Called 4 times on 11/25 to find out where my groceries were. Got 4 different responses. 1st one saying it would be delivered that day. 2nd one saying that a manager would call me back. 3rd time spoke with a manager who would call me back. 4th time I was told the groceries had been delivered the day before. Why the &@$: would I call 4 times if the groceries had been delivered?? I’m out $123 and have no groceries.

The best thing they ever did was that Randalls app. I love that app. I am disable and I am not able to do grocery shopping because i hurt so bad trying. This is the only place that will deliver my groceries to me. I love it!!! This place really deserve 5 stars!!!
