I have recently gotten my hair done, and I needed something to make it feel soft and shine. Well I was not sure what to get. I called the store in Galveston and talked to Ashley there, she worked with me and gave me some recommendations, and recommended that I try the HNP Placenta Super Strength Leave In Instant Conditioning Treatment along with AgeBeauty Ultra Bond by Zetos. I used it last night for the first time and I dont think that I will be using anything else. This really works!!! Ashley was great and very helpful. I will be shopping with her more often.

I made a online order with Sallys because I couldnt find the product I wanted in the store.Then I fine out my order was canceled, but no one has refunded the money I payed when I placed the order.

The sales rep are not knowledgeable at all about the policies in this place or the products. I was trying to shop for extensions for my wedding. I had to deal with the stench of cigarette from the sales rep. She ended up giving me extensions that were too dark. While I was looking at the extensions I asked her that if I didn’t open the box if I could return them and she assured me that I could. There is visible advertisement for clippers as final sales, but not for extensions. I left the store at 6:18 and I was at the other Sallys at 7:45, and to my surprise I couldn’t exchange the extensions that were way darker than my hair. The other lady was just so insensitive and would just patronize me with her comments. It was just a very disappointing experience from one store to the other.

It is a pleasure to shop at my Galveston store. They have everything and all the ladies are so very helpfull and very knowledgeable.

Closes early every night got here at 705 pm and theyre closed this is the second time this has happened this week. Last time we showed up at 730 and they where closed.

I was followed around by the employee and asked if I needed help 4 different times. I spent only $40 but I was treated as if I were going to steal. If I needed to steal what I want I wouldnt have been carrying a Burberry Satchel! Will not go to the galveston location again because of her.
