Decent coffee and food for the price. Anyone in the hospital can easily find it. Closes early so if you need a coffee or late lunch be there by 1. Hot sandwiches, bagels, and more bakery goods for food. All the usual coffee and fancy drinks.

I have never been in an EB I did not like! The blackberry lemonade was absolutely to die for! Super delicious! I think about it often, over a week later, hahaha!I got the mushroom Swiss plain bagel, and it was perfection. 💖This was inside of a hospital, but it wasnt too busy at all, wait was average, staff were all very nice!

Quick, friendly service deserves 5 stars, but smears (cream cheese) are so small you cant even taste it! Paid over $16 for 2 bagel sandwhiches and paid extra for the smears. Compared to other Einsteins, they really skimp on the smears. This is the 4th sandwich Ive purchased only because of the convenient location at UTMB. None have had a decent or even small smear; minuscule or next to to none is more accurate. If they are charging extra, well over $1 per smear, you should at least be able to see and taste it! But the bagels are still good enough to back again inspite of high price.

Awful customer service, messed up orders. I came into this Einsteins location with my boyfriend last week. Since the place is located in a hospital, I expected good service and fine attention to detail. I ordered two bagels--an asiago bagel with salmon smear, and a sesame bagel with salmon smear. After I had already paid, I was told that there was not enough salmon smear to complete my order and that one bagel needed to have different smear. I was a little annoyed, as the smear I requested was really the reason I come to this place, but I understood the little mistake and got regular. When were asked three more times which smear went on which bagel, and when I got home I was surprised to find that not only was my order wrong--wrong smears on wrong bagels--but the bagel that this place had put salmon smear on was dry and miserable. There was hardly any cream cheese and the product was very low quality. I was extremely upset, so I called in asking for a manager. The worker that answered was actually very sweet, told me that they dont have a manager, only a supervisor. She said she would relay the complaint to the supervisor and call me back within the hour. Well, the supervisor called me back 2 hours later and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Never had such an awful, poor quality experience. She said she would check into offering a refund and get back to me, but its been FOUR days and no response. DO NOT GO HERE, or if you do, dont expect quality food or service. A very poor quality einsteins bagels--and sad since its the only close one in the area.

Never been here before, but Im working in the area, so I thought Id try it. Stood in line and ordered, then stood and waited while everyone else got their food. 15mins after ordering, I went back to the counter to ask and was told that they had already made that order and sent it out. I showed them my receipt and told them that I never received my food. Finally the guy in the back came over and I explained it to him, he went back and I waited another 5mins before getting my food. Only to realize that the food is overrated in the first place. Just a microwaved bagel with some half melted cheese and gross turkey sausage.

Coffee is reasonably priced but the sandwiches are way over priced for the quality you get. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was like one you heat up from the freezer

Rude lady at the register. Coffee shop inside the hospital so people usually buy coffee because theyre tired and yet she is so insensitive that shed scoff when i changed my cream cheese before i even finished my order. Which she got it wrong btw but she was unapologetic about it, she expected me to just accept it how she served it. But i was too tired to bother. Oh well i guess ill settle for vending machines inside the hospital from now on
