Bought a new mattress and showed up with a tear in the middle of the mattress now have to wait three more days to get a new one delivered. Meanwhile I already tore my bedroom apart for new bed. Not happy also no discount offered for delay

Chris was outstanding! I never knew there was so much to know about how to buy a proper mattress! We bought the medium firm Beauty Rest Pressure Smart mattress with the adjustable base, head and feet. Perfect for our sleeping habits! Our present mattress was old and worn out and we always woke up sore and unrested! This mattress choice was recommended for side sleepers, which we are. Prices were super and delivery was next day--we cant complain! Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable and this buy was a very pleasurable experience. We give this store and Chris our highest recommendation!!

Honestly some of the best service and help I’ve had in purchasing anything. Christoper is a really cool dude. He made me feel welcomed to be there, and also when trying out the mattresses he was very knowledgeable in trying to figure out what’s best for you the customer. And now it’s been 4 -5 days now with the mattress he helped me pick(based on his questions and my answers) I haven’t slept this great in literally a couple years. My back and body feels refreshed when I wake up, and also any soreness that I feel laying down is gone within minutes.. So safe to say I’m getting my moneys worth... I’d recommend this store and team to anyone.

We found good mattresses for our condo at good price with excellent help from manager Byron. Order was placed one month ago with delivery scheduled for tomorrow. Unfortunately, we were informed YESTERDAY that delivery is delayed for another 11 days. Delivery charges have been waived -- but no other option was offered. So disappointed.

Online purchase, 3 stars b/c although bad experience, was eventually made right (this is edited review after issue was resolved, from 1 to 3 stars)I had a problem with delivery from purchasing online through chat service agent. The box was delivered on a Saturday without any notification or signature required & I wasnt available, and I didnt get any email notifications until I started asking for info on Monday morning, at which point I was told it was delivered on Saturday (& stolen b/c I wasnt available b/c I had no idea it was on the way).Without going through the wretched details, the service center made it right, sent me a replacement and I got notifications on time. I signed up with FedEx tracking texts through the email received, got my package.If you order online, check 2-3 days later for a shipping notification, if none, reach out.(Mistakenly posted under the brick & morter store page vs corporate page...)

Had an opportunity to buy a quality electric mattress base from a respected membership warehouse retailer at a very good price, sight unseen, online at $ 600 with a delivery date from 6-10 business days. Delivery would be too late for visitors arriving on short notice. I decided to comparison shop at Mattress Firm in Galveston by visiting the store; other area stores were quoting prices from $750 to $1200. I showed Mattress Firm store managers Byron Suthard and Gary Bergeron a copy of the online offer. These gentlemen were professional, informative, and courteous. My decision to shop and purchase the mattress base at Mattress Firm in Galveston was wise: Byron and Gary said pursuant to company policy they would be happy to meet or beat competitiors prices for equivalent products. By going into the store, I saw the operation and felt the quality of the of the Leggett and Platt mattress base I bought. I was grateful that the price I paid was dropped to match the competitors online price. Delivery was scheduled for the next day, with follow-up calls estimating the time of delivery. The two deliverymen were punctual, clean, polite, and professional. I am very happy with the purchase I made- and with the lesson I learned at Mattress Firm in Galveston- knowledgeable people, good products, and good service can beat online retail in the quest for customer service

Have called numerous times, heard lots of promising, but as of March 9 no covers.Your reply that i should receive my mattress covers in 10 to 15 days.after purchase. So it’s been over a 100 days where are they, ever time I call I am told we will take care of it. So much for promises

Mattress Firm is open and ready for business, taking care to address any concerns you might have regarding the Coronavirus. Personally, I have been having excruciating pain in my lower back. I have been having to wait for an MRI to get approved and then who knows what will need to happen? My bed which I have had for 10+ years was causing the pain to flair and I was getting very little sleep. I slept in an arm chair for almost a week, too scared to lie down anywhere else. Finally, sleep deprived, I tried the guest bed. Instant relief! So I headed over to Mattress Firm to purchase a new bed for my husband and I. Unfortunately, the guest bed had been discontinued, but Christopher Hensley took the time to find me the closest comparable bed and I was so thankful and happy as I was testing it out and now I am looking forward to the delivery of our new bed within the next few days. When I arrived atMattress Firm in Galveston I was greeted with a smile and Leonardo helped me find exactly what my family needs for our new Mattress. The store was very clean and the gentleman helping me was very friendly. I only needed pillows but he helped me determine the exact right one based on how my neck rested on the bed and the issues I was having. Though the pillows were not in stock, he ordered them and had them available as soon as we returned the following weekend. I definitely would recommend visiting here.

I purchased an adjustable base and mattress back in August for an anticipated move in October. The sales staff were very nice and I actually give them 5 stars for their customer service. I just have one little issue. My mattress is VERY firm and Im just now finding out that in order to get out of it I have to pay a 10% restocking fee and another delivery fee on top of any additional cost for the reselect. Although i was told at the initial sale I had 120 days to decide if the mattress was going to work for me, I was NEVER told about the additional cost. Nevertheless, I am stuck with a mattress that i absolutely hate and I wake up sore every morning!!!. I guess shame on my for not asking more questions.

BEST PLACE EVER!We’re in the middle of a long distance move. The first night we slept on the floor of our apartment with two pillows and one tiny blanket (because we weren’t thinking). We went in on July 4th PRAYING we could take a mattress home that day. Not just any mattress, but a great quality king size mattress. We first met with Byron, he walked us through each type of mattress. We told him our dilemma and he quickly said “ let me see what I can do for you.” Ben then walked in and called “the boss” to see if they could either 1. do a same day delivery or 2. sell us the floor model. (We were that desperate). Both options were not going to happen that day. They suggested that we go to the warehouse to pick up the mattress. We had a truck, but no straps. Ben then GAVE us one of his personal straps! If I could give them a million stars I would. We are so blessed to have went into that store that day! Genuine people still exists!
