It took 18 hours to get an antibiotic filled for a sick child. When I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager, I was told there was not one. When I asked to speak with the general store manager, there was indeed a pharmacy manager instantly available. However, she lied about when the script was received and made up an insurance issue which was also shown to be false. When presented with proof that neither of the statements were true, she hung up on me. I had to enlist the help of the general store manager to get the antibiotic filled.

Took them over 4hrs to have prescription ready, once ready took an extra 35mins to get to the window.Also the place is in Horrible condition, it looks dirty and old and the drive thru mice and speakers don’t work properly, I couldn’t understand what the pharmacist was saying.

*DO NOT GET A COVID TEST AT WALGREENS ON SEAWALL*Wild story: They offer self-administrated tests through the pharmacy drive thru, so I went up there for one for my self. My wife drove, so when we pull up they hand her the test kit, she hands it to me.I reach in the bag, I see a q-tip inside a vial of liquid. I opened up the vial to grab the swab out, then realized there was someone elses name on it. Then it dawned on me, THIS IS A USED TEST! The pharmacist proceeded to explain to me that I needed to swab my nose with it, and I had to explain to her that shes got no business working there. So my wife and I both had to quarantine for a week, no work, and theyve done absolutely nothing to right their wrongs. The customer service on the island (my one and only complaint) is absolutely TERRIBLE at almost every establishment Ive been to, but that blows my mind. Who knows what this ladys test exposed me to, or vice versa.

Stopped in while going to the beach. Stock was limited, But they are pretty much right across the street from the beach, so to be expected. Super nice staff and the bathroom was clean.

Horrible service, it took us 2 hours to get our COVID tests.

Good photo department, wide variety of drinks, wines, healthy choices of snacks as well as the other standard Walgreens amenities like a pharmacy for vaccinations and prescriptions, as well as all the normal supplies you would buy at a drugstore.

They missed filling a prescription. Only ended up with one of two. Was on hold for long time. While trying to figure out why. Never got an answer from them. Sucks because I was traveling. I had to wait till I got home to get my other prescription. Really got the we dont care attitude from them.

This is the worst Walgreens. Total disorganization and it took me over an hour to get my medication. Slow as molasses.

This is an insident that occured on March 18 2021. It was around 8 pm. A young lady was accused by store employees of shop lifting. What bothers me is how immprofessional they were. Its bad enough they are rude. With the exception of the very few that are great. Any how when they accused her she was inside the store. The proto call is u question outside the store .That is loss prevention job. Not two cashiers . The customer they accused of stealing was my daughter who is pregnant.

Horrible customer service. Always slow and under staffed. Most of the people that work there dis like there jobs it seems. Good luck with this location.

Long story short. See my review of the Walgreens on 61st.Passport photo camera was stolen two weeks ago and I was sent out of the way to this Walgreens and assured that I could get my photo taken here.The 1 star is not because the other store sent me here, but because A. They should communicate better with their sister store and B. Because they’ve had plenty of time to acquire a replacement camera.

The most rude and unhelpful people you will ever have the misfortune to encounter. Go somewhere else. You may actually get your prescription filled.

This is a convenient stop when you are coming into the island by ferry to stop and get odds and ends. On our last trip here I was able to get a variety of food stuffs including milk for my toddler, flip-flops and water. It is one of the first real stores you encounter when you get off the ferry and get to the seawall, so its easy to get to and hard to miss

This Walgreens has achieved greatness at being absolutely the worse experience every time. Everything you could wish for in an exchange of money for services then receive the exact opposite every time. I mean the pinnacle of large corporate attitude all the way down to the lowest level. Good job Walgreens never coming back again. I did give this place a fair amount of time to account for the employee having a bad day however the employee handbook page one must say,” welcome to Walgreens go f#%k yourself.”

Went to send something at their FedEx counter. The woman who was at the counter didnt know what I was talking about and said shed get her manager.When the manager came he cut me off as I was explaining what I needed and told me they dont do that there and dismissed me by waving me off. We turned to leave the woman at the counter laughed and said something along the lines of, They were a lot of work.Incredibly rude. Incredibly unprofessional.

Ok place pretty much like any other Walgreens, not all the shelves where stocked, and the bathroom was not so shabby

I will give this Walgreens five stars for customer service.If I could give more thanfive stars to Linda I would. I dont usually take the time to give ratings but she was so super nice!!!Great Job!:)..

Sections are organized, staff are friendly and always helpful. My shopping experience was very good especially when I do not have time to go to the supermarket. They offer a membership. So, you can receive special offers, discounts, and points based on your purchases. I recommend this pharmacy.

I have no idea how this Walgreens has less than 5 stars. Everyone there is kind and helpful! They made a point to help me when I was having trouble locating my insurance card. They even called to check up on me to see how my new medication was making me feel. I only wish I could rate this place higher than 5 stars, they deserve it.

This is for the pharmacy.the staff is rude. they take FOREVER to get to you and always have an attitude, even if you’re polite. the actual pharmacist is really nice and quick with everything but her staff literally will not care if there’s a whole line. I called to check on my prescription and was put on hold 6 separate times.absolute trash.

Id like to thank Kayla for all her help with my return. She was professional, helpful, and just as baffled as me with the situation. Shes most definitely patient and courteous to Walgreens customers.

I just spoke with the most rude and unprofessional woman in the pharmacy who spent more time speaking over me and arguing than helping. The call ended by her telling me to fill my prenatal prescription somewhere else and her hanging up.

I cashier was very mean to my mom and called her a senile woman... And I felt that it was for no reason in the fact that she is in her 70s. The manager was very rude as well when the issue was brought to her attention I feel like there is not a good place to take any overly person and as a drugstore thats not a good thing I wouldnt go here if I was over the age of 50

The pharmacy, drive through was easy to get a price and answer my questions. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy. The lines in the store go slow so dont get in a hurry here inside.

Great pharmacy for a refill for my blood pressure medication before I left on vacation. Thanks Christina for making sure I had my med before we cruised. Walgreens is Awesome!

Never get prescriptions anywhere near on time. Some are helpful. ..but other pharmacy personal are very lacking in customer service.

Had an awesome experience with a small emergency. The makeup counter emplyee ( I didnt get her name but I know she won a contest a week before) came out and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in mere seconds. She was friendly and also very professional. I live a long ways away from this Walgreens but Im sure the one I frequent would love to have such an employee. Thank you again makeup counter lady !!!

Linda was great, she was such a sweet cashier and was really informative about how to get rewards and promos. The store itself is has beauty items on sale at deeply discounted prices so be on the look out!

Terrible service in the pharmacy waited twenty minutes to buy allergy medicine but guy couldn’t seem to get it done, well I’m done with them.

Always busy. Its a smaller store. Its a great candidate for a tear down and rebuild to current Walgreens standards. All the usual items are there just not as big of a selection or variety which is probably due to space constraints.

I gave them two cameras and film to develop after my once-in-a-lifetime cruise. They lost both. They didnt even tell me they had lost them. I had to go back in to the store on two occasions, and they finally admitted that they didnt have them. No apology was offered. The employee just stood there staring at me and shrugging his shoulders. Im not going to go digging for compensation, but a simple On behalf of Walgreens, I am sorry for our mistake would have been nice.

I used the Allpoint ATM in this store yesterday (6-13-15) and it shorted me $40.00. I asked for the manager who said, it does that to everybody. He didnt even bother to put an out of order sign on this, content to let customers keep getting ripped off (maybe he gets a kickback?). The only thing he told me was to call the number of the ATM. Unbelievable.

Incompetent pharmacy. My wifes prescription called in at 230pm and pharmacy supposed to call her when ready... never called, closed at 6 (sunday) now my wife sick and in pain for another night because of incompetence on walgreens part. Get your stuff together, people count on you!
