Closing at 5:00 PM is unacceptable. Three staff people looked at me knocking on the door at 5:10 PM trying to simply pickup packages they scanned in after 5:00 PM. I needed my renewal passport, delivered this afternoon!

I am a box holder with this UPS store and have been for a couple years. I have never had a problem with them. I am away alot, and when the box gets full, I have them send it to me. It works out to be a great service for me. They have always been very friendly and prompt.

Parking is horrible. It simply can not accommodate the traffic going in and out. UPS badly needs to consider relocating this store.

Everyone was very friendly and prompt! I had to get some boxes from them to send my items and they gave me the perfect size. The lady that took care of me was very friendly and professional. She had me double check all of my addresses and made sure I knew when things would arrive and where the tracking numbers were. I had to mail several boxes and she was very patient and organized. I would absolutely visit this location again!

This store has the friendliest staff and the best customer service out of any business I go to. Everyone always greets each customer with a smile and genuinely appears happy to help in any way. They always spend time talking with me and making sure the order is correct. Ive never had a bad experience here and really appreciate this business. I would recommend going to this ups store over any one Ive gone to.

The store has some of the beat customer service. They greeted every customer that came into the store and made them feel very welcome. I had to come in to get some things laminated and it was done in no time. Ill definitely be back.

This UPS store rocks! They always help me with all of my business & personal needs... when I have multiple packages to send, copies to print, amazon returns (all at the same time!) They get me in & out fast! Makes my life so much easier!

I was in a real difficult situation and needed help to send some important information off out of my phone from my email and my email was really not working this day period. Im not computer literate, so Ms.Stacey, Mr.Austin, and staff was extremely helpful and I left completely satisfied. Team work makes a dream work. Awesome staff. UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES:I shipped an auto wheel from this location (not a third party vendor) and was told I received insurance up to $100.Fast forward 2 months later, I’m told it was lost and I must show proof of money being returned to the recipient in order to be awarded the insured amount + shipping cost ($150).Fast forward another month and I’m told it was found?!?! and it was sent to the address (no proof of delivery mind you) and I’m not receiving money for the loss. Stacey (the owner of this fine establishment) said it’s “eBay’s fault” and not their responsibility. I didn’t use eBay! I shipped through their terrible business. This will be reported to the BBB and will be filling a formal complaint to the FTC.I work for a family ran company and we take the hit when we’re wrong.It’s pretty bad if you’re willing to put your reputation on the line for $100... really shows your worth.

The customer service at this store is excellent all the employees have been very nice but one in particular is Austin he is definitely going places in his life he has such a positive disposition and you can tell that he cares about his customers and pays attention to every detail.As a woman whos worked in marketing and customer service for over 25 years I can tell you that this young man will go far in life so refreshing to see someone in the younger generation have such great customer service skills and genuinely cares about his job and what he does. I have always used this location for printing and sending things back. This is my first time EVER being told that a piece of paper is going to cost me 1.64 because it has a label on that piece of paper. I could understand if you were using a label printer but you used A regular printer and some tape. Absolutely insane to charge that much over a PIECE OF PAPER1.64 people for a piece of paper

Go to fedex, post office or even a carrier pigeon. I dropped off loan documents on Thursday afternoon for Monday delivery. Well nobody at this store scanned or put label on it until Friday night. So I paid for Monday delivery but not being delivered until Tuesday. I could have went to post office instead of paying $12 for someone not to do their job.

Horrible customer service. The manager Eric is not friendly and does not handle issues professionally. I wanted invitations printed. They never showed me a preview of them before hand to make sure they look nice. They printed 130 of them and once I got there I saw they were blurred. They said they could not refund it. I didnt want the whole refund just part of it because that money is now wasted since I cant use the invites. These were for our wedding. I am so upset with this place. I have used them several times until now. Eric told me I should take responsibility of this. What in the world? They are the professionals. They should have clearly informed me of the major blur before printing 130. He said they get too busy and are unable to do that. If that is the case, new strategies and goals need to be implemented to provide good customer service.

They provide exceptional service with a personal touch and have made my life as a business owner so much easier with the various services they provide. The girl working today was quite rude. She wanted to charge $1.60 for a piece of paper with shipping info. I’ve dropped packages off plenty of times and have never been charged that much or at all. I don’t mind paying for a service but not with that attitude! Usually the service is 5 stars. It’s sad one person ruins it for all. She literally rolled her eyes when I said I needed to print 2 siping pages!

Parking is horrible. Lines move way too slow, even with tons of staff in the store there is only 2 handling the counter the majority of the time...and they do it at a snails pace. From condescending tones of voice to their “slow functioning” computers...every experience I’ve had in this store screams of unprofessional headaches.

Dropped by today at 1pm to drop off a package. The door was locked, despite the hours saying that they are open till 3pm. We decided to wait and see if they were taking a lunch break. 5 more customers stopped by and tugged on the door while we waited, and one of them had called ahead yesterday to verify that they would be open in until 3 today. We tried calling them, and there was no response. Waited for 30 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt, but no one showed up. There was no be right back sign, nor any indication that they hadnt closed up for the day.This is not the way you should run a business, especially if you are representing a company like UPS.
