Shopped at harbor freight yesterday and we over paid $100 and called them and explained what happened, they saved the $100 for me to pick up next day. Very good and honest management.I recommend this store 100%.

I looked for a hand held vacuum and found one. The exception was you had to buy the battery and charger separately. The clerks were friendly and the place was well stocked.

Love Harbor Freight! Love that if you need a tool for just one job you dont go broke buying it here. In this case I broke down with no tools & they had everything I needed to get back on the road & the staff at this store was surprisingly pleasant. Not only the case at HF.

Love the Customer service there. They are always polite and the Store manager and his team are awesome! They Help you find exactly what you need, Explain it to you, and then carry it to your car and loaded for you. I also love the return policy on all items, just ask. They also have awesome sales and deals on top of their low prices and parking lot sales almost every month. They have the best prices and quality anywhere around (including Albuquerque), Ive price checked myself. They also give coupons in the mail and by email and handout out adds with deals and Coupons every time you shop there. They also have a little bit of Gardening and other things as well That I did not expect Them to sell. They are my number one place to shop for tools.

Zero stars,, Melissa the manager didnt want to help my husband exchange a water pump that we purchased a couple days ago and we noticed that the Guage doesnt work we tried to use it but doesnt work.. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional, she doesnt know how to handle a customer that is upset nor does she know how to exchange a product. She needs to be demoted or fired. Im sure I am not the first customer who complained about her. I never had a problem in the past before when an issue arise like this here in Gallup NM.

When I visited this website I found it quite easy to navigate around and found the items I needed right away. I was even able to find some coupons that would help me save money.

I walked in the store, continued to look around and walked from one end to the other end for roughly 10 minutes(give or take). N not once was I greeted or even remotely acknowledged by a Harbor freight employee. Plus the store lacked cleanliness. The obvious areas lacked attention. I planned on spending quite a bit of money, but after the aforementioned, I continued out the door and straight to Home depot were I was greeted as soon as I walked in.

Was very hesitant to buy power tools from here before, but the Store employee gave us good recommendations on the bigger tools. Very informative and assured us on the power tools.

Harbor Freight is always awesome. Watch out for the 20% coupons...they are getting more and more restrictive on what you can use them on. I noticed today I couldnt use it on Central Machinery products.

The staff was more than rude. No help was given and when asked about looking for certain items they could have cares less. They need to hire non high school aged kids or at least the high school kids that want a job. I do not think I will revisit this store here in Gallup again. If I need anything I will just order from the catalog or drive the two and a half hours to Albuquerque to one of their stores. Very disappointed

Was looking for a generator to cover the generator that sits on my back hitch rack of my Motorhome. They did not have any. And im having a hard time finding one. But I also needed a 20 ton barrel jack for my Motorhome. Was able to find that quickly and easily. And Check out was pleasant. Because female at checkoit was a Hottie! Your welcome

Was in gallup. We stopped at harbor freight for a part to help repair a veh.open n no returns.so, didnt buy.i asked to manager to give me code # to ladies room. But,he openedfor us.so, I thought that was weird. He dont want to give r.r.code # .Ill give 3 stars.
