David was very helpful, and took good care of me and my tub through the whole process! I needed help and had very little knowledge, and he offered his assistance and expertise very patiently! Would recommend
This guy is the most rude person I have ever met, says he includes parts in his videos, but doesnt, then be-littles you when you mention it and calls you a liar. There are plenty of other spa suppliers who treat their customers with respect and courtesy, goto them, and avoid this guy.
Drove over an hour to the store, but no one there. Hours on the website and on the door said you were opened on Saturdays. Submitted a form over a week ago about wanting to talk to someone about a tub. Guessing you didn’t need my business.
I was put on the schedule. Waited and waited. Called Buck, and said hed be out Friday or Monday. No call no show. Waited another 2 weeks, and still nothing. Just like your job when you do that. Fired, will not recommend him at all!
The spa guy is great to work with. He realized I probably had ordered the wrong part....he called and talked me through what I needed. Great experience.
Love the spa guy. Purchased our plug and enjoy about 6 year ago. Super guy. He did tell us if ypu like it dont wait they sell fast. We are getting ready of our #spa. I would not go elsewhere.
Outstanding service through and through. Our experience with Billy and his staff has been awesome! Through the years we have had a custom cover and a repair for our aging spa. For those do-it-yourself folks, Billy is great with advice and support on all aspects of spa care, purchase, parts and maintenance. If you have ANY question about your spa, give them a shout.
Spoke to Kyle. Then spoke to Buck. Bottom line, they talked me through the steps to save my 10 thousand dollar hot tub which died on me in the middle of winter. First rate, patient, knowledgeable. I might just job myself out as a hot tub repair man, they were just that good! They are the real deal.
I called a week ago and spoke with David in sales, what I could hear of him, very bad connection. I explained to him my needs, I have RA and Fibromyalgia. He told me to look on another site and let him know what we liked. He text me a cell number, so I could send pics. I sent back pics of what we had chosen,along with some questions. I never heard back, so I called back. He was just rude and nonchalant about doing business at all, and that call connection was so bad it dropped the call. The next day I waited for a return call, never got one, so I called again. He told me, we aint got nun like that. Well, why did he send me to another site to look? Now, here we are a week later and I get a voicemail from him. So I return the call, only for him to say, oh yeah youre the one that we aint got nun that that. REALLY . . .THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT NEW CUSTOMERS, THAT YOUVE NEVER MET!!!? Im disabled and in pain, you couldve be been nicer and at least tried to help.
Very knowledgeable great guy, helps the DIY guy with parts and advice as well as full service, sales, rental. Highly recommended. Got a new titanium heating element, advice that saved me money and a broken jet I was looking for

The level of customer service with is company is the lowest Ive ever seen. They do not dont stand behind what the sell nor will return or exchange the wrong parts. The parts guy Kyle even had the nerve to raise his voice and use curse words. This is a terrible please to do business with and cant imagine them lasting the way they treat people. Ill definitely go elsewhere for ever single spa need.

I looked online at the website and ordered a bearing for my Hot Tub motor. When I got it just a couple of days later i realized it was the wrong size inside diameter. The next day I called the company number on the enclosed card and received the voicemail. I realized there is a time difference between Louisville KY and Nashville TN. I decided I would call later in the day. Before long my phone rang and it was the owner calling me, I guess caller ID. I explained my situation and he was very nice and said that if I sent him the bearing back to him he would send me the correct one. I received it yesterday, 3 days later. I put it on last night and now have a working motor and pump again.KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Very rude. No manners at all. David seemed like he didnt want to be at work. We called about a week ago, was very crude. Then called back a week later after he already said we aint got nun he said oh, is this the one? We aint got nun.Wouldnt buy anything for them.
