I had an issue with one of the under panels on my car and just drove up without an appointment. The guy in the office was super helpful, got a mechanic to take a look, and they got me back on the road in no time, did not even charge me. Super nice and excellent customer service, I highly recommend!

They did a real good job repairing our car. However, if your car is drivable do not let them have it until the parts required for repairs have arrived. My car was in their shop for four weeks waiting on parts. Once they got the parts it was out fast.

My grandmother was in a car crash and we were recommended to have her car repaired here. DO NOT GO HERE. Her red Mercedes was sideswiped with only a minor scratch near her front tire. We were originally told that it would take a couple weeks. When we call again, a man told us it would take more weeks if not months to repair. How can you jump from a few weeks to multiple months ? There are better services out there so please to everyone who is reading this: DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR

We had an accident while in Galveston. Our insurance company insisted we use them since they were a pro shop of theirs. Things started off well, but when it came down to getting the vehicle ready on time, that’s where things went wrong. We had communication right up until 5:30 the day the car was ready that it would be good to go that day, and then they realized they had ordered, painted and tried to attach the wrong part. It took 2 extra days and $1,100 extra in lodging for us since we came from out of state just to get our vehicle. We had to be out of our rental at 11am with no place to stay that wouldn’t stick us there for the weekend, that wasn’t a 2 night minimum for under $559/night since it was high season in Galveston.We were told they couldn’t help us with lodging compensation. We ended up just going to the body shop that day and sleeping in the rental until it was finished. When I showed up, the guy working on our car was at lunch and Kendal the manager was on his computer. The entire shop knew we were stuck from out of town an extra 2 days, yet nothing was being done to help speed things along. They had told us they “hoped” to have it later that evening. If not, we’d be stuck all weekend and possibly Monday too. When I went in around 12:30-1pm ish and said we were there and would just wait since we didn’t have anywhere else to go, they started moving and low and behold, our vehicle was finished in under 2 hours and we were out of there around 2:30pm!

Great body work was repaired on my vehicle

Had front bumper and grill replaced on an f150 under insurance. While it was repaired in a timely manner the workmanship was terrible. It looked like the janitor put it back together. The bumper was misaligned with a huge gap, foglight mounts broken, headlights were broken and not installed correctly. Avoid this shop!

I received regular calls from Erin with updates on my vehicle every step of the way. They worked with my insurance on the back side and made the entire process very easy. Highly satisfied with my car and overall highly recommended!

These guys get it done, and get it done right the first time. Other shops were quoting a month and a half, and Kendall and Chad helped to get it done right within a week! Professional and courteous, I never had a question with Caliber, as they had live updates texted to my phone. Thank you guys!!

They work seamlessly with my insurance, offer frequent status updates, and are honest and straightforward. Also, I like that you can drop the Enterprise rental car off there. It is conveniently located to the Enterprise on Broadway as well. Hopefully I won’t need body work done anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely choose caliber

Caliber is very busy. I brought donuts bc I called to inform I was running a few minutes late and actually got told I wasnt on the schedule for an appointment I made two days prior and had talked on the phone about to them the day prior.I was told also my hail damage required a special independent contractor be present and he wouldnt be in until later.I was told originally my appointment would take 20 minutes. I waited over 1.5 hours and then was asked to just leave and my estimate would be emailed. After sorting confusion with getting my insurance claim assigned myself, my insurance told me Collison would call. Two days later they hadnt. I called and was told the email of an estimate would be sent to me and my insurance and I still havent received that several days later. Calling again today I guess...All businesses have been unusual during Covid-19 times and they are no exception.

I went there to get an estimate for insurance claim. Not knowing the exact problem they sent a technician out to look at my vehicle. He came in to the waiting room where I was and said youre all fixed ready to go. I could not believe my ears. It took minutes to repair and there was no charge? I know this isnt a normal situation, but I highly recommend Caliber for any vehicle repairs you may need.

I was in a hit and run, needed a new bed for my 2019 Toyota Tacoma, which they charged Progressive $12, 000 for. They were late, they had my truck for about a month, and when it was finished i had to take it back and get multiple things fixed. They used all the rubbers and bolts of old bed and charged for new, and my tailgate still isnt right, i could go on...just dont take your vehicle there!

It was a very disappointing experience. We took our car because we had a car crash and you were on our insurance list. Our car was strongly damaged in the front part of the pilot and thats what we said when we arrived there, but when we received our car we realized it had some damage on the rear side of the vehicle and nobody asked us if that was part of the crash or if that was something that was there before. Nobody took care of that and now our insurance wont cover it. Besides that, our car was supposed to be ready on a Friday, we return of rented car that Friday and we didnt received The car until the next Wednesday.

The customer service was great and the vehicle looked amazing when returned.

I really hate having to leave a bad review for them because they were very nice and had good customer service. I hit a deer within 3 weeks of purchasing my mini suv new. I only went to Caliber because of my insurance. The day I got my car back it was over heating within a few hours and they had to pick up and tow it back to the shop. They did not hook up a hose to the radiator... Then a few months later the paint on the hood started chipping badly. They had to repaint the hood. A few months later a piece on the bottom of my driver side door flew off while I was driving. I called to speak to the manager and he was very nice and said they would take care of it and call once the part came. It has been a month and have not heard from him... I am happy they have taken care of most of it but I wish it was done right the first time.

They were really on their game. They took a look at our damaged vehicle, set the expectation for repair time, cost, etc. Expectations were met and we were out the door. It was nice dealing with professional folk.

Took my Red F250 work truck to be repaired after my accident. I told the insurance company I wanted my truck repaired at caliber. Worst decision I ever made... I waited 2 weeks for the truck to be repaired which was no big deal only to find that when I picked the truck up there were issues. The steering wheel wasn’t straight at all and had to take it to them again. They said they were going to “align” it and had my truck another day. Got the truck, still had the same problem. I also realized later that day that my left high beam bulb was not working (worked prior to the repair) so I took it to them AGAIN to address the issue and they only got the truck “aligned” again but said the insurance hasn’t replied about the high beam yet. I need the vehicle for work so I decided to just pick up the vehicle crossing my fingers the steering wheel is back to normal again. NOPE steering wheel was still crooked after their “alignment”. On top of that I just got tired of taking it to them again so I just left it as is and cut my losses. 2 days later I decide to go under the hood of my truck to check the fluids and make sure everything is topped off... go and pull my hood release latch and NOPE... nothing (hood release worked prior to repair). Now I have 3 problems on my hand I am just dead tired of missing work and calling the place for the same problem. I would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND this place as I am VERY DISSATISFIED with this body shop... A professional body shop is supposed to have all issues resolved and have restored the truck to its condition prior to the accident. This was not the case with this body shop and only wasted my time and lost days of work just to take the truck back to them only to not have THE ISSUES CORRECTED....

Great customer service. Insurance paperwork and rental car scheduling were taken care of by Caliber. Body work was done right and within a ten day window. Edward was awesome and updated me almost every day. Because of my positive experience, I would highly recommend.

I was hit by a customer from State Farm and they recommended Caliber which is right around the corner from where I live. My wife had had good service there before including their repairing her car AFTEr they had done the body work when someone backed into it in their parking lot.So I was very pleased that they could handle my repairs in a 3 day window when I was out of town and this prevented extra expense to the insurance company and inconvenience to me of renting a car.The service manager was highly knowledgable and explained what needed to be done in understandable terms, got everything done on time. They missed getting a necessary wheel alignment but shuttled me to my work and had it done by my lunch time.Overall, excellent service, attitude, and quality of customer experience. The insurance company needs to keep them on their preferred provider list.
