I normally enjoy my shopping experience at this Kroger more than the other one in Gallatin, but I will only be returning to get a refund for the out-of-date milk I was sold on Thursday, 8/12. I had no idea until my toddler was drinking it today, and my husband pointed out the date.The milk was more than a MONTH out-of-date. I immediately threw the carton away. I have accidentally purchased food that is expired but only by a few days. I would love an explanation as to why a product that old was still sitting on the shelf. In fact, an explanation isnt good enough. Do better, Kroger Marketplace.

This used to be a clean nice store, with nice employees. They have 4 self check outs that do not work, while employees walk around in a daze. The self check was not working correctly and the employee automatically judged us and pulled our groceries out of the bag and was having a hard time counting to 12, it happened again, we politely said you can keep it. This store was a 10 down to a 0

This store is a huge waste of your time, place is barely ever restocked. Always out of coffee creamer and other items so we have to always stop somewhere else. This place never has any cashiers on duty. 50 people in self checkout line with full carts. It literally takes 20-40 minutes to get checked out no matter if you have one item or 100 hundred. If you like standing in long lines, being a cashier and bagger for free, this is the store for you.

This used to be a great Kroger, but it has really declined in recent years. I’ve had many issues with the store, but the most consistent problem is the LONG check out lines. I only go here if I have just a few things to grab. Perhaps the growth of the Station Camp area has been hard on this store. I have switched to shopping at Publix.

This store when it first opened was amazing. Stood in line 10 minutes today to check out, one Perron in front of me an Ethan tells me he’s closing. Finished lady in front of me and leaves out the door. I’m assuming on break. I almost left 200 worth of groceries sitting there and left. Customer service is awful and i will go to Publix when it opens!

2 is generous....Because the cashiers are nice here.The produce department had moldy shallots, sprouted garlic and green potatoes. Wont return, even for a good sale

I was at this location on December 7, 2017 at 8:55pm. The sign at the produce section said five Jazz apples for $2 and I picked up five but when I checked out at the counter, it came out to be $8. When I asked the cashier she said when I use my member’s card it would re-adjust but when the receipt came out it hadn’t. She directed me to the customer care. There was no one at the customer service center because it was a few minutes past 9 and CS had already closed. A cashier who stood by the self check out lane asked me what was wrong, I told her the issue, so she went to check the price of the Jazz apples, confirmed its price to be $2 and came back and told me to come back in the morning and return the apples. So I said I work during the day and can’t come back to just return apples and then asked for the manager. A lady came to the customer service area and she just went back so I didn’t know who that was. The self checkout cashier told me that she was a manager and I asked her, “how would I know that she was the manager if you don’t tell me?” The cashier called the manager again and the manager came out to the service area where I was waiting. The manager lady didn’t look at me at all, or acknowledge my presence, didn’t show common courtesy. She simply typed something at the computer, swiped a card and gave it to the cashier. The cashier gave me a prepaid $10 Kroger card. I was there just to get the price of the apples that was advertised in the produce section adjusted. I didn’t want Kroger’s $10 card, or gain a few extra bucks for the $2 apples that I bought. And I was expecting some fairness, dignity, and common courtesy as a customer. It was truly disappointing and not expected from a reputed store like Kroger.

Every time I come in here, I regret it. Definitely will not be back.

Out of stock of all the staples. Store is cleaned out first thing in the morning and only has the self checkout open with a line of 5 waiting. Total waste of a trip.

I love this Kroger. The meat department is really great. They always answer my questions and give advice. I super appreciate the deli department as well. They have a great cheese selection and offer recommendations and pairing. I’ve used the clicklist and the staff are quick and polite!

Dont think I will come back to this one. They have only 2 checkstands open expecting everyone to do self checkout. When you have a full basket of groceries it wont all fit on the self checkout turntable. Bad management. Clearly they can see barely any people doing self checkout and 20 people standing at the 2 open checkout stands. BAD BUSINESS KROGER

Excellent selection across all departments. Milk & bread, etc located in front of store for quick purchases. Apparel and kitchen needs. Digital coupons. Clean store. Good parking. Gas station. Note the hours are not 24/7 they are 6am-midnight.

This location is extremely poorly managed. They never have carts in the store on the weekend and it seems no one cares about sending someone to bring them back into the store.Staff are also generally rude, most of the teenagers that work there seem to have no oversight and spend a great deal of time chit chatting or looking at their phones (I guess that explains the carts...)The self checkout machines are continuously breaking and are grossly out of date compared to the higher end machines in Walmart, Home Depot etc.Ive stopped going to this location and do my business at Walmart in Hendersonville now.

Love this store however coming in on Thursday 7/2/20 we found very POOR stocking sale items missing as on the add, empty shelves and crew more interested in talking to them selves instead of improving a bad situation. Common people, dont drive me away from my favorite store!! There are numerous other places to shop but I really don,t want to but will if conditions dont improve.

Gotta brag. I had about 30 minutes before my wifes birthday party. My 2 year old just fell asleep in the car. I called up and spoke with the manager and asked him if he could round up 3 random items for the party and if he could bring it out to my car while my baby sleep. He didnt bat an eye. No problem he said. Not only did he run out all the items but he came out, got my card, ran back into the store to run it and came back with the receipt. I made it to the party right on time. Thank you for going over and above the call of duty and for performing this amazing act of service and kindness.

Every time we do click list pick up, they are out of half of our items, and they have quit even trying to replace them with a similar item. I have even gone in and found my missing item. Today I waited for my medicine at the pharmacy for 45 minutes, went back and it wasn’t ready, nor was the other medicine the doctor called in today or the one that was called in a few days ago. So now I have to sit and wait another 30 minutes. Very close to starting to shop at Walmart for groceries and to using their pharmacy. This Kroger has really gone downhill in the past year.

Emily was so patient and kind. My Kroger card kept getting declined and I had to call and work everything out. She and the bagger (I forgot his name, but was a younger guy with glasses) stayed with me and let me figure out what was going on with card. Granted, it was late and no one was hardly there to be line, but it was a stressful situation nonetheless. They both were so personable and fantastic. It eventually worked out and they made the experience a good one. Thanks guys!

Unfortunately, had an odd experience tonight. Went in to purchase just a little bit of food and when I went to check out my cashier was busy playing on her phone while ringing me up. I could even see the screen on her phone witch showed she was taking pictures. I thought it was really unprofessional of her. Its not difficult to wait until you are on a break to get on your phone and take selfies.Months later: cashiers have intentionally not given me my loyalty discounts and have gone out of their way to act inappropriate

Had 1 self checkout open this morning and 3 regular lanes. I dont come to a store to check myself out. Maybe if management did not allow employees to play on their phones and hide in the back like they do we could get some service at the checkout.

Love Kroger Marketplace! They have so many more choices including cute clothes! The only reason I give 4 stars is because the store is laid out very oddly. I just cant seem to find the method to their organization and have a hard time finding the things that I need. Which is why I usually do the Kroger pick up instead of going in, and if I do go in I make my grocery list in the app so it tells me what aisle everything is in.

Huge store that was very clean. Black Friday sale was a good one. Cashier was Jessica and she was very sweet, only cashier working. Thank God it wasnt packed when I went. Clothes seemed good quality, kitchen section had great bargains. Nice drive for something different.

Avoid this place like the plague. Parking is horrible. The store is depressing. The meat sold here is awful quality. I was sold chum salmon labeled as Atlantic salmon... Requested a return for my money back, $8. They(customer service AND manager) looked at me like I was crazy, asking me, where is the salmon? I guess they wanted me to bring them the already cooked salmon, which was fed to the dogs. Any other Kroger OR King Soopers ive ever been to in my life would not ask any questions. My family has been shopping at Kroger for years and I can assure you they lost a steady customer over $8.If I asked for my money back for all of the bad meat ive bought here it would be way more than $8.

The pharmacy at Kroger Marketplace is great. Ashley helped me save $350+ tonight by double checking my prescriptions through my insurance, compared to the KrogerRxSC and got me the best price for 90 day supply on six different scripts. She was a rockstar who went above and beyond to help me!! She was kind, knowledgeable and funny all rolled into one and definitely deserves to be recognized for a job well done!!

This is the best grocery store around they have almost everything you would need. And are always nice and friendly and clean. I love this place

Great selection and staff was very helpful. They have chosen to mix all of the organic items in with everything else. I know it was a marketing decision but it makes it more difficult for people looking for organic items. They lost some sales because of it. It would make more sense to cross merchandise leaving organic section and putting one facing in with the regular items.

One of the cleanest grocery stores Ive ever been in, with a phenomenal selection of everything from fruit and vegetables, to health foods, and all of your regular grocery store items. Includes a decent selection of non-grocery items like clothing, automotive, outdoors, toys, and school supplies to name a few. The Kroger Click-List online shopping ability is also available here, and something my family uses when we dont have time to run into the store.

Since the last redesign almost a year now, I am still struggling to find items as they are no longer located in logical locations. The store doesnt have a smooth flow and I find myself having to cross back and forth. They also seem to struggle keeping inventory. One can go on no particular day and the store looks like they just had been cleaned out. It is still the better Kroger between the three I frequent, it just to be hands down the best.

I have to say this market place kroger is good! When I am looking for something they walk with me to make sure I find it. Most everyone is friendly. The guys in the meat department are not friendly at all. I do not like asking them for help with any thing. You would think they would try and treat you nice since going there allows them the pay check they bring home. Other then that I will return

Really nice and huge store. Basically this store is a one stop shopping place. Ive found great deals there, even awesome clearance deals.

It’s very tiring and frustrating that there is never a single worker on the floor, it took me 10 min to find a person to ask for help. Then I go to the aisle and the item is not there. If you come in here expect to take more than 30 min if you have to find things.

Always friendly service and I can almost always find everything I need. I love the convenience of ordering online with the mobile app and then just driving in to pick it up and go. Dont have to get out of my car at all.

Kroger Marketplace is usually great, but their recent reorganization of the store hasnt been handled very well. Many of the items we were looking for on our last visit had been moved to less-than-intuitive locations. We were also overcharged for an item​, though I suspect this may have been the result of it being moved but not correctly labeled on the shelf.

This is the Kroger superstore. Friendly, fun staff, always clean, fully stocked and easy to navigate. Their bakery, deli, soup, salad and ready to go meals are always stocked, not all Krogers keep this stuff stocked - so - I drive a little longer out of my way to go to this Kroger marketplace.

Best deli in town. Best fresh vegetables in town. Best Whole Foods in Gallatin. Seafood and meats are decent with the seafood being probable the best available in town. The store is not necessarily the fastest to maneuver if you are in a hurry with a full shopping list but on the upside you can find things there that are not available anywhere else in town. This is the larger Kroger. I love shopping here.

Customer beware. I was delivering a load of produce to this store (Kroger store 569) and I witnessed 2 receiving clerks throwing cases of produce on the floor when the pallet was too tall. They then threw the cases on another pallet and Im certain they put it out on the floor.Several concerns with. #1 is food safety. The loading dock is not a sanitized location. #2 customers are expecting their produce to be handled with a consideration of care that it is fresh food and will be taken home without immediate bruising. #3 The consideration that receiving clerks have a job to do. That is to unload trucks with safety and product protection as key components to their job. I saw none of that. I saw disgruntled associates that were throwing cases of fresh produce like 5 year olds.So if you are considering shopping for your food items at this store, consider this factual account from behind the curtain. If you are a regular customer and notice your produce shows bruising soon after you take it home, think of what I witnessed as one of the possible causes.

The pick up service is a joke.. I haven’t used this service in several months and I remember why.. the guys they have bringing groceries out have no sense of urgency I waited 10 min for a parking spot and another 10 for my order .. I could have done my own grocery shopping in that amount of time .

Im a bit confused about the whole situation. I am not sure why you would change the store around so many times in the last few years. I am very interested in whos brilliant idea this was and have they ever gone grocery shopping for their own family.

Clean. Friendly staff. Not just a grocery store, clothing, cookware etc available. Was able to find fair sale prices through out store. My husband and I like to grab lunch there after the gym. They have fresh deli sandwiches, salads, sushi, and much more plus a Starbucks.

Organic food selection is amazing. Vast produce section with large organic area. Largest selection of food items in the area with healthy alternatives. Great fashion section with huge discounts and sales.

Its huge, and things are not where Id expect them. That being said. They have everything you could possibly need in ny opinion. Good service. Quality fresh vegetables, fruit and deli meats. Overall not a bad choice if you dont mind walking all over the store for what you need.

The store is usually clean and well stocked. The employees arent as friendly as the ones at the old store down the street. But the selection of items is significantly larger.

It has taken me so to find things for a month now. The employees are very helpful but it is difficult for them sometimes too. The real problem today was finding the packaged dried fruit. After checking three places we finally decided to check the cereal area. It was at long last found!

We moved to TN 4 years ago and this Kroger was our new favorite store. However, the last change in product placement feels like a scavenger hunt each time we shop. Even after 6 months I’m still in ‘search mode’ for some items. I’m sad to say it’s not a particularly intuitive store anymore.

Good prices, excellent staff, and store layout makes it easy to get around (even when busy). Only reason Im giving 4 stars is management frequently fails to open enough checkout lanes when they do get busy so be prepared to wait to check out when during peak hours.

I love shopping here. They have online ordering and store pickup, great. Its like a Walmart but better because you earn fuel points to save on gas. Great deals everyday!

This is an nice Kroger. Very clean, has a Starbucks, and a great selection. Sometimes its overwhelming because its so big . It gets bonus points because I met my husband here.

This Kroger is much better than the one down in town Gallatin because that one is about a joke!...but Im not sure what is up with the security check that comes over the intercom so frequently and really never recall hearing it before or maybe never paid attention but Im thinking that they just dont trust their customers Im not sure but its rather annoying!

I’m disappointed that this says you are open 24 hours but you are not and that you store hours are just like all other stores. You REALLY need to fix that in google. Otherwise I love the store!!!

This store is so much better than the other Krogers. Its clean, well lit, and the staff are always easy to approach and courteous. Great selection in each department and I always find good deals on markdown items.

Great parking for a Saturday afternoon, not to crowded and the scan an go is the super. Yes you need to pay but thats the fastest.

If you want a unique grocery store experience try this place out. They have primarily a great variety of regular grocery staples and gourmet items, but they also have a jewelry store, Starbucks, furniture, and more.

Krogers is usually a great place to shop except on this occasion, they have developed a problem on keeping the salad bar stocked. They shut it down at 7 pm and it was 4: 30 and some items were out. To make a long story short, they were just letting g it run down so there wouldnt be as much stuff to clean up. The mgr said they would remedy this and coach the deli employees but well just have to wait and see.

This place is huge. You can buy everything from furniture to clothing. It has a great selection of quality food and a very clean bright store. Ours many other Krogers to shame.

This location is fairly new and they now offer online grocery ordering so you can drive up and pick it up. I tried it out and it works awesome!

Huge Kroger. Includes a massive cheese and wine collection. Marketplace is a much larger Kroger that also sells clothing. This store is extremely nice inside.

I like this Kroger location better that the Kroger closest to me. However, theyve recently done some moving around that makes no sense! This has brought a lot of confusion for us and I feel like I walk around looking for everything.

Horrible. After waiting over 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge that you are in the deli line, they have NO bread to make sandwiches. None. I will drive the extra 5 miles to Publix from now on. They are too busy shopping for online customers to be prepared.

The ONLY PERSON with this attitude is the manager.She needs to get over herself and realize that shoppers have valid issues and not treat customers with such disrespect as she did to me.Though she has this attitude, there are too many other employees who OUTSHINE her attitude in spite of her.I now avoid her as much as I can and realize she is a very small person, even though she may be physically tall.She is NOT the know-it-all she assumes to be.

I have enjoyed shopping with Kroger for many years. They have always had all of the items that I need and the fuel discount program is a real money saver.

My trip to the marketplace has always been an enjoyed experience. The last time I went they were changing the store. It was very nerve racking and I left without some of the products I needed. Ill be glad when its finished.

I generally feel that Kroger us pretty good, but this is probably the best. It is huge and the Daikin radish that I can no longer find in Nashville was available there. I was very satisfied. They do have other departments that are not at other Kroger I have been to, but I did not have time to explore them. Still would have preferred an even wider array if veggies. Did not get to see if the had the vegan stuff (not counting frozen foods). Will look for that If I ever get to go there again. Its a long way from nashville.

Pleasant staff and always well stocked. I like how the store is always clean and the parking lot is easy to maneuver unlike other parking lots Ive seen.

THIS PLACE IS HUGE. Its more than a grocery-- you can shop for clothes and small appliances here as well. Its got a sushi bar, a salad bar, and even a Starbucks in here. You cant beat the variety here.

I was shocked and amazed at the amount of stuff clothes and junk in a KROGERS?I THOUGHT I was in the wrong store for a moment ..You name it, I think you could find it..Very upper scale with huge selections and discounts..easy location with a large amount of ♿ Handicapped parking up front..Huge Deli..the cheeses go for ever.the meat dept. Has it all..sea food..FRESH..THE staff are above par and knowledgeable. Wil return.The jewalery store is a nice touch..I even think they have a hair salon..did not have the time to really explore.
