I went to Target last night and made a purchase for 9 element detergent to get the $10 gift card. I was only able to get a $2 off coupon on one product instead of 3 but I had paper coupons and the lady manually entered the other two for me. On the second transaction I was not able to put in the coupons and it did not take the $10 gift card from the previous transaction. So had to get all my stuff and take it to customer service and have it all returned and then processed again and still did not get the credit from the saved promotions you had online. Why offer to give me $2 and then not let me apply it to the purchase if I have an additional coupon I brought in with me. That is not stacking coupons. You are promoting that you are taking $2 off the item and I cant use my coupon after that because you have already applied your promotion. So I think since I had a coupon for the item you did not give me the promotion you had in my wallet. I lost out and you guys kept my coupons so I wont be going back to you guys. I have not been there in years and now I remember why. I will be paying off the credit card and keep it at zero as I have had it for years. I just do use it once a year to keep the credit rotating.

I came to this Target 2 days ago and was very pleased with my shopping experience. It was very clean and organized! We were quickly able to find what we needed, did not have to wait in line, and the cashier was friendly.

I was very impressed with the entire staff. All were extremely attentive, professional, helpful and friendly. Each staff member greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything.

The store is clean and the employees are polite. I have docked a star though because the parking lot always has trash in it. I wish more places, including yall, would take pride in this beautiful island and not accept such a mess. I am sure you could spare an employee to get out in the lot and clean up once in a while.

Clean store, friendly staff, lot of wonderful products and the Up and Up house brand has been just beyond better than most of the name brands. Fast friendly staff wide selection of choices.

Have dropped by a few times. Facility always clean, staff friendly, well stocked and checkout is fast.

Great staff and selection. Only I was ignored by whom Im assuming is a manager when trying to get some help. Rather rude larger lady. Otherwise always a great experience.Update: saw the lady again. She didnt help me but she seemed to be different than I originally got the impression of.Was checked out by a young man keylyn or something like that. Very kind and helpful. Went in today for some quick stuff on our vacation, and the checker Moses was so nice and friendly. It’s great when you have personable staff like that.

I like the selection of products that Target offers its customers. In addition, I appreciate that the store is clean and the workers are friendly and sincere. Although he public no longer has to wear masks it appears that the baskets are still being sprayed. During the pandemic Target was one of very few stores in Galveston who enforced masking up and social distancing. They also cleaned the registers between the people. Target in Galveston is a special place.

Yesterday while checking out at Target this Cashier took the time out to help with the Circle app, I have used it before, but it was really difficult to navigate. She was very informative and saved me 15.00, from a coupon in the app. I dont usually fill out these surveys, but I was really impressed with her.

It was very smooth! I will definitely be using this service again!

Very clean store, extremely knowledgeable employees.

I just went in today to pick up my medication and look for the galaxy bud pros. I find the galaxy bud pro like I want. I ask if they do price match the electronics worker says they do I see them for 169.99 at Walmart so I ask him to match that compared to their $200 price tag. They electronic worker says theyre actually on sale and going for only $120 right now. I say awesome let me get them no price match needed. I live a hour away and get home to see i was charged 180 for these. I was ok with paying the price match but didnt because I was mislead. I have now tried calling taget multiple times spending about 30min letting their phone ring for multiple departments only to get no answer and have to try again. The pharmacy is the only department that answered and I asked them to address a manager there if they can. I know I should have checked what I was spending before I left but im beyond mad I cant even get an answer and I was undoubtedly mislead.

I love this place! The staff are nice and refreshing.

I am always greeted by every employee when I enter the store. I am able to find assistance even if I dont need it, there is always someone willing to help. There store is also clean and organized.

Didnt have a Café, unfortunately. Store was clean, and I needed assistance finding something in electronics and the associate was very helpful.

Target has more essential necessities than other stores near by. The staff members and management were exceedingly helpful. A special thank you to Lily K for going above and beyond with helping me.

Possibly the worst Target Ive been to (yet). Very poorly stocked in the grocery department. Only stopped here because we are visiting for the week and needed groceries. Wont be coming here again.

There are no screens to show the customer our totals and we have to rely on what the cashier says even though there is a wall of plexiglass and a mask over her mouth and you cannot even hear the total. Im expected to wait until I get my receipt and then check my cash change with a line of people forming behind me? This is ridiculous

The Target app showed that they had a specific item I had been searching for in stock. I went to the aisle that the app said it would be on; however this item was nowhere to be found! I went to the front to seek assistance, and received help from a manager, Michelle! She asked a team member to help me look. This team member scoured the aisles with me and she checked BOTH stock rooms! After 40 minutes of searching, I had given up hope and decided to leave. As, I was walking out this employee stopped me and informed me that she had found the item!! I was so elated that they helped me and that my excursion was not in vain! On top of this, Michelle gave me a gift card for my troubles. All in all, their customer service was superb and I left a happy customer. This is why Target reigns superior!

I enjoy the selection of items you sell (food, clothing, household, etc...). The pharmacy has awesome staff who time and again have looked out for my best health interests. Staff are generally available for assistance needed. However, the MAIN reason is that you hire people of all gender identifications, gay, straight, transgender, older, younger. I commend you on embracing the diversity of the world around us. Target sets a positive example of who society is and leads all of us in the right direction!!

Our store’s customer service is great!! They are all young adults that are pleasant, polite, and very customer friendly.

Great experience shopping on line, all was great, until I had to deal with actual rude employees, but other tahn that it was great. I juat wish employees understood, that no matter what happens in your day, dont take itout on the next customer, its just not right

Always clean, friendly staff

They have a masks required sign at the entrance, but I saw several customers not wearing masks, and no one seemed to care.

My boyfriend and I was in target this morning around 8:15am. We decided to go swimming at the beach but had no suits so we go to target. We was fallowed the whole time we was there and when we was ready to check out the cops were watching us. I feel very offended. We have never stolen anything. I will NEVER shop at target again, shame on you. I really wanted to return the items after realizing what had happened.

The customer service was outstanding. All 3 store associates that assisted me were very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the store was very clean and tidy.

Good place to pick up beach items

Kudos to the team members who looked after the elderly customer today, seeing to her well being and assisting her to a safe place to sit while the person who brought her to the store was paged. We need more team members who care about customers like this. They cared more for her well being than the one who brought her to the store (who I happened to observe as they left).

The Halloween area was out of a lot of costumes, but it was clean and in order. It made it easier to accept that I wasn’t going to get what I was hoping to find. I didn’t have to crawl around looking through random items under the costumes, nor did I have to wonder if the item was just in the wrong place because there were so many shoppers. Galveston has that section under control. Saves time for moms like me whose son needed bigger skeleton gloves because he grew out of that part from last year’s costume. Items at Target? Nope. Did I waste my time trying to find the items? Nope. It gave me enough time actually to grab something I did need on the way out-in another very orderly section:boys clothes. Best experience of the 6 I had today searching for a costume part. 🙂

The store appeared to be clean and organized. The cashier was quick and friendly. I was in and out of the store quickly. Ive been to this store several times and never had a bad experience.

The customer service was excellent...They answered the phone promptly and took the time to physically go and make sure they had the air conditioner I was looking for... The associate then offered to put the air conditioner in guest services without me even asking. When I got to the store the air conditioner was waiting for me in guest services and they even carried it out to my car... Thank you for the great experience.

Colleen at customer service was NOT A nice person to deal with. I simply asked a question about price matching and she responded very rude and hateful for no reason.

For crying out loud open your changing rooms! The virus spreads the same regardless of where it is. Closing the changing rooms does NOTHING except inconvenience paying customers.

This Target is clean and well-stocked. There is often a line to checkout, but it is still one of my favorite places to shop on the island.

I love this store. The pharmacy is great. Charles used to be one of the pharmacist and he knew me by name and was always so helpful. He has retired but the staff they kept on is just as good. Besides the pharmacy, the staff in the rest of the store is always very helpful and the store is clean and organized. Nothing like the disgusting Wal-Mart we have on the island.

Target seems to hit the quality, price point, selection and shopping environment that I am most comfortable with. Seems like you are doing better and better at the really big savings days and the physical experience of shopping at Target is light years ahead of going to the Walmart zoo. Target seems calm and relaxed and Walmart always feels like a fight is about ready to break out somewhere down the aisle.

The worst customer service in Galveston!!! They simply don’t care, can’t really help you with anything. And they will lie to you for $20, just so they don’t have to deal with you. I’ve been disappointed from them for years but this was the last drop.

The locations I have visited in Florida, Maryland, and Texas were clean, well-stocked, staff was tentative and friendly.

The cashier was very helpful. She showed me how to use my cartwheel.

Prompt service, was updated when my order was ready and when it was picked up.

Target what can you say if you need that little something that you forgot for that beach or just for any occasion they right on target

I like their selection of girls and womens clothing. I am also fond of the home ware....kitchen and home decor.

The target cafe closes at random times and last time I went there the girl told me all they have is popcorn so I asked does that mean your closed to cooking anything else and she said nope just only have popcorn.... lol ok so your closed early and just dont feel like doing your job. Got it

This is a good, average style Target. It would be better if it had a Starbucks and more health/eco friendly products that are found in Targets in more affluent areas.

I havent been to the Galveston store yet, but the Brainerd, Mn store is the best, employees are friendly, store is clean and stocked. I love Target, Ill try out the Galveston store in a week.
