I was pleased until my granite cracked. First contacted them in July and have gotten run around since and it is now October. They were scheduled twice this week and didnt show or even bother to call. When I called them they said the person is with a customer and would call me back. Never called. I am getting run around.

Worst place ever to get quartz countertops and backsplash. They were supposed to install on a Friday but showed up at my door at 6:30 pm the night before without a confirmation phone call to see if I would be home. The backsplash came the next week. The edges on the backsplash do not meet correctly in the corner. One edge was cut at the wrong angle and does not fit correctly under the cabinets (this was explained that my walls were crooked). I had to get 2 1/2 inch screws to fit my outlet in place because of the big gap between the wall and backsplash. The edges on both countertops are different and no matter how many times I have called or my contractor has called they wont come out and fix the edges so they match. They did come out and redid the caulking but left an even bigger mess than before. Their one employee, Gigi, told my contractor that she had been trying to call to set up an appointment with me but I never answered or returned her calls...She never left me any messages nor did she ever talk to me. She even had the nerve to tell me that she had called to say they would be out to my place and I wasnt home when they came and they had left a business card in my front door. I have never found a business card in my front door and you dont just show up at someones house without verbal confirmation that they will be there at that time. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Sammy and his crew did a fantastic job creating and installing a new 15 foot quartz countertop. They were very precise about where to put the seam. Its hardly noticeable as the match up was perfect. Their timing was a little off but their workmanship was spot on! I would definitely use them again.

Do not use this company! Prices were above avg and we bought their most expensive thinking we would get quality. Not only did multiple pieces come with significant damage, it was obvious that they had attempted to patch them and then denied it when I asked. They replaced a couple of small pieces but not all, including a large center piece bar top. They did not attempt to rectify or even call us back like they said they would. all of the counter tops have a horrible finish with a lot of scratches and a dirty hazy appearance, as if they did not polish. they also damaged my new cabinets during install. Communication was horrible throughout, even with trying to schedule install. Jasmine did not catch that we did not have enough support when doing design for the bar and after the installers caught it, it took almost two more months for them to finish the install. Jasmine was very nice at first but after we started reporting these issues, she became rude and unprofessional. We are not happy to say the least with their product or service.

They installed new granite for my counters and 8 foot by 5 1/2 feet island. Professional all the way. From delivery to the end of the set up. Checking and rechecking to insure counters and backsplash matched up. Clean caulking where it is smooth not clumped any where. Cleaned up afterwards. Cant say enough of how impressed I am

Bellagio was highly recommended by a church friend. Her kitchen was beautiful. She was very happy with Bellagio.We went to Bellagio. We found what we wanted so we did not look at another facility. We were treated with warmth and in a professional manner. All along we felt we were in good hands.The owners were very helpful in a special way because of a handicap situation. The workers were the same. I thanked them and they replied no worries. They said it is from the heart.We are very pleased with the countertop and backsplash. Felipe took a major lead in making this a beautiful kitchen. He had a difficult situation but made it work. This is a large kitchen in an older home. Two rooms were converted to kitchen space. We added new cabinets and a 7 foot island.

Overall experience (9/13/19): Love our counter tops and Bellagio was great to work with.Bellagio just installed a full kitchen and 3 bathrooms of granite in our house which we are remodeling. They were very timely, installing 4 days after our estimate. The sales ladies were very professional and maintained good communication throughout the process. The install was delayed by a day, and Mrs. Guille was very nice in letting me know. We were met with kind and professional people. We were not home when the installers came for installation and they didnt know what size faucets we were installing, so they didnt bore holes for the faucets that day. However, the were back the next business day to correct. The installers were were very respectful of our home, cleaned up after themselves, and gently moved items off of the counter tops as need (keep in mind, we are living in this house).At first I questioned a few things about the cuts and seams, but after thinking on it further, I prefer the methods that Bellagio used. We have one small seam in front and behind our sink which is almost invisible. I prefer this over a large seam in the corner. However, this is simply a design preference and makes no significant structural difference. The other item is that the grain of the 2 back-splashes on each side of the L piece in our kitchen are running in different directions. Looking at it from the corner, it looks great. However, the change in direction of the grain is a little more obvious when viewed from either side of the L. Again, after thinking on it, I realize that these are cut this way so that the grain flows properly along the L shape and I prefer it this way.

Prices were good and service before installation was good BUT installers scratched the front of my refrigerator and dented the side. When I called the office to let them know, my sales person said there was nothing she could do and that she would pass it along to the owner. I have yet to hear back from the owner. They didnt care since they had been paid in fulI up front. I would not recommend them..

They did my countertops on my kitchen. Fast, affordable, and friendly. Great to work with, and Im very happy with the final project.

Absolutely the best place to get granite for your home. I have worked with Melissa on 3 bathroom renovations and 1 kitchen. She is great and very helpful. The prices are fair and the workmanship is perfect.

My wife and I drove from the other side of Hendersonville to look at granite and quartz for a remodel we are in the middle of complaining. The hours online say they are open till 6. We arrived at 5:30. The open sign was on and customer music playing outside. However the door was locked and no one would answer the phone. Looked to be about 6 employee cars outside also. Very disappointing and a huge waste of our time. If I could give them no stars I would!

Great experience from start to finish. Showed up on time to do the Templet, installed 3 days later like they promised, and did a great job. And beat lowes price by $500.00. .

One of the worst and unprofessional jobs I have ever encountered. Very dissatisfied. They can come and get the granite tops they installed in my home and give me my money back. Top has hair line crack near sink, small chip in sink area. Sand mark left on top next to sink, and the seams are the worst I have ever seen, looks like a child put it together. Rating should be -5. Would not recommend Bellagio’s granite to my worst enemy.

Very happy with my countertops overall but having issue getting someone to follow thru with things that were not right. Counter tops been done since March 2017 and they were supposed to return to fix a back splash that was not correct at initial installation. Instead of coming when they were supposed to they left the piece on my back door. They also had one section of my counter top in kitchen measured incorrectly that they were supposed to fix or exchange. Not done so yet. My contractor and I have called numerous times since March to get this resolved and the owners came out in June to look at my issues. Well it is end of July and nothing has been done to show me they are doing anything about this. The owner even stated that the back splash piece that was left on my door step was not even the correct color. I referred a friend to them and you would think they would want to keep referrals coming but at this point better business practices will only make me have bad things to say. Every time I call they put me off once again. Very unsatisfied with the results of customer service. Pretty bad when the owners come out due to complaints and then they do not follow thru with what is promised.
